I'd like to thanks to Mr.Sheezan who's in the reception area for our checking out time.For us the hotel is accommodating and comfortable, its quiet and simple.We just experienced the water flows slowly and the heater is not that much getting hot that we used to take a hot bath. But no issue for that, we would like to booked again in the same hotel soon.

I stayed for 2 days they charge me high but nothing was provide not a single bottle of water...when I go down to reception the reception to ask about the water, he said we don't provide water, you can but it from cafeteria...
TV not working, phone not working ...
The door lock is broken...
No parking ...
The light doesn't work and the room is so much dirty ...
When I tell one of the staff he come and check and just tell I will tell the reception and some will come but no one came...
On online it is telling good but mine was worse expirence ....
I Don't recommend this place for anyone...

Never ever book again.
Very bad service.
They denied to provied any service due to season time.
We booked 215, 213 two rooms for 3 three days.
No water providing, no kittle, no towel, no kitchenet. Infact tv not working.
Apart from location nothing is up to the recommendation.

The Mount Royal Hotel in Deira does not provide the facilities it claims. They mentioned having paid valet parking available, but in reality, this service was not offered. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, as finding parking in Deira is extremely difficult without it.

It was a worst experience ever with hotel . There was most dirty rooms with a lot of bedbugs. Staff was so rude they were not responding of calls and when they were responded like jail warden . When we complain about cleanliness staff was shouting and was saying that nobody can do anything do what you want. They were disturbing before 4 hours of checkout every 10 to 15 minutes they were sending housekeeping to ask us what time we will leave.. no iron no coffee no water nothing was complementary toiletries were dirty.. unable to use.. i never recommend this hotel to anyone....

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel!
I stayed at Mount Royal Hotel and it was a huge disappointment. They claim to offer free WiFi, but it never worked during my entire stay. I had booked with breakfast included, but they never provided it — not even once! The little food they do offer is so bad you wouldn't want to eat it anyway. Overall, the service was absolutely terrible, and nothing was as promised. Please don't waste your money by booking this hotel!

Very bad experience, guests stare at the women/family members you’re with in wrong ways; although it’s illegal in this country to do such things. Disgusting. Toilets didn’t work. Didn’t bring any basic essentials to room. Mosquito infested. Must I add the outside is absolutely populated with call girls which I thought was illegal also here. TV didn’t work. Staff was extremely and openly rude. Spend the extra 20 bucks and get a better hotel, Dubai is such an extremely beautiful place - they shouldn’t allow this place to operate and continue business anywhere near it. It doesn’t fit the standard. Very very bad experience and I should have known better when trying to save a few bucks. Had to give it 1 star because there wasn’t an option to give it 0. 1 star is too high for here.
