If possible i would give 20 Stars. We celebrated our wedding there, and from the beginning we received a bespoke Service that overexeeded our expectations. This impression lasted during the whole event and our journey

Last but not least they were very flexible with regard to the current pandemic situation and they did their best to meet my wishes and needs

Excellent as usual. I reached at midnight and yet the Chef made me a burger to eat. Kudos!!

The room is confortable and clean. Excellent staff. You can ask for bathrobe and slippers at the front desk. The breakfast is the "but", it could be improved, we had dinner and the difference of quality is notable.

Everyone was delightful but 1/2 people made a really great impression, the chef that cooks the omlettes in the morning, he will always greet you and smile but overall his energy made you feel very welcomed

Perfect location for private or business event. The stuff was extremely polite and helpful, they helped me to organize my small private event in the SPA zone and everything was exactly like in my mind

The spa is excellent—worth the visit even though it's an additional cost for standard room guests. Unfortunately, my partner experienced a distressing moment when the lift broke down in complete darkness for 20 minutes

This is the best hotel in Europe in this price range. It is located in the best place in the city center of Sofia, walkable to various kind of restaurants of all kinds. 5 minutes walk to subway station

Excellent hotel located in the city center. Huge rooms, I stayed in "Executive room" that looked like a suite. The rooms are clean and and seems renowned. Breakfast is good with lots of varieties

The hotel's Asian restaurant is also worth mentioning—it’s generally very good, though I'd recommend steering clear of the ramen

The location is cute, close to key routes in the City, yet surrounded by the gorgeous mountain and fresh air. The rooms are tidy and comfy, there is good breakfast (incl) and a nice restaurant

It is a very nice hotel. My room was big and clean and I had a very nice view from my balcony, actually two balconies (180° view). The restaurant was very cozy and had a nice vibe .

The free breakfast was also excellent with a barrista making delicious made to order coffee drinks. We did not have a chance to stay long enough to enjoy the pool and gym but we would absolutely stay here again

Fortunately that was the case. At night the temperature dropped and we managed to cool the room down with the windows open. However, we had an issue with mosquitoes! Wasn't a good night at all

The service throughout my stay exceeded all expectations, from check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality

Room was spacious and clean, was a bit hot and dense inside. Bathroom was neat. Staff was friendly but you only get 2 coffees in your room during your stay. Food was nice, bar also. Interior is very pretty.

Also worth mentioning: the coffee at the rooftop bar was surprisingly good, better than many nearby cafes. Overall, the value for money is outstanding

The plus points to the hotel are: it is in a good location which is ideal for sightseeing, shopping, and eating out; and the receptionists speak good English and are helpful

The man at the reception became extremely rude very quickly when he asked me for a tax number for an invoice for my company and I asked if we can do this at check out, cause I'm tired

We've stayed at Best Western Art Plaza Hotel just for a one night last weekend. or I should rather say half night as we had a flight home at 6:00 AM the next day

The WiFi was a bit slow at times but mobile reception is great. And the mini bar fridge has bright white lights and a glass door, so we had to unplug it. But otherwise basically faultless and highly recommended

I enjoyed my stay at Legends Hotel: they were flexible with my plans and worked with Priceline so I was not overcharged; they helped me find reliable transportation and good dining options; made copies of my covid tests, etc

The price was cheaper when checking into the hotel directly without 3rd party service. It's close to Mall Paradise, which makes it's location excellent, and close to city transport

I reserved a parking spot and it was outside in front of a bank. Paid same amount for parking as others that received underground parking. As a positive the breakfast has very good deserts

It is considered to be a better local characteristic hotel in Bulgaria. They upgraded our room for free, the breakfast was also good, and most importantly, the hotel service was also very good

The hotel and neighborhood are both quiet, safe and conveniently located to what I must say is Sofia’s excellent Metro system (you can get almost anywhere in no time for very cheap)! I got to the airport from here in about 35 minutes (not rush hour)

They allow smoking in the building (so if this is a deal-breaker, go somewhere else). I, for one, am not bothered by it, so I found the hotel quaint and appropriate for my stay. The staff was polite and very helpful

Has a nice mountain view, it's clean and new. I didn't like that smoking is allowed in the rooms and the room smelled terible. Had to keep the window open due to the smell and winter is not best time for it
