Only 144 rooms. There are non-Smoking.

sandy. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach: not provided (beach Jumeirah Beach Park, beach access fee: 1.3 $). The beach is 900 m.

We extended our stay and we will return.
Cleaning was good though.
More good and low cost hotels with good rooms are available in the Dubai city. No I am not preferring this hotel to stay.
At the moment there is a construction site next to the hotel so if u are planning to come be aware of that cause can be a bit noisy at night.
The breakfast is fine, the coffee need an urgent upgrade thought.
