Hotel Zoo Sofia in Sofia

The staff, especially the waiters, are completely rude. They are a joke. They want you to leave after you finish your dinner. They don't come and ask if you have any requests. Guest relations are very bad. The room sheets are small for the big bed.

My stay was extremely disappointing due to poor facilities, unclean conditions, and unfriendly staff.

1. The room was unbearably hot, with the AC being ineffective.
2. The temperature was around 29-30 degrees Celsius.
3. The beds were simply mattresses stacked on top of each other, not proper beds.
3. The toilet was filthy. There was literal excrement on the toilet seat, which they didn't clean immediately. I had to clean it myself.
4. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.
5. Instead of informing guests at check-in about the need to validate their card before going out, the staff left us struggling at the automatic ramp.
5. For the first two days, we could eat in the dining area, but afterward, we were rudely directed to a different dining area.
6. The cleaning staff was found sleeping in the lounge area.
7. The paid parking was not clearly communicated during booking, leading to unexpected charges.

All in all, I would not recommend this place.
