Location: a resort complex Sunny Beach, 30 km from the airport of Burgas, in the Northern part, 350 m from the resort centre, on the seafront.
Consists of three buildings: 9-storey Chaika Beach, 6-storey Arkadia and 12-storey Metropol.
Only 880 rooms.
Total area: 19 000 m2.
Beach: public sandy beach, 50 m from the beach, first coastline. Umbrellas, sunbeds by the pool – free Umbrellas, sunbeds on the beach – a fee, towels – for the Deposit. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade.

I've just come back from staying in this hotel with my partner and two children.
I have never stayed in such a terrible place and I spent a week on a deck chair on a boat before.
Our bathroom had holes in the walls and ceiling and our room was above a 24 bar that is now attached to the hotel and played music very loudly all through the night.
The food was served cold and although all inclusive we had to eat out the second half of the week to get something palatable. I could go on but instead will just point out the positive review I read that had lovely photos attached were of another hotel further along the strip.
Words can’t even describe how bad this hotel is.
The food is brought out stone cold from the kitchen and is borderline inedible. The pools are disgusting and when we stayed one was only half full.
The location is good but don’t let this fool you. There are garage bins on the strip with better hospitality.
Swimming pools are cold and dirty.
Food is disgusting, me and my friends can't eat it.
On the first night of our vacation, happened a fire alert.
We afraid to sleep because 2 hotel rooms burned down. That's the worst hotel in my life.
I reduced from two to one star because of cleanliness - after 5 days there was no room cleaning.
Bath - dirty moulded silicone.
Only 1 towel fit 3 people. No toalet paper.
Perfect location that all i can say about this place.

Food verry bad and limited (all inclusive as a joke maybe)
Alcohol cheaper than the cheapest options available, all juices and sodas are something made in china absolutely disgusting.
Pool dirty infested with children who scream and splash
THEY DONT HAVE WI FI IN MOST ROOMS AND IF YOU’RE LUCKY YOU CAN CONNECT TO A WI FI THAT CAN’T SEND BASIC WHATSAPP MESSAGES.
All in all if u think to chose this as an option for Holliday better keep your money or spend a little more for something actually worth it.
