Beach: public sandy 6 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, the entrance of $1.4.). The length of the beach is 3.5 km away.

About the location you can be immersed in the real Old Dubai, so if you don't want to experience all the Luxury (reason why Dubai is well-known), you can book here ☺️
The only thing I may recommend is to have a signal to know where is the entrance of the hotel because for our first time we got lost 😅
