Stayed here as a family during 2024 christmas holidays! Very nice and clean rooms! Staff is very polite and helpful! The breakfast was very nice, there were something for everyone to eat! Just 1-2 streets from the main street with shops of Sofia! And walking distance to many attractions! Highly recommend it!

Very conveniently located. Friendly staff who are always ready to help. Stable Internet. Breakfast is 3 stars, normal.
Cons:
The rooms are heated by a common ventilation system, which is extremely noisy, it is difficult to sleep with it even at minimum power. Cleaning leaves much to be desired. I found hair on the toilet floor and in the bed. The toilet brush is very dirty. The shower is separated from the sink by a partition that is not waterproofed, water flows outside the shower. There are no slippers in the rooms. The doors of the rooms are thin, you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. In general, the price for the rooms is overpriced in my opinion.

Nice place to stay. They have 24h reception so no problem if you arrive late in the night.
We stayed 2 times. The first one the room was on the main floor and it was worse. But the second was on third floor and had a nice terrace!

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel. The location is perfect - close to the metro station and the main street but also on a quiet side road. The rooms were tidy, and good size, bed and pillow comfortable. Shower always had hot water and good pressure. The AC was working. Rooms have a nice balcony and ours faced the back patio which was nice. Staff were friendly and all spoke English. Will be back.

This hotel is located about a 2 min walk from one of the entrance to the Metro station. This makes it very easy to get to and from the airport.
It is also just a few minutes from the main pedestrian street. However, being a couple streets over means it's very quiet and peaceful.
The rooms are nice sized and everything is modern! There are large mirrors, great shower pressure/hour water/ and AC if you need it.
I find the front desk to be very helpful and nice when i needed them.
The breakfast has multiple hot options along with cheese, lunch meats, and veggies. The coffee machine had many tasty options! In addition there were some sweets available.

Stayed 4 nights. Newly decorated. Very nice breakfast. Great location. Near Metro. Walking distance to everything.

The hotel is not good at all, I, my wife and the child arrived there, we were supposed to stay at the hotel on 23.1 - 24.1, when we arrived at the hotel and got the room we found out that there were renovations in the hotel, they broke walls and drilled all day until 7 pm, we were not able to rest in any way, we went to the reception to To see when all the noises of the renovation will stop, we were told that in half an hour, and it really wasn't like that, as I said, the renovations were all day until 19:00, at the hotel reception they didn't consider that something was bothering us and didn't do anything, they didn't even apologize, on the contrary, they lied to us that they They didn't know that there were renovations, and I don't understand how you don't know that your hotel is being renovated? A floor above ours, we will never come to this hotel again, just a disgusting attitude and they are big liars, I do not recommend going there. As a self-respecting hotel, they know that they are renovating the hotel, so do not accept reservations as soon as there are renovations or simply tell the customer and the customer will decide, So don't go to the hotel

Good hotel for a few nights. Nice shower and decent breakfast.
Big disappointment of the mattresses and pillows. Also the room had an awful smell of cigarettes. Maybe from the previous visitors. Even if this is not the fault of the owner they should have more strict policies about this.

A very nice hotel well located for the city centre with restaurants and mini marts very close by. Room was spacious clean and tidy. We had a nice balcony as well. Shower was great very powerful and breakfast was really good value. I have to say the staff on reception were fantastic from organising a taxi, looking after our luggage and helping wherever they could. Would recommend if you are staying in Sofia.
