I had an amazing time at Element Al Mina Hotel. The location is perfect—within walking distance to shops and other conveniences. The morning buffet was great, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and kind throughout our stay.

Housekeeping was always on time and provided excellent service. A special thanks to Manoj, who took great care of us and made our stay even more comfortable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Dubai, especially families. It truly felt like a home away from home!

What an amazing experience we had during our vacations at the Element Al Mina. This was our first time and we are definitely coming back. Their breakfast was perfect. It carried all the necessary ingredients. Buffet staff’s service was excellent and second to none. We really appreciate the superb service provided by Harshal, Nadeesha and Asma. Definitely recommend for family stays especially kitchenette was very helpful.

Great hotel with great staff. Really nice rooms with a fully equipped kitchen. Whashers & dryers in the basement. Good fitness center and pool (with just fabulous views). And most of all : fantastic staff, from the reception area, to the breakfast team, to the cleaners (with a special thank you to Harikaran). Their service minded orientation , and their smiles make this a week worth remembering stay!

The pool was not clean enough in my opinion, moreover, Indian people used the pool in their clothes. If you want to use the pool after 7 pm, you have to buy drinks from the bar or they won't let you in. Breakfast is not good. Although I had booked a room with a city view, when we went, we were told that those rooms were full and they directed us to the room with a closed front of the building.

My stay at Element Al Mina, Dubai was truly comfortable and refreshing. The hotel offers a modern, eco-friendly environment with clean and spacious rooms equipped with kitchenettes, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was healthy, fresh, and well-balanced, aligning with the hotel's wellness-focused vibe. The rooftop pool and gym were well-maintained and added great value to the overall experience. Its central location made it easy to reach key attractions and business areas. Element Al Mina is a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and sustainability. I highly recommend it for a smart, relaxing stay in Dubai.

My 1st time stayed with this hotel, the room layout was nice and very spacious. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread varieties are limited and good that can have more main dishes. The restaurant’s service staff very attentive and friendly. Will consider to come back again!

The room itself is quite nice, and the facilities generally have a modern touch. However, be aware that there's a construction site right next door, and the view from some rooms can be really unpleasant (see picture). The pool area feels a bit neglected - somewhat dirty, with no proper pool towels provided, only bathrobes. While the view from the pool could be lovely, the glass panels are in need of a serious clean. The shuttle service only offers drop-off, and the carpet in the corridors looks pretty worn and dirty, which adds to an overall uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s not the most pleasant place to stay.
