Perfect location, good hotel, kind staff, reasonable breakfast, very difficult accessibility problem, not suitable for the disabled

I was looking for a hotel in the outskirts of Sofia and after reading reviews for other properties - same stars category but with much lower ratings I picked up this one

Our room was bigger that the rest on the floor, it looked well maintained although a little outdated. Bathroom had a bath-tub and was big enough. Overall we got the comfort we needed

The staff are very welcoming happy to help in any way getting taxis etc was not a problem asked for a room upgrade and was very helpful loved my stay here.

We chose to have the breakfast at the terrace and we had a nice view over Sofia city. For breakfast they offer omelette, English breakfast, pancakes etc

Breakfast was included in the rate and was served in the panorama restaurant at the 3rd floor until 10 a. The restaurant is stylish and beautiful

Staff was very friendly and the hotel's cleanliness is very good. Highly recommended, especially if you want to stay in Sofia and avoid the city chaos

If somebody need a cosy clean place for a break to sofia i will recomend with all my heart vitosha tulip hotel.is JUST a 3 star hotel but but deserve easy 4 star ,good food ,good staff,,very clean.

From the hotel rooms you can have a very good view of Sofia city( which is a very pretty sight in the evening with all the lights sparkling)

Stayed here as a family during 2024 christmas holidays! Very nice and clean rooms! Staff is very polite and helpful! The breakfast was very nice, there were something for everyone to eat! Just 1-2 streets from the main street with shops of Sofia! And walking distance to many attractions! Highly recommend it!

Friendly staff who are always ready to help. Cons: The rooms are heated by a common ventilation system, which is extremely noisy, it is difficult to sleep with it even at minimum power. Cleaning leaves much to be desired

Shower always had hot water and good pressure. Rooms have a nice balcony and ours faced the back patio which was nice. Staff were friendly and all spoke English

The owner is a nice lady who waited for me for a late check-in and even cooked me dinner. The rooms are cosy with everything necessary. The hotel is a good recommendation for a short business trip to Sofia

I just didn't like the coffee. The sauna is an infrared sauna, a hammam and a jacuzzi, a large pool, a small one with ice water. The temperature in the sauna is excellent. Comfortable loungers for relaxation

Nice staff. Cute rooms. Could be a little cleaner (found a lot of dust and an old busticket from February under the bed, etc). We had a lot of mosquitos in our room in the night. But all in all a good experience.

beds uncomfortable for me at least, very clean, they do the job, reception is 24/7 which is good, kinda strange with the restaurant, wouldn't recommend breakfast because you don't get your money worth

Because of its location the prices are good, but the rooms lack natural lighting and the lamps aren't strong with white light. The shower is great, you get your accessories

Panorama Madison Guest House is an amazing place to stay, for people who love the comfort of a home environment/ just like being at home/ Here one feels welcome, the attitude of the hostess who is the owner of the house is like welcoming old people friends she hasn't seen in years

64 bus will bring you to within 3 mins walk or so of the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Vitosha mountains - the foot of the waterfall circa 10 mins walk away. It is even closer to the famous Bayona church

The single rooms are small but perfectly clean and comfortable. Owner is kind and helpful and speaks English well. Getting an inexpensive taxi into the city center is easy via the TaxiMe app

Stayed here for 2 days mid-September 2023. It is a very nice family owned hotel, there always seems to be a friendly face around. I found the owner very helpful and knowledgeable

We looked for a hotel with a parking area and near the airport. We took 10 minutes to the Sofia airport the next morning. Our room was perfectly clean and very spacious. The bathroom had everything we needed

It was very cozy hotel with the nice and smiling stuff. They helped me a lot in my trip to Sofia. The breakfast was very delicious. And also there is an Italian Restaurant at base floor of the hotel

The lobby is good, there are comfortable armchairs to sit on, and they also have a fish tank, which enriches the nice ambiance of the lobby. The hotel has an elevator to the rooms, and you can also use the stairs

The rooms are large and excellent, and the bed is comfortable to sleep on. The room has a TV, mini fridge, mirror, wardrobe, air conditioner and armchair. There is no terrace, but I didn't need it either
