Where to stay with pets in Protaras

Beautiful hotel, great location. Very tasty and fresh food, but the same variation for a whole time of visit. A bit boring. The service very nice polite and responsive for any needs. Very quiet with amazing you.

This is our third year that we book vacations with this hotel. In general we are satisfied with the accomodation and and the facilities that the hotel provides. Stuff is professional and kind

The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Great service around the pool and other bars

This hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking fig tree bay. Very close to the beach with ample comfortable sunbeds

Hotel needs renovation, staff needs to be more polite, food is below average, rooms carpet floor is dirty and smells discussing, mini fridge is completely empty, not even a bottle of water, also not enough electricity plugs in the room, only 2 extra and both are away from the bed

Nice, modern newly renovated hotel in a pleasant location. I appreciate the beach towels that we received in the price of accommodation. The food was poor average compared to other hotels

The biggest minus of this hotel was that there was a wedding there every single day (even during the week). Loud music and noise were the order of the day deep into the night

Met expectations for a relaxing stay. ✅👍 Jacuzzi Room Upgrade: Disappointing, identical to the sea-view room except for the jacuzzi with much higher cost

Just returned from a family holiday we stayed 12 nights. The kids loved the water park. the staff are amazing a big shout out to Vanessa Pete and all the bar staff who go above and beyond Vanessa works her socks off

The evening entertainment wasn’t great, there is not enough room/seating to cater the amount of people at this hotel. So again, we went out most evenings. I would not return to this hotel

We arrived later than planned and the hotel provided sandwiches, didn’t have to but did and we were grateful. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, basic, small balcony but didn’t bother us

The beds were so uncomfortable, rock hard. We have our beds made daily but the room was only cleaned once on our stay and they changed our bathroom towels just once during our 7 night stay

Main pool was fab for kids, but the day time entertainment was not great. Just water polo or aqua aerobics. We decided to stay at this hotel as it has the water slides and splash park

We have just returned, 2 adults 2 kids aged 6 and 9. The room was ok, enough space for 4 of us. We were lucky to have a large balcony with 4 sun beds and a small table and chairs

Plenty of sunbeds not crowded at all you can get a bed anytime no sunbed wars. Good location too plenty of parking for guests. Beach is beautiful as are the grounds

Crystal Springs holds a special place in my heart. Its quiet beachside location is what is so special. Vrysoudi Beach is a small blue flag beach in a cove

We found the staff all having a great customer attitude and there was a person who was highly visible and regularly met with all guests to discuss any concerns they might have Great range of entertainment throughout the day evening with the in house entertainment team

Thought through disabled access with ramp walkways spills cleared up immediately. A great feature was the donated pool toys so parents don’t need to purchase floaters rings etc and thinking about the environment

The hotel has step access directly down to the beach so you have the best of both worlds. Don’t forget to bring your snorkel and goggles. This beach and water is excellent for exploring under water

Stayed here a week ago great hotel in good location. The room had an amazing view and was very clean. The towels and bathrobes had seen better days

Wow!! Returned home on 9th November after a wonderful week here. Second time in protaras but first time at this hotel. Hotel spotlessly clean and staff ao friendly and helpful

Ideal location next to the protatas pier which was so handy for a boat trip we took. 10/ 15 minute walk to the main strip but there are restaurants around the hotel. We did b & b and there was so much choice

A fantastic beachfront getaway! The location on Fig Tree Bay is perfect, the rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff were lovely and so helpful

Best tip for Hotel, top floor balcony is too hot to use when sun is shining (if thats only issue I can survive) no need to hire sunbeds on beach as hotel is close enough to beach to have a dip in sea and stroll back to Pool Area, Special Mention to Khan in Pool Bar as extremely helpful even when asking for stronger coffee, This was always met with generous smile, Well done I hope to see you when...

From Christos the general manager to George at the bar all the staff just want to make your holiday here be the best. I cannot fault this place, been before and will definitely be coming here again

The Place Was Spotless and very Modern. The Room was Beautiful And Clean and we Had A Wonderful pool And Sea View. Then we went to the hotel bar and was Greeted by George The Barman

The Drinks were to A Great Standard plenty to choose on the All Inclusive option. Lunch And Dinner We were Impressed Great Variety and Lovely Tasty Food. All The Staff worked so hard

We Were well Pleased With Breakfast Great Variety and To A Good Standard. The Pool Area Was Spotless Plenty Of Sun Loungers to use. Mariana The Pool Bar Girl Was Very Welcoming

I would recommend this hotel for anyone. We stopped room 517 with amazing views and have stopped in the 3rd floor terraced rooms

I highly recommend flamingo paradise hotel! It very well located, super clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially ALESYA!!! The breakfast was very delicious and there is a variety of options!

This hotel is something very special to the senses. The design, location, views, the staff.. EVERYTHING. If you are staying in Protaras, don't doubt it and stay in the Flamingo Paradise.

All of the service staff and managers were warm and welcoming. Their food is fresh and delicious and I'd particularly recommend their frozen lemon margarita cocktail. I can't wait to go back for my next holiday

One week in paradise it certainly was. The hotel is the cleanest we have ever used. Friendliest staff, fantastic food, beautiful pool and literally a stone's throw to the immaculate beach

The kitchen staff were especially polite, and the food was amazing much better than in some other hotels I’ve stayed at in Cyprus. The meals were tasty with plenty of options, so I never got bored

It’s paid around €25 for two devices, and if you want to add another one, you pay again €25 for seven days. Honestly, that’s a crazy fee for Wi-Fi, especially considering it’s not even that fast

What really touched me was that when we arrived, we had missed breakfast, but the staff surprised us by offering lunch as a gift such a thoughtful gesture. The only downside was the Wi-Fi

It’s cheaper and easier to just get an eSIM instead. Other than that, everything was great I totally recommend this hotel for the lovely staff, amazing food, and overall comfortable stay

A very friendly family-run hotel in a great location at the quieter, northern end, of Protaras' promenade walkway, but only a 2 min walk to more bars and restaurants than anyone could possibly visit in a fortnight ! Rooms large and spotlessly clean, and all staff (and managers) the most friendly, helpful and attentive that I've ever known

Another fabulas holiday at the Mandali hotel in Protaras, Cyprus. We are pleased to say we were not disappointed to be back. Excellent location for beach, restaurants, shopping, and walking along the boardwalk

I am a fussy eater, but I never failed to enjoy the food presented at lunch and dinner - a good choice of meats and salads (Visitors in some of the 'inland view' rooms get a good view of the nearby 'dancing waters' show, which is just behind the hotel !) This is my 18th visit to Cyprus, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mandali and will very likely stay here again soon

We loved the beach so spent most days there, I would definitely go back to this hotel we had a see view but the room only got the sun in the morning until 10 am so wouldn’t pay the extra for that room even though it was nice hope this helps everyone

The food here is truly delicious! The hotel has two restaurants — one for breakfast and lunch, and another for dinner — with a new menu every day and plenty of choices to suit every taste

The room was tidy and clean and we had a nice balcony as well where we could sit and enjoy the sun. The Gym was very basic but you can find everything you need for a workout

I want to highlight yoga in the morning and aqua aerobics. I really have not met trainers in any hotel who would conduct these classes so well! Involvement is 10000% Location

We are just finishing our 2 week holiday and have had a great time, well looked after by the staff, in particular Koulla who made us very welcome and David/Michael who are head waiters within the restaurants, both looking after our needs

Excellent quality! Many different dishes for lunch and in the evening. There are always fresh fruits and many different sweets! I really liked the food. The hotel has two animators who do an excellent job of entertaining

There are some complaints about noise however this didn’t bother us as we went out at night and had a pool side room, the hotel is located in a fantastic location with bars and restaurants around so noise is to be expected however what we did hear was on the balcony and stopped as soon as the door was shut

Just had 2 fabulous weeks in this lovely hotel. Rooms very clean, staff lovely and cant do enough for you. We were B&B and have to say breakfast was lovely, plenty choice. Great pool area, caters for all ages

The hotel is in a prime location being right at the start of the strip where you have plenty of bars and even a McDonald’s next door. The food is delicious, especially the chicken kebabs

We stayed in a few nights to watch the entertainment at the hotel and we throughly enjoyed Thursday night when Eleanor and Pete performed

Location is ideal if you want to be very close to bars and restaurants. Noise dies down between midnight and one. Bus stop right outside with lots of local buses all day. But don't take the half board option

The food was decent for a three star place. Only thing that could make this better is if they provided a microwave to just warm your food as sometimes due to it being a buffet it was luke warm

There were also shops and restaurants about 5 mins away from the Hotel. We went down to the beach for a swim which took about 10 mins to walk too

Myself and my 15yr old son stayed at this hotel for a week. We stayed in a twin room on the 5th floor. It had a sea view and was quiet

This is a shame as would be nice to sit in the air conditioning of an evening and chill. We didn’t watch any of the entertainment but don’t think we missed out. Overall a nice hotel out of town but walkable to the beach

We walked to a crazy golf place which we both enjoyed. Also went on a boat trip and swam with turtles and did the Magic Dancing Waters Show in Protaras. Only thing you need cash for was the buses

The room looked fresh and even though under the bed was not clean, the bathroom and usable space was clean. The shower was great, hand held and rain shower with good pressure and temperature

Those people who pay for a 3 star hotel but expect a 5 star service seriously need to re-evaluate their expectations and those that complain about cracked tiles and other minor faults need to remember they're on holiday, not health and safety inspectors! The hotel is in a lovely location, not far from a few local shops, pubs and restaurants

Good location close to excellent entertainment venues and restaurants. The town has many attractions and adjacent high quality beaches. Local Bus Services operating right outside the hotel

it was end of season so no entertainment staff but that was fine for us. We loved the music that was played during the day which added to the very relaxed atmosphere. The area is lovely and we went walking every morning

A special mention to Diana who worked in the restaurant. As it was towards the end of the season when we arrived, there was no animation team and evening entertainment was limited so I am unable to comment on this

We wanted a relaxing break in the sunshine somewhere nice and this is what we got. We noticed there were some negative reviews but overall the score was 4. 5 so we weren’t overly worried and rightly so

However, there was always something for everybody with a lovely selection of desserts and fresh fruit. Rooms very comfortable with an average sized balcony, air conditioning and a free safe

Came for a week and love the location right on the beach and moments from the main strip. Food is a good standard all inclusive and drinks prices are reasonable

Blonde lady on restaurant meet and greet did not speak or smile once the whole time we were there, don't think working with people is her vocation in life

Fully renovated this year, with fantastic customer service and a great location and breakfast. The reception team is lovely and always ready to support! Beautiful beaches just a few meters away on foot

The hotel is located on the second line, but still close to the beach. Our room had a nice sea view and a comfortable wide balcony

Salads delicious but very simple but hot food average or worse and just the same offering every day No fish in a whole week! Service a strange mix of efficient but a bit harsh We were all inclusive and I asked for two small bottles of water this morning at 9 to be told only from 10:30!!!! They were in a pile behind the bar 3 feet away! As for the location it's good with some excellent beaches...

There are 2 minuses in this hotel/ If you are living in main building - it is the main part of air conditioner on the roof (sometimes it is very noisy)

Which was built in 80s, i think. It's very good choice for persons, who don't want to stay at home the whole day. There are two pools in the hotel

And the Mexican restaurant makes so loud sound as you are living in the disco inside. Sometimes "the_tagil" is the worst thing

The sea (the main object for Russian tourists) is not so far from hotel, smth about 7-8 minutes to go

It was a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Rooms are clean, staff are good, food is nice but lacks variety. The hotel has a swimming pool, the beach is nearby and the location is very good. I recommend.

Comfy beds, amazing air con, friendly staff, brilliant location in the beach and a 15 minute beautiful beach front walk to the busier centre when feeling like something a little louder and more entertainment

Excellent hotel right on the beach with sea views. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice although nothing changed during our week in residence. Rooms were very big with comfortable beds

Ample parking and large pool with plenty of sunbeds situated on a very big terrace. Bar prices were very reasonable and there was also a very nice coffee shop on site

Just returned from a week here, nice little hotel rooms are a bit dated, double stove was a bit rusty but never used, shower curtain needed changing but all in all a great little base, staff were friendly
