We have just returned, 2 adults 2 kids aged 6 and 9. The room was ok, enough space for 4 of us. We were lucky to have a large balcony with 4 sun beds and a small table and chairs. The beds were so uncomfortable, rock hard. We have our beds made daily but the room was only cleaned once on our stay and they changed our bathroom towels just once during our 7 night stay. This hotel is excellent, seriously underrated. The facilities are 1st class with main pool, children's pool and the waterpark itself. Had a really relaxed week at this hotel the couple running it are just so welcoming and friendly , 10 min stroll to the beach and shops and restaurants 2 mins away , hotel is clean bathroom could do with a little update but it was ok for us . Pool area clean and no problem getting a sun-bed

Very clean good size room which is a little dated but not an issue, apart from the shower head not being fixed to the wall which made showering difficult! Unable to receive Wi-Fi in the room, nor many TV channels! It’s CLEAN. The hotel is clean. There is just 0 investment in aesthetics obvs since my grandmother was a young lady. Green toilets. No iron. Average appliances. But I will always pick clean and spacious over more modern and too expensive! I couldn’t spend more than two nights. Absolutely beautiful hotel, very very clean, staff are brilliant and it's close to everything you need shop and club wise and very close to beach. Just returned from the Melini Hotel after having booked as such good reviews. Unfortunately not good for us. Mattresses in 2 rooms hard and lumpy with springs broken near the surface. Good value for money hotel. A bit old but in good condition. Good breakfast but not something special. There is noise quite often in the rooms from the closing doors of the other rooms. The room was quite clean in general but needs some more work for the floor which was a bit dirty.

Great value hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are cleaned every day to a very high standard. Breakfast is nice with a good selection of hot and cold food. Location is excellent to explore the fantastic restaurants in Protaras. Would definitely stay there again.

Just returned from a week here, nice little hotel rooms are a bit dated, double stove was a bit rusty but never used, shower curtain needed changing but all in all a great little base, staff were friendly. We had a sea view room only 2 floors up but no lift but was fine

The location of Penelope Beach Hotel is ideal - there were three beaches nearby, which allowed us to choose.The food at the hotel was at the highest level. The service at the hotel was simply great. We stayed in a big apartment with a beautiful sea view. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. We had a tasty dinners there too. The hotel is located in a peaceful spot just 10 minutes away from the beach and only 2 kilometers from the main tourist area of Protaras. There are many activities around. Thanks a lot!

Just returned from our first stay at Livas. Stayed in a 1 bed apartment, so spacious and immaculate with lovely sea views. The staff are amazing so friendly and welcoming. We stayed b&b plenty of choice and well presented. Was so good we rebooked for next year on our 2nd day.

Yet another great stay at the livas stayed a few times over the years and as always great staff great cleaning must give a thumbs up to bar staff Alex & George and of course the main man keri lol looking forward to coming back 2025 already booked.

My second visit to Livas and cannot fault it. For a solo traveler, I always felt safe and very well looked after. EVERY member of staff is always ready with a smile & eager to help. We just arrived to the hotel and the staff wasnt friendly, we booked 3 people room and they made us an inquest if we are 3 people or 6! And they didnt believe us Secondly the hotel has 2 beds with air-condition and the 3rd one has no air conditioning (during the summer peoriod) the toilet seat is broken it isnt staying there are lot of mosquitoes.

I love this place! It’s in a great location, walkable to The ***** and Fig Tree Bay beach. There’s two outdoor - unheated - pools, the main one can get quite busy, but the one by the carpark rarely gets busy at all. The apartments are modern and spacious, with a decent size balcony, good size bedrooms and modern kitchens. Lots of parking so never an issue.

Everything was perfect! Staff was very nice and always available for everything you need. You need 15 minutes walk to the beach.

Been to Kama on many occasions, the food is always very good and reasonably priced. Delicious desserts too. Entertainment nights are usually good fun although we did see the Elton John tribute act last week and he wasn't up to the usual standard, sorry Lorraine (previous review) but it makes sense that he is related to you; your bias is obviously showing.
