- The AC was leaking and instead of offering another room they put a bucked under it, a freaking BUCKET. The room wasn’t clean at all.
Worst hotel in but Dubai, staff judge and treat people by nationality which is too bad everyone pay money right so, why ??

Old Municipal Street is located in the Al Ras area of Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. But Ashish in reception speak very rudely and told people like us they dont want to give room. I was shocked the way of treatment he is doing with guest.
I want to give negative star if possible.
First, the hotel is a little old, with older amenities and furniture, but with pretty good general facilities.
Second, the location of the hotel is great making the old town and museum accessible on foot, while being ultra close to any over usual services like shops and cafes.
Third, the staff is very nice and helpful, even providing a free upgrade for a late night arrival.
Finally, the parking is private and very safe.
