Just returned from 2 weeks here. We had 2 rooms in the harbour suites block rooms 223 & 213. The apartment was wonderful, specious, well equipped, and clean. There are 2 pools, the water could have been a bit warmer. The location is great, near the mall, plenty of restaurants, on the main road with plenty of busses and in walking distance to the harbor. All and all a great stay!!!

Nice hotel with an optimal location to go to the center but a little far to walk to the sea. The room are clean but not soundproof and the light in the corridors never turns off, which being light into the room even when all shutters are closed. The breakfast offered is of very good quality, and the view from the room and restaurant is amazing.

Apartments ok, comfortable beds, good showers and well equipped. Watch out about the cleaning personal, since 7-8 AM they like to talk loud and clear to each other, hitting everything they can. Every furniture door make noise at opening and closing.

Interesting reading some of the other reviews, not sure what people expect for the money remembering this is Greece. We stayed in Mid October, kids and students back in the classroom therefore didn't experience the noise others complained of. Had a good week, and they have many activities, both in the day time and in the evening, The food is fin, and the all inclusive bar god has a nice enough selection, and they don't cheap on the drinks mixing. And the bar keepers was really nice.

Our room was basic but the beds were comfortable. We only used the room for sleeping and getting ready for dinner. The entertainment was great, all of the entertainment team were approachable and engaging. Me and my 6 year old daughter loved the evening entertainment! This place has so much potential but is massively let down by the pool and the majority of people that use it. The name 'oracle exclusive resort' suggests that the pool and all the facilities are for the sole use of the guests living or staying in the apartments but no! We got this place at very low discount courtesy of Google filter search :) it was a whole apartment with two big rooms, kitchen and hall. Couldnt use the swimming pool as it was off season and it was already cold. Receptionist was kind enough to wait for 1 hour more though reception closes at 5PM and gave us a warm welcome and explained everything about the stay and shops nearby. Just one heads up...

I had my wedding reception here 20 years ago. Wonderful memories and fantastic photos in beautiful authentic setting. I've since come back twice to visit. Each time had a very warm welcome from owner George. Looking forward to visit in the future.

We didn't stay at hotel, just went to the interior garden restaurant. It was one of the best food in the whole Cyprus. We recommend their "specialities": really good!!!

The hotel has a small courtyard that doubles as a restaurant. It is decorated with characteristics, but the rooms are poor. There is no air conditioning. There is only a fan. If there are no leftover food from the restaurant the day before, breakfast will only be bread, jam, and milk.

Just returned from this lovely traditional hotel. The staff were so welcoming and always greeted us with a chat. Ensuite newly decorated room with super sea view. TV with english speaking channels. We opted for half board ,the breakfast was plentiful and evening dinner was home cooked by lovely ladies , loved the soup to start, two choices of main plus salad then a dessert. The hotel has a good value for money, it is located in the center of Ktima (which is the upper part of Phafos and is almost 3 km from the sea, however the 618 bus stops right in front of the hotel and arrives a stone's throw from the sea ). The hotel has spacious rooms, friendly staff, a great breakfast buffet and even a free pool. It also has a small internal car park.

I think Meltemi Villas was my top 3 stays, ever. We travelled in a group of 4 adults and 2 kids below 2 years old. The villa was spacious enough, each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was extremely convenient when traveling in mixed groups with or without kids. Nice and clean place to stay at really nice price. This is a comfortable apartment with a good equipped kitchen, washing machine. The facility was rather new and not worn out. It has also a convenient private parking lot just a few meters from the entrance to the apartment.

Have been visitng this site since 2004 when it was built, but sorry this site is now closed as the owners have gone into liquidation. Will miss going in the future. All timeshare owners have been told that the owners have been in trouble since 2012, although the timeshare holders have only just been told. Such a shame for all who have been part of this.

The Resort & staff were excellent but ALL of the facilities except the Taverna,at restricted hours, were closed. The Resort is a little isolated but with a car should not be a problem. It is long overdue an updating.

A lovely complex which is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Due to the nature of the local area there are some pretty steep slopes around but completely manageable as long as you are reasonably mobile. a couple of nice local bars/restaurants (recommend Julies) and a small but well stocked supermarket.
