Grand Hotel Millennium - The Most Spacious Rooms in, Secured Paid Underground Parking

A truly wonderful stay – despite some unpleasant company

I’m currently staying at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Sofia, and I couldn't be happier. The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and offer a stunning view of both the city and the surrounding nature. The staff here are exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful – whether at reception, breakfast, or housekeeping. Their warmth genuinely adds to the experience.

That’s why I feel compelled to say something after reading a series of negative reviews, mostly from certain tourists from israel. Having stayed here for two days now, I’ve witnessed firsthand the kind of entitled, disrespectful behavior that makes you wonder how some people function outside their own homes. Loud complaints, senseless arguments, and a general lack of basic manners – all directed at the very staff who go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome.

Frankly, I’m more shocked by the vulgar attitude of these guests than by any of their so-called grievances. And then to see them leave negative reviews? What a performance. Honestly, it says more about them than it does about this fantastic hotel.

To the staff: you have my full respect and gratitude. You handle yourselves with more grace than most could ever manage ❤️

The hotel is spacious, luxury and with very nice atmosphere. The reception staff is very polite and helpful. The food definitely needs improvement, for a 5-star hotel is expected a lot more. The other thing which I found unpleasant is the organization of the cleaning staff - vacuum cleaners, mops and buckets with water are everywhere, I understand they need to clean but it could be arranged in discrete and not disturbing the guests way.

Truly beautiful and huge rooms! The bathroom is huge, very clean and has all the extra amenities needed. The bed is also huge and very good. Will be tough leaving this place. The people working in the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast and lunch buffet are very rich and diverse and again the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Gym and rooftop bar/restaurant really are the cherry on the pie!!

5 stars are not enough for this wonderful hotel! The hotel itself is gorgeous, the view is amazing and the staff is what you would expect from such a glamorous place. A big thank you to Mr. Robert from the service, a man with HUGE patience who helped me with professionalism and courtesy. An asset for this hotel.

New hotel, modern magnificent design, creating a feeling of airiness of the interior of the entire hotel! Huge rooms with shower and bath in the room, restaurants with excellently selected staff, I liked everything very much!

Excellent new hotel. 2 months since it opened... Clean, neat, very responsive reception, which is rare in Bulgaria. Special thanks to Savva, a top-class professional, very tactful and polite. All rooms are from 50 m2, what can be called a suite. Yes, there are small minuses, no bottle of water, as it should be in 5 stars, and shared parking. But this does not spoil the impression of the hotel. It is 10 minutes walk to Vitosha market. A big minus is the sky bar. More precisely, its employees. Unresponsive staff. They work for pathos. As guests of the hotel, they refused to visit, citing full occupancy, which is very unpleasant.

this was amazing! everything, actually! i went there with my family for 2-3 days and it was fantastic. the rooms had many space and sometimes rooms werre connected by doors as if the guys in the room were roommates. not only that, but the food and drinks were awesome! the fries were served very cooked and hot with alot of condiments, the burgers too, and there were many varieties of food and areas like spas, pools etc. along with that, customer service was great. the employees and staff treated us very comfortable, they were kind and understandable and were nice people. the rooms had big bathrooms and it was very well-organised and pretty high tech and luxurious, with comfortable beds. the location was also decent, magnificent view from up top, in the center of Sofia. this entire journey was worth it and i couldnt thank you more.
