Good cheap hotel close to the bus and train station. Not as close as others if you want a quick walk to the centre but it can be done. Breakfast was fine with enough on offer

Marianka at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She made the stay from just ok to great. We work in the hospitality industry and noticed her right away in her positive interactions

It is good value for money and the breakfast is ok. Great location if you need to take coach or train as both stations are within 10 mins walk

They welcomed me with a free room update, the room service was great and the food in the restaurant really delicious, the room was spacious (although bit noisy from the Bulevard), the staff were nice, especially the lady at the reception and the breakfast was delightful

Yes, it might be more expensive than some other hotels in Sofia, but it also is brand new and unlike most other hotels in Sofia even in the same price range, it is clean and has a pleasant, modern interior

Loved our stay. The hotel is perfected located for visits to Sofia, our room was great and the service friendly. Really enjoyed sampling Bulgarian wine at happy hour and loved the breakfast selection.

The whole hotel needs a good cleaning ! The room was big but not clean! The beds weren’t made - which is not a problem but I have never experienced it before ! There was a wedding that night and we could not sleep at all : music most of the night

The receptionist was grumpy as anything didn’t seem bothered to help or even check us in. Pillows are thin as paper other than that the rooms good. Location decent. Rooms are cheap. Good size car park.

Although they have a vending machine near reception the coffee wasn't up to much and there wasn't any kettle available to use although they did say they would give us boiled water if we asked

The beds are the best you gonna ever find,they have the adjustable remote controlled once,the rest its okay but you can definitely get a good sleeping going,close to a mall too if you have time to kill

Good one if you have an early flight. Close to Sofia airport, rooms are good, a minus is the windows can not be opened. Good restaurant, friendly staff,reasonable prices. A transfer to airport is offered by the hotel

Most staff i have encountered was super friendly,only once i had a bad experience with a lady at the counter. They have free airport shuffle which is extremely helpful when i have family coming to visit

We came across this place by chance after a long hike and had an unexpectedly lovely, high-quality meal! They allowed us to bring our dog (although if you have a male dog there is one here that can be a bit aggressive)

Even though the hotel is outside Sofia center, there is a tram nearby. Breakfast was good with lots of fruits and sweet desserts besides the usual items usually served in continental breakfast
