How a place can go downhill in 4 months is unbelievable. Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests. ( underhanded they turned the water off to our rooms ) They conveyed us to another hotel to finish our holiday. No apology .

Great location, very clean, with a wide variety of options for breakfast. The staff was excellent and the value for money was outstanding. We stayed in building B, which was surprisingly quiet despite being right in the busy tourist area. Stayed here for one night, room was lovely and clean, pool was unusual as it has grey tiles and not the normal blue, but it’s great us of space. We stayed for a summer vacation with kids. Nice place with beautiful pool 1,5 - 0,5m height- very good for kids with different skills. There is also a second pool with a bar for adults. Fantastic hotel in an excellent location 9 of us came Allocated sunbeds which I think is a great idea. Great friendly hardworking staff Food good always something for the children. Good daytime entertainment for young ones. Don't think you could find a better hotel in Protaras in our opinion.

Stayed for 1 week in June with husband and 4 year old. Private transfer is approx 50 mins from airport. Rooms - 1 bedroom apartment with 2 sofas that can be converted to beds, 1 dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (microwaves, 2 hobs, kettle, fridge). Very clean good size room which is a little dated but not an issue, apart from the shower head not being fixed to the wall which made showering difficult! Unable to receive Wi-Fi in the room, nor many TV channels! It’s CLEAN. The hotel is clean. There is just 0 investment in aesthetics obvs since my grandmother was a young lady. Green toilets. No iron. Average appliances. But I will always pick clean and spacious over more modern and too expensive! I couldn’t spend more than two nights. Receptionist and room information needs to improve! not told about breakfast or room phone. Needs more loving in this place...

Loved this hotel been staying @seagulls last 7yrs however it's just been sold and not open this season So really can't understand why still being advertised on loads of booking sites That's hope 2025 sees a new refurbed reopened seagulls 😎😎

First of all.there.was a delay.2 hours to give us the key they did not enough staff to clean the appartments there was a general delay for all clients. I am not satisfy for the cleanlness at the 4th day i asked them to give us clean towels with the excuse that their washing mashine has broken...it needs rennovation. its too old

Returned home this evening from a wonderful 2 week stay at this gem of a hotel. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Already booked to come back next year. The hotel is in a perfect location.
