Premier Inn Dubai Al Jaddaf

I would definitely stay at Premier Inn again and would gladly recommend to friends and family. The staff were friendly. Everything in the room was fresh and clean and I slept well. The air-conditioning system was set perfectly and the room has good sound proof so it's quiet. It's safe and a walking distance to the metro station. It's also a few minutes taxi ride to the airport and shopping centers. There's also a convenient store nearby that's open 24 hours for anything you need. Everything was just perfect for me.

Great hotel so far, friendly staff and the breakfast is great. Huge thanks to the restaurant workers who were extremely polite and friendly. The subway is 400m away so not that far away. However, the hotel itself is far away from the centers, it is good to have a private car.

Rooms weren’t spacious enough for a family of 4. There was smell in the room. We asked for air freshener a couple of times but weren’t given one. The food services were good. Breakfast was good but not many continental options available. Annie was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall good stay. Comfortable and convenient.

A very nice hotel with great staff. They are accommodating at every step. Very hospitable. Especially, the staff at restaurant is the best I ever came across. Cleaning staff form my room was outstanding. I was in room 238. Pillows are thick which can be little thinner. Hotel is very quiet with all necessities close by. My stay was wonderful and children enjoyed every bit of the stay.

Filipino staff were amazing and very helpful. The room where I stayed would suddenly get uncomfortably warm between 1am-4am during sleep time which disturbed my sleep. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Ive been here with my family and colleagues, the food here is superb. Especially in breakfast buffet the food is freshly served and a very attentive staff in the 1st floor resto with Ms. Anne. Thanks to you we have a nice breakfast in our stay and to the staff who serve us in dinner the food is so good that all of us are satisfied. However, in rooms the house keeper is very hard working . Before our checking out time at 12 noon we receive a call confirmation to check out at 12 pm but after a few minutes a house keeper is knocking our door and i told were checking out exactly at 12. We hope on next time around the house keeper must come after the guest checking out at the reception.

Spent 3 weeks in Premier Inn with my wife and two kids, the rooms were clean and equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay with kids. Special thanks to Shafic for the outstanding service we received, he is a perfectionist and very welcoming he has made our stay extra comfortable.
