I had a wonderful stay at the Art’otel in Sofia, a charming boutique hotel that exceeded all expectations. Hristo, took great care of us with genuine warmth and kindness. You could feel that he truly cares about his guests, welcoming us to the city with heart and dedication. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—better than what you’d find in many five-star hotels! This hotel is a hidden gem in Sofia, and I hope Hristo feels better soon. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We spent a couple of nights in this lovely hotel which is placed in the heart of the city. I checked in at the late hour, but there was no problem at all. Me and my girl enjoyed spacious room, especially jacuzzi in the bathroom. Next morning, we witnessed breakfast full of everything. Literally everything 😃 I haven't had a big breakfast for a long time but I couldn't hold myself. The next day, my girl felt the weather was so hot and wanted to rest in the room. Then they came with a plate full of fruits, and it was a pleasant surprise. And before we went outside for dinner, they told me they have happy hr with free drinks and snacks. I could get a vary generous pour of scotch and rakia, my girl got some white wine as well.
Overall, the staff are lovely and friendly. I would stay again if I come back to Sofia 😀

This is an excellent hotel with helpful, friendly staff who know the meaning of hospitality. The breakfast was fantastic: eggs prepared several ways, various meats, at least 10 types of cheese, fresh fruit, bread, traditional Bulgarian baked goods, and many other items. The hotel is very close to Vitosha Street, which is one of the main restaurant and shopping areas in Sofia. Stay here - you won't regret it!

Large, clean, quiet double room with a large, comfortable mattress and perfect pillows for sleeping. Bathroom equipped with everything.
Quiet room which allowed us to sleep well after long days of tourism. Breakfast is fantastic, plentiful, with sweet and savory dishes, typical Bulgarian and European dishes: you will eat good and a lot. Definitely worth included with your room. The location of the hotel is perfect and allows you to walk everywhere: you can reach museums and monuments in 5-10 minutes. The best restaurants in Sofia are 3/5 minutes away.
Furthermore the staff (who speak English perfectly) are kind, attentive and thoughtful. The last one day they allowed us to delay check out by an hour and booked us a taxi to the airport, checking the license plate to make sure everything was fine. We will definitely return to this hotel, I highly recommend it.

Stayed here at beginning and end of Bulgaria cycling trip and extremely helpful about storing bike bags and organising transport back to airport. Huge, delicious tasting breakfast spread.

Great hotel! Wonderful staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast and bar, and only a few minutes walk to shopping, cafes and dining on Vitosha Boulevard.

The service is very good, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The rooms are very clean. Moreover, the beds are very comfortable. There are only two streets very close to the main street in Sofia. breakfast is nice. We were very pleased

The furniture and decorations are a bit old fashioned and gloomy! But the staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is rich with lots of options including dessert, fruit and freshly baked pastry. Burek was very tasty. It is very close to the most vivid area of the city.

I really can't say enough good things about this place. Our room was so beautiful and all the staff were so helpful, hardworking and attentive that I was sad to leave. I don't want to name his name here, but let's just say the "tall guy" :) really tried his best to make everything perfect. We had such a terrible ride to Sofia but they were worth it. They treated us so well and even surprised us with cakes on our last night. I would be back in an instant. 12/5 stars!!
