Staff was so untrained and confused they wasted my whole hour in just finding my booking however I had already paid for the room, my same phone from which I booked was with me then my email I'd was with me then mobile number was with me but all their staff was very careless and caused waste of time for me.

This wasn't my first stay at this hotel and I continue to appreciate the excellent location, food, and service. The daily housekeeping kept my room very clean. The only minor issue was that the room was a bit dim due to the window facing a neighboring building. Perhaps brighter lighting within the room could enhance the ambiance. No landmarks around hotel. Boring place near highway very noisy on the street and most importantly inside the building Room is small. Uncomfortable table for work. You cannot place your laptop on the table and work with it. Hotel doesn’t have hot water. The hotel is inside a mall, the rooms look like an office. Indoor swimming pool, very poor and too busy, not equal to the capacity of the hotel. I had a room with no view to the lake. I stayed there more than once. Every time i stayed there it was nice and everything was good . This time i was there for more than 2 days I noticed cleaning service issues and the room was very small than usual

Overall, it was good, even better than expected. I can only point out the problems in the bathroom (the ventilation didn't work, it was impossible to dry anything, water was leaking in the toilet) and the noise from the external air conditioner units on the roof.

It's our third time to stay in Sharjah Premier, their room is big enough for couple or family. It is clean. Staff are kind and helpful. They have good facilities like big and clean pool, it has nice view, they have gym . If u love billiards, table tennis and darts, they have it all. It is near the main road so it's easy to find and get taxi. There is 15 minutes walk supermarket, cafe and pharmacy.

The furniture configuration of each room is the same, but some are in different styles. Every time I stay there, I have a different experience. It is very good. The kitchen is very convenient.
