Aloft Al Mina, Dubai in Dubai

It's alright.

Agoda cancelled my hotel reservation without notifying me, and I only discovered it upon arrival at check-in, which was extremely disappointing. This is the second time I’ve experienced such an issue with Agoda. Thankfully, the front desk team at Aloft, especially Shin and Manager Shivan, were incredibly helpful in securing a room for me directly. Shivan even went the extra mile by upgrading me to a suite, for which I’m truly grateful.
This was my first stay at Aloft, and I’m very impressed. The room amenities and facilities were in excellent condition and well-maintained. The mattress was freshly cleaned and very comfortable. Kudos to the team for making my stay memorable. I’ll definitely choose Aloft again when I visit Dubai or any other destination in the future.

Aloft Al Mina Dubai is a modern, clean, and comfortable hotel with a vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, always making you feel welcome. The rooftop pool and breakfast are great bonuses, and the location is convenient for exploring the city. Overall, it’s a great-value hotel that offers an enjoyable and smooth experience.

I have experienced different Aloft hotels in Dubai. This one looks older than others.
It doesn't have any special view.
It a bit apart from main parts of the city. You have a limited access to metro or taxi. Around the hotel there very few good restaurants.
The gym is not bad. The equipment are old but all in good condition.

I stayed here for a business trip. The room was large and clean, and the air conditioning was great. Unfortunately, the breakfast was terrible; I'd only give it 1 out of 10. The room had a washing machine, and there was a supermarket downstairs where you could buy groceries and cook your own meals. There were also Keeta delivery app and Uber, which was very convenient. The airport had many cute little things, and the cigars were a good deal (bought in Terminal 1). Sadly, I forgot to take pictures of the room. Stayed here on a business trip. We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Al Mina, Dubai – everything was beyond expectations! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt stylish, modern, and very welcoming.

A special mention goes to Ali, the waiter, who made our experience truly memorable. His friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail created a warm and comfortable atmosphere every time we visited the restaurant. He really deserves praise for making guests feel at home.

One of the big advantages of the hotel is the complimentary shuttle service both to the beach and to Dubai Mall, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable.

We also loved the rooftop swimming pool – it’s the perfect place to relax with a great view, refreshing drinks, and the vibrant vibe that makes Aloft hotels so unique.

Overall, Aloft Al Mina is the perfect balance between comfort, style, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai – we would definitely come back!

The rooms were big. I booked two rooms connecting. It was big clean however you must consider changing the carpet inside and on the passage.
