The room was comfortable and spacious. There were extra pillows in the closet. The staff never bothered me, unless I needed something. It's a great place for introverts. There's a park near by and a KFC right next door

Large rooms, free Parking, a panoramic restaurant on the 12th floor. The room has a kettle, Minibar (surcharge), cosy, modern accommodation. Beautiful mountain views are odd numbers and floor better from 8 to 10

A beautiful view of the city from the restaurant on the 12th floor. Very kind and gentle personnel. Breakfast is a very abundant buffet, both sweet and salted. Very clean rooms and bathrooms

and 24 hour hour reception service. We have stayed at Sofia Suite Hotel twice and would accommodate also next time

The free underground parking is very nice, no need to worry about your car. Rooms are spacious and clean. The A/C struggles to keep the place warm and makes too much noise to leave it on at night

Excellent hotel with exceptionally good restaurant

Nice small hotel. Despite the size the rooms are good, the staff is polite and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant has a garden and in general is worth trying but is a little overpriced.

Pretty close to downtown, 15 minutes by car, this hotel is new with a good service.

Super nice... the beds are king size and there is a hint of chic and "expensive" everywhere, but the food in the restaurant is really expensive. There is a market nearby and everything is great.

Hotel was very nice, unique design. Rooms clean and bathroom spotless. Well maintained. Location is perfect in the core of city center. Several places walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful.

In another room the washbasin was broken, had a crack. The view of the run-down backyard was anything but nice. Messy! Bathrooms definitely need restoration. The price for the room was just about 100 euros

Breakfast is not a buffet option, you have a list of menu to choose and if you want something to repeat is extra charged (even if you don’t take something form the initial list and instead of this, you want something else extra)

Stayed there a couple times because of budget restrictions. Quite acceptable as a 3-star hotel, but it is never a 4-star hotel. There was no iron in the rooms. The toilet seat in one room was a mess

The restaurant at the hotel was very cozy and the Italian cuisine was delicious! Sofia is beautiful and the location was in close proximity to everywhere we needed- 15 min to the airport, 15 min to downtown by car and 15 to the bypass highway

The staff were professional and polite, cleaning was high level too! They even bought us a microwave and a bath accessory for my mom who was impaired

We stayed almost a month and we are very pleased. The hotel tried to accommodate our needs as we had a handicapped with us

Even though rooms were not handicapped equipped(except for the restaurant) they were spacious and easy to maneuver

A very nice hotel. 10/10. The lady at the reception is very kind and nice. The hotel's parking is underground and it's kinda small. Rooms for 2 people, huge apartments for 3 people(I don't have photos of the apartment)

Breakfast was a cold buffet with lots of options. We were particularly impressed by staff, however, who let us in past midnight, called us a taxi in the morning, and were generally very helpful

The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Views aren't beautiful, as the surrounding buildings are scrappy, but that was our only complaint

We booked an apartment near the reception. The apartment itself was clean and great. Location was perfect, but most of all: the staff was possibly the most helpful ones I have ever met. Very recommendable!

This hotel is nicely placed close to the center of Sofia. The staff is nice and friendly. It's a great hotel for a short stay. But there is for example no breakfast and the rooms have seen vetter days.

The hotel is suitable if you are looking for a one night only place to stay. I was truly not impressed with the interior, it smelled like dust as if it has not been cleaned for a while

There is a heater and air conditioner in every room that works well. There is a TV with some local channels to watch. And there is a big desk and good wifi so I was able to take a work call here

It turned out that there was no parking spot secured but rather there is a paid parking just around the corner, where they offer a really small discount for hotel guests

Quiet, I think there where only 3 rooms. Ludmil, the owner is very friendly, speaks good English and knows a lot about Sofia and advises what to see and do

The owner is a nice man who is very knowledgeable on Bulgarian history and very helpful as well. Place is clean and quiet and has some good use of facilities in an area not too far from city center

We had a great 4 day stay at Casa Ferrari. The room was large and spacious, bed was comfortable with a bath room en suite. Our host 'Lucy" could'nt have been more helpful and kind

I went only to the bar section but It was great experience: cocktails were great and the stuff was very friendly. I liked the music and we were sitting next to the DJ but still could talk normally and enjoy our evening!

They were good about getting the check-in information outside of desk hours. They have a washing machine, but have a lot of rules around being able to use it. It was very close to the main pedestrian street

Hotel was on a hill, but the view in the morning was amazing. Thr hotel is very quaint, and rustic if you like that, then this is up your street. I prefer these type hotels to newly built, as they have more character

The hotel is very nice, altough is a little hidden. The staff is friendly, but pay attention that they speak only basic english. Bit far from city center, about 20-30 minutes by car

The hotel is located in the Vitosha District which is really close to the mountain thus the air is quite fresh. The hotel itself offers big and well and well facilitated rooms.
