5 stars are not enough for this wonderful hotel! The hotel itself is gorgeous, the view is amazing and the staff is what you would expect from such a glamorous place. A big thank you to Mr. Robert from the service, a man with HUGE patience who helped me with professionalism and courtesy. An asset for this hotel.

New hotel, modern magnificent design, creating a feeling of airiness of the interior of the entire hotel! Huge rooms with shower and bath in the room, restaurants with excellently selected staff, I liked everything very much!

Excellent new hotel. 2 months since it opened... Clean, neat, very responsive reception, which is rare in Bulgaria. Special thanks to Savva, a top-class professional, very tactful and polite. All rooms are from 50 m2, what can be called a suite. Yes, there are small minuses, no bottle of water, as it should be in 5 stars, and shared parking. But this does not spoil the impression of the hotel. It is 10 minutes walk to Vitosha market. A big minus is the sky bar. More precisely, its employees. Unresponsive staff. They work for pathos. As guests of the hotel, they refused to visit, citing full occupancy, which is very unpleasant.

this was amazing! everything, actually! i went there with my family for 2-3 days and it was fantastic. the rooms had many space and sometimes rooms werre connected by doors as if the guys in the room were roommates. not only that, but the food and drinks were awesome! the fries were served very cooked and hot with alot of condiments, the burgers too, and there were many varieties of food and areas like spas, pools etc. along with that, customer service was great. the employees and staff treated us very comfortable, they were kind and understandable and were nice people. the rooms had big bathrooms and it was very well-organised and pretty high tech and luxurious, with comfortable beds. the location was also decent, magnificent view from up top, in the center of Sofia. this entire journey was worth it and i couldnt thank you more.

Beautiful room with panoramic view and a comfy bed! Great housekeeping and laundry services. We spent one afternoon at the Wellness Spa - very relaxing! We also enjoyed eating at the different restaurants in the hotel. The breakfast buffet (included) was delicious every day with many choices. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We stayed 10 days at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia and the experience was exceptionally good. The staff was great at corresponding before we arrived with shuttle arrangements. The housekeeping was fantastic. We stayed on the 20th floor and we could see the mountains surrounding us. We really appreciate George and Micheal and Anthony for their helpful service at reception. Also we enjoyed a massage by Alexandria and Daniel and the spa services. We will definitely return when next in Sofia. Thank you for the superb experience!

The hotel has the largest hotel rooms I have ever seen but even though they are so big, they lack iron & ironing boards. For me this is quite strange for a business hotel and can make a big difference (especially if you compare with next door Hilton as the prices can be similar). They do have an ironing room but it’s extremely small, with no windows or air-con and it can get extremely hot in there. Also during my first stay in the hotel, there was staff in this room ironing their uniforms. It’s strange that a 5 star hotel does not provide separate rooms for guests and staff. In this small room there are no hangers so if you would like to iron more than one shirt there’s no where to leave it. I hope they can improve on these little bits.
