Visited for a week in the end of may -25. Very good location for a public bus to use for moving around. Very friendly and helpfull staff in this hotel and still you get to be in peace while your stay in. I cannot fault the hotel or staff. I stay here when I visit family, and I am always made to feel welcome and safe. The location is great, and there is a pool, bar and restaurant. I have no hesitation in recommending it, and will continue to stay here.

Stayed for 11 days, absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Didn't actually stay in these apartments, but was shown around them as was interested in staying when I next return to Cyprus. What I saw showed a great sized pool, and the apartments modern. They offer the full range of accommodation choice too, from Self Catering, right through to All inclusive. I would not hesitate to use these when I return.

My family and I stayed for two weeks it’s not a five star holiday destination but your not paying five star prices it’s a family run apartment complex with bar restaurants. pool. etc Helena and her staff couldn’t be more helpful it’s a short walk to the beach and there’s entertainment in the bar every night and the food is very good in the restaurant

A family run apartment and hotel. Every night you can relax in the bar with solid prices. The staff is kind and cordial. Excellent transport links, bus is 100 meters in front of the hostel and the beach is about 500 meters away. We only experienced positive things. Oh, and a talking parrot in the lobby :)

Lantiana Gardens is my go-to choice in Protaras! Over the past six years, I’ve stayed here four times, and each visit has been better than the last. What can I say. Flawless. The staff are attentive and accommodating. The rooms are clean and maintained to a high standard. We went bed and breakfast however, we also ate at the hotel at night for an extra 15 euros as they did themed food nights like bbq night and Mexican night. This was my second visit at the Proteas Mare Suites and would highly recommend staying at these lovely apartments. The apartments are very clean with all the required essentials you would need to make your stay very pleasant. Situated very close to a lovely bay called Green Bay and close to bus stops or a nice 20 min stroll to the Proteas main town for many nice restaurants, live music and bars....

Really nice place. The owners were very nice and very helpful. Location not too far to walk to Protaras *****, and also close to bus stops. Beach is nearby a 5 minute walk. There is a fridge, a hob, toaster, plates glasses , cutlery etc. Bed comfortable.

Excellent hotel for families. Large rooms with shower and kitchen. Quiet and nice atmosphere, high standard rooms. Excellent price for the night, very close to the sea and the famous Fig Tree beach. The service of the staff is personal and warm.

We had apartment 319 for the week and could not have asked for a better one. I love this place! It’s in a great location, walkable to The ***** and Fig Tree Bay beach. There’s two outdoor - unheated - pools, the main one can get quite busy, but the one by the carpark rarely gets busy at all. The apartments are modern and spacious, with a decent size balcony, good size bedrooms and modern kitchens. Lots of parking so never an issue.

Lovely spacious & conservatively decorated one bedroom apartment with rock & roller sofa bed in lounge, sleeps 3. Management kindly left 2 litres of water & a carton of OJ to get us going, along with washing up liquid & sponges in the kitchen, bin liners & a brand new mop head. Great time as always at Coralli Spa. Huge comfy bed, modern kitchen, with dishwasher & washing machine. Great air conditioning too! Will definitely be going back again hopefully as sooner rather than later!!

Good hotel near Fig Tree Beach - only 3 minutes walk. Got a 2-room apartment with balcony facing the beach. 5 minutes walk to the main street in Protaras . Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Nice staff. Wifi function on my mobile but not for my computer.

We had an amazing family time at these hotel apartments. Nikos was so accommodating and went out of his way to see that we had everything and that we were comfortable. We booked the breakfast by the pool every morning and this two was so much food with a wide variety. The chef went out of his way to see we had enough. We just arrived to the hotel and the staff wasnt friendly, we booked 3 people room and they made us an inquest if we are 3 people or 6! And they didnt believe us Secondly the hotel has 2 beds with air-condition and the 3rd one has no air conditioning (during the summer peoriod) the toilet seat is broken it isnt staying there are lot of mosquitoes.

Been to Kama on many occasions, the food is always very good and reasonably priced. Delicious desserts too. Entertainment nights are usually good fun although we did see the Elton John tribute act last week and he wasn't up to the usual standard, sorry Lorraine (previous review) but it makes sense that he is related to you; your bias is obviously showing.

My wife, son and myself had a wonderful week at Kama. We were made very welcome by Maria and her excellent staff. They did absolutely everything to ensure we had a great holiday. We had a two night stay and had our child christening party at the resort facility near the pool. Everything was excellent and the staff very polite. The rooms were clean and the food was great!

It makes me so sad that I only give these apartments 3 stars. This is our 3rd year back here, and unfortunately, we have been a little disappointed with the service. We stayed there over weekend and was a nice choice. Greek island style hotel and room remind the Greek island room to let style.. It is rather old but clean room and normal price for Protaras area. There is also a kitchenette and fridge. Walking distance to the beach and Protaras area.

It is next to the Protaras main road, surrounded by supermarkets, a plethora of shops, bars, restaurants and places of entertainment. We had stayed here in Oct 2016 and as we were splitting the holiday into two areas (Protaras and Paphos), this was where we decided to return to. It's a small complex with traditional Cypriot charm. We were in apartment 217 next to the entrance. Slightly smaller than 212 last time which had a seperate bedroom The bed was in the main living area but the apartment still had fridge, hob, kettle, toaster...

Very nice stay with all amenities that were detailed in the website. Very recommended if you're planning to stay for a short trip in Protaras as us.

A facility for undemanding people. Good English breakfast in the Pig restaurant. Due to the low temperature of 18 degrees in February we did not use the pool.

Nice and clean, very basic and could probably do with updating. But perfectly cheap and cheerful for a bank holiday away. Pool/pool bar was good, Staff were helpful to. The restaurants nearby was probably the highlight being so close to the apartments.

Quiet structure, the dinner included was satisfactory.

I went with some friends to these apartments and we are very happy with our stay. The staff were very helpful. And the apartments were closed to beautiful beaches. The apartments were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment to others travelling to Cyprus.

We recently stayed at Vangelis Hotel & Suites for two weeks, and while there were some positives (like the location and pool area), several issues made our stay less enjoyable than expected for an all-inclusive resort. Personally, we normally stay in bigger resorts, so we would expect a more organized and consistent standard of service which may have been our downfall going with a smaller resort....

Excellent, clean and spacious apartments. October 2018, daily cleaning, quiet, pleasant hostess. On the ground floor is an excellent restaurant with delicious food. To the beach slowly 4 minutes.

We a family of 4 stayed in the penthouse. The location is perfect! Staff the most helpful. Everyone working in the restaurant and in charge of the accommodation were so nice and helpful. Although there were some noise from the club near by it didn’t bother us. You get to party on your own balcony without having to be in a crowded night club and for free! Wow, the two bedroom apartment is amazing, clean, spacious with incredible views, we were fortunate enough to stay for a month, the restaurant is incredible, we also had a function here (40th birthday) for 70 people, The food, views and staff were delightful, a special thank you to Ntina, Marco and all the staff for all their assistance 🥰 can’t wait to come back
