Lantiana Gardens ApartHotel

We had a lovely stay at Lantiana gardens. The staff are incredibly welcoming, from reception to the cleaning personnel. Christina in particular was the person in charge for all cleaning services. Always a kind word, helpful and smiling.
The room was nice, fresh and quiet, first time I get such a nice quiet room in a hotel in fact.
There is a little balcony with a table to have breakfast and dinner.
The kitchenette is well equipped with a 2 burner electric stove (note that to get it to work there is a switch on the wall you must click). There is a kettle, a microwave, a fridge and basic crockery/pots/pans.
The beds are comfortable and done daily.
We found out there is also a coin operated washing machine in the basement. (And a basic gym even)
The location is a few minutes walk from the strip, there are many very well stocked corner shops in the vicinity so it's super convenient.
Nearest beach is also very close. And bus stops if you would like to explore further.
We did not have breakfast or lunch at the hotel, so we cannot comment on that.
We tried a BBQ night buffet. It was nothing special but it worked.

Lantiana Gardens is my go-to choice in Protaras! Over the past six years, I’ve stayed here four times, and each visit has been better than the last. The ongoing improvements in both the facilities and the service are truly noticeable. The staff are exceptionally polite and always eager to assist with a smile.
The location is ideal—just a short walk from Fig Tree Bay and close to the heart of Protaras. Breakfast is included in the price, which I consider a big plus. It’s honest and satisfying, covering the day’s basic needs and served in a pleasant setting. Daily cleaning service in the apartments is excellent, adding to the overall comfort and sense of care throughout the stay. The restaurant deserves special mention—I highly recommend the "Lantiana Burger", it’s genuinely impressive. The coffee is of outstanding quality, using the "Utopia" brand, which for me personally is a big deal. Overall, this is a place that combines simplicity, comfort, a friendly atmosphere, and continuous improvement. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Lantiana gardens is a nice, average hotel, which does not exude luxury, but it is the people who give the hotel its soul and make you want to always come back. you will always feel wanted and welcome, well done to the staff! ❤️

Me and my family are very satisfied with the hotel, the food and the hotel staff. Everything is clean and nice. We will come again. Greetings from Novi Sad, Serbia.

2nd year at Lantiana and as good as ever. We were in the apartment this time and it was so comfortable, modern and clean. Best thing about Lantiana are their wonderful staff, Doris, Cassandra Alex, Christina ++ Hope to return to this special resort soon.

What can I say. Flawless. The staff are attentive and accommodating. The rooms are clean and maintained to a high standard. We went bed and breakfast however, we also ate at the hotel at night for an extra 15 euros as they did themed food nights like bbq night and Mexican night. The bar staff created a cocktail called lanca cream dream and wow delicious. We came for my sisters wedding as a family and we will be returning next year as the area, staff and hotel where to say the least perfect.Fig tree beach is a 1 min walk away and the stip is round the corner. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had absolutely wonderful time in this hotel.The staff very eksiopshanaly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Kristina from reception was absolutely amazing and helpful . Kamelia breakfast girl she is really lovely, every morning she meet os with smile. Thank you Vilde from reception.

House keeping staff very efficient as was everyone we came into contact with. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance to the sea/bars etc.
We would highly recommend this hotel.We shall be returning at the first opportunity

Lovely hotel !! Never have I been at a hotel where all the staff were so friendly. Really service minded, smiling every time you passed one of them. Always ready to help you if you had som questions Food was fine as well. We had a wonderfull holiday
