Hotel ZOO Sofia

My stay was extremely disappointing due to poor facilities, unclean conditions, and unfriendly staff.

1. The room was unbearably hot, with the AC being ineffective.
2. The temperature was around 29-30 degrees Celsius.
3. The beds were simply mattresses stacked on top of each other, not proper beds.
3. The toilet was filthy. There was literal excrement on the toilet seat, which they didn't clean immediately. I had to clean it myself.
4. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.
5. Instead of informing guests at check-in about the need to validate their card before going out, the staff left us struggling at the automatic ramp.
5. For the first two days, we could eat in the dining area, but afterward, we were rudely directed to a different dining area.
6. The cleaning staff was found sleeping in the lounge area.
7. The paid parking was not clearly communicated during booking, leading to unexpected charges.

All in all, I would not recommend this place.

We visited this hotel with 41 customers. I was the guide of the group. After dinner i've left from the hotel. They put all other customers's passports on the desk and when my guests asked why don't you keep them better, receptionist told them "this is your tour guide problem, it's not bothering us" Rooms were cold, air-conditioner was not working. Elevator was not working. When we said that reception says; i called technic servis what else i can do?. I carried my luggage from 4th floor and also there is many ladies in our group. It was a disappointed experience. Hopefully they can work much more professional. Today was our last night on Balcans, we stayed in 7 different hotels but none of them act us like this hotel. Terrible experience...
