Beach: public sandy 6 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, the entrance of $1.4.). The length of the beach is 3.5 km away.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which I booked through the Agoda app for one night.
Upon checking into my room, I was greeted by a very unpleasant smell that made it difficult for me to breathe comfortably. Additionally, I noticed that the fridge in the room was dirty, and the curtains were also in need of cleaning.
I have attached a picture to illustrate the condition of the room. Unfortunately, my experience has not met my expectations, and I feel compelled to share my feedback on Google Reviews as well, as I believe it is important for potential guests to be aware of these issues.
Moreover, I found the support from your hotel staff lacking, which added to my disappointment.
