Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia - The Most Spacious Rooms in Sofia, Secured Paid Underground Parking

We stayed 10 days at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia and the experience was exceptionally good. The staff was great at corresponding before we arrived with shuttle arrangements. The housekeeping was fantastic. We stayed on the 20th floor and we could see the mountains surrounding us. We really appreciate George and Micheal and Anthony for their helpful service at reception. Also we enjoyed a massage by Alexandria and Daniel and the spa services. We will definitely return when next in Sofia. Thank you for the superb experience!

The hotel has the largest hotel rooms I have ever seen but even though they are so big, they lack iron & ironing boards. For me this is quite strange for a business hotel and can make a big difference (especially if you compare with next door Hilton as the prices can be similar). They do have an ironing room but it’s extremely small, with no windows or air-con and it can get extremely hot in there. Also during my first stay in the hotel, there was staff in this room ironing their uniforms. It’s strange that a 5 star hotel does not provide separate rooms for guests and staff. In this small room there are no hangers so if you would like to iron more than one shirt there’s no where to leave it. I hope they can improve on these little bits.

Perfect welcome, but the checkout felt a bit cold. The room was very spacious, modern and had a beautiful view. The sky bar was excellent, and the restaurants offered very good cuisine.

We came to celebrate our anniversary and they upgraded us (for free) to the executive suite and offcorse that it was Amazing.
The service is perfect. Very professional, helpful and patient staff. especially thank you Ekaterina and Anthony.
The suite was huge, so spacious and beautifully decorated, very clean, beautiful view.
The amenities are high quality.
There are many options at Breakfast, very tasty.
The restaurants, bar and Room service were also excellent.
The Spa was Amazing, thanks to Tatiana and her golden hands, highly recommended!
It's our second time here and will definitely come back again!

Great sized rooms, although lacking some comforts such as an iron, a box of tissues and modern casting service from your phone to the TV.

Breakfast was very nice with an amazing selection to cater for everyone.

It was have been nice to have seen some complimentary water / fruit or sweets around the reception area, something you would expect to see from some of the bigger branded chain of hotels.

Location was close enough to the center, but also far away enough not to hear the noise, although the downside is that there isn’t much there within a 5 minute walk.

That being said, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Sofia.

5 stars are not enough for this amazing hotel! The hotel itself is gorgeous, amazing view, and the staff is what you expect for such a glamorous place. A big thanks to Mr Robert of the room service, a person with a HUGE patience that assisted me with professionalism and courtesy. An asset for this hotel.

Grand Hotel Millennium is certainly one of the best hotels in the city and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

My partner and I spent 5 nights at the hotel and we had a wonderful experience throughout the whole time. The hotel kindly offered an early check in, and had a beautiful spacious room waiting for us in the morning of our arrival. The room was located on the 22nd floor with a stunning view of Sofia. There was also a beautiful setup of fruits, flowers and a bottle of Champaign waiting for us in the room upon arrival. Additionally, the room was very clean, the bed and pillows super comfortable and all amenities were top notch.

The staff is exceptional and trained to very high standards. The Front of House Manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay. Finally, upon request, the hotel organised a great airport transfer for us with a brand new car and a very friendly driver.

Grand Hotel Millennium exceeded my expectations and I will certainly stay there again in my future trips to Sofia. This is an example of how a luxurious hotel should be run and managed.

Worth the money!

Just stayed for less than 12 hours as flight was delayed but wow what an amazing hotel. Very well kept, super friendly staff, rooms were very spacious and clean and had a great upscale feel. The breakfast was delicious . I honestly wish I could have stayed longer to get the most out of this hotel. Highly recommend.
