The area surrounding the hotel appears unkept and disorderly, with visible signs of unregulated, informal settlement
While the hotel was advertised as accommodating for wheelchair users, the reality is that the elevator is cramped, and the hotel facilities are difficult to navigate and use for those in wheelchairs.
There was significant disturbance near the rooms. We were surprised by loud noises coming from outside the windows early in the morning, which turned out to be caused by a person cleaning.
The breakfast was very modest and primarily focused on Indian cuisine. Given the services and amenities provided, the cost of the hotel is excessively high and not justified. It offers poor value for money.
I absolutely do not recommend booking this hotel.
The service at the reception was unhelpful and complaints were not taken seriously. Overall, the hotel felt old, uncomfortable and far below the expected standard.
⚠️ Avoid this place. Poor service and poor facilities. The Gateway Hotel next door is managed by the same company, so expect the same bad service there as well.
I arrived at this hotel last night and was very disappointed to find that my room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures, which you will see online. After that, I found a cockroach in the bathroom. I asked to change the room, and the only option they gave us was a room even smaller than the previous one.
I am a very long time customer on booking.com and I have never had this bad experience before. On the contrary, I was given a better room upgrade, free of charge, before my arrival!
The only good thing about this booking was the free taxi ride from the airport to the hotel.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
