Sunrise Oasis Hotel & Waterpark

We’ve recently returned from a week staying here as a family of 3 travelling with an 8 year old. We had the best time and can’t wait to return to the hotel. The location is brilliant and only a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. The hotel is so clean and the staff work really hard to keep the pool area tidy constantly collecting used cups etc The allocated sunbeds are an absolute winner, the staff who allocate are so lovely and helpful if you want to change. We got 2 sunbeds and a beanbag for us 3. Pool was nice and clean, shallow end and deep end, swim up bar was a bonus and the slides are great for kids (and some adults!), the sunbeds around the slides aren’t allocated so you can go and lay and watch the kids for a bit which was nice. We didn’t use the adults only pool but it looked nice. Main buffet area is one of the smallest I’ve seen for all inclusive which is probably why they are able to keep everything so fresh which was brilliant. Being able to eat out at 3 restaurants was amazing, the 4th is the American grill which is in the hotel but still lovely. So we only ate at the all inclusive buffet twice. You book the restaurants on the iPad at reception, we did it at check in and got in them all no problem. At the restaurants you can have 3 courses plus 2 drinks for the all inclusive, more than enough! The Greek and Brazilian both had kids menus - chicken nuggets pizza spag bol etc and the Asian did our boy some chicken strips and plain rice. Drinks menu was nice, cocktails looked lovely but we aren’t massive cocktail drinkers so can’t comment but plenty on offer. Our room was lovely, 4th floor overlooking the pool and sea view - such a gorgeous view. The rooms are so spacious and kept lovely and clean. Hairdryer and safe in the room as well as kitchen facilities with kettle, fridge and cutlery. You don’t need plug adapters from the UK, they’re the same sockets as us. You get one large bottle of water in the fridge but we nipped across the road to Lidl and bought a pack of 12 waters for less than €2 The football pitch on the front of the hotel is a great bonus too! We took a boat trip one morning for €50 for 3 of us with Captain Pannikos which i highly recommend, the sea at the blue lagoon is crystal clear and well worth the visit. We celebrated a birthday whilst there and also got engaged! And the hotel were so accomodating in helping with decorations, cake etc Overall we had a fab time and can’t wait to return next August!

Just back from this fab hotel! Family holiday with an 8yo 15yo and 18yo. Staff are so friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them. Really cannot rave about the service here enough! Hotel is so clean, you see staff cleaning all the time, even the swimming pool toilets were clean at all times. The people who cleaned the room each day did an amazing job too, fresh towels and came home to a spotless room each day. All inclusive food and drinks were spot on. Massive variety in the buffet restaurant and the snack bar was excellent. Order on your phone and collect 10 mins later. Allocated sunbed system so good. 4 beds and 2 beanbags for 2 rooms, clean towels every day. Just lovely. Entertainment, though not on the full rota, was very good, football on the Astro, water volley, aqua aerobics and dance all very good fun! Mini disco each night followed by music/tribute acts etc. Swimming pools and little water park perfect for the little one and the older ones. 10 min walk over the ***** down to the beach which was just stunning. Could definitely come back next year. Think the hotel will be hard to top on our holiday next year!

Our stay at Sunrise Oasis Hotel& Waterpark was more than wonderful! Everything exceeded our expectations, from start to finish! We took the all-inclusive package, which was fantastic! There was a great variety of food, all fresh, tasty, and well presented. There was something for everyone to eat, from adults to children. The hotel has a very nice pool area, where we spent many hours! But the highlight was the waterpark!! Actually was the reason we booked in the first place. And it delivered! The hotel's staff was amazing and they made us feel looked after. Overall, our stay at Sunrise Oasis Hotel was something that we will remember. I'm sure the kids will have lasting memories. When we get the chance I'm sure we will stay there again.

The place is amazing a great place for a family the staff are all lovely the rooms are amazing best nights sleep ever plenty of things to keep the kids entertained the pool is a lovely vibrant busy place and the adults pool is a lovely calm space if any adults need it the food was great lots to choose from and nice fresh pizza always, great restaurants to choose from to go out with the all inclusive the ***** is lively and great it is near the beach only 5-12 min walk the weather is great so is the entertainment. Sunrise oasis I give you 5-stars

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location 9 of us came Allocated sunbeds which I think is a great idea. Great friendly hardworking staff Food good always something for the children. Good daytime entertainment for young ones. Don't think you could find a better hotel in Protaras in our opinion.

Stayed for 1 week in June with husband and 4 year old. Private transfer is approx 50 mins from airport. Rooms - 1 bedroom apartment with 2 sofas that can be converted to beds, 1 dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (microwaves, 2 hobs, kettle, fridge). Bedroom was 2 comfortable single beds and small wardrobe with seperate drawers. Safe included along with hairdryer. Ac in bedroom and living room. Bathroom includes bath and shower. Food/Restaurants - Buffet restaurant has great choice of foods. Very small selection of foods for those with dairy allergies but with Lidl next door and lots of restaurants on your doorstep this didn't feel like much of an issue. Ice cream cart parks up multiple times a day around the pool and good selection of flavours (dairy free ice cream also available) Pool - Main pool is lovely and clean. Can get in anytime of day and it is not freezing! Waterpark slides are great for all ages and small waterpark pool for babies/toddlers. Adult only pool is much quieter and out of the way but still super easy to get to the pool bar etc. Fresh towels everyday if you hand over your card (given to you at check in) select your beds with the pool guy on day 1 and they are yours for the week so no waking up early to put towels down and you can change your beds to a different location if you want to throughout the week. Kids don't get beds, but a large beanbag which is very comfortable. Extra perks. If you scan the QR code attached to your pool umbrella, you can order chips, salads, burgers, nuggets and fish fingers which is ready to collect next to the pool bar within 10 mins (FREE) as many times a day as you like! Entertainment - Daily activities for the kids of all ages, water aerobics every afternoon to some great music. Mini disco at 08:30pm is ok, very small area for the amount of kids there in the summer but little ones love to learn the dances. Different entertainment acts later in the evening such as tribute acts. 5-10 min walk to the beach. Plenty of excursions that can be booked. Overall an amazing week, well worth the money and will 100% return next year!

We have just returned from an 11-day holiday, and what can I say? From start to finish, the services was outstanding The hotel everywhere was clean, and tidy and smells incredible and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, especially Tracey at reception at the head of the hotel. She is the first person you see, and she is a delightful, friendly, and happy lady. If you need any tips for a night out for food or day trips or anything, she’s your lady. The pool bar staff are fantastic. Always happy, smiling, and having a great time, they were all so friendly, and it’s really nice seeing them having a good time at work, singing, and just so lovely and bubbly—it’s great. There are lots of drinks and cocktails, also a coffee machine for all the coffee and tea lovers, plus iced tea and milkshakes, slushie machines, ice cream, and drinks for all ages, and a massive thank you to suzi and sager for being amazing; they were always on top form. We stayed in a studio room (413), level 4 and it was lovely. Very spacious, the air conditioning is amazing and very quiet. We had a View onto the main pool (and in the distance, the sea) Are room was cleaned every day, and all the cleaners were very friendly. We had one day when our towels were not changed, but in less then 10 minutes, we had fresh towels, and then again a couple hours later, lol. The food was great. Plenty of choices for me and my wife. We did struggle with our fussy 10-year-old eater, but she always had something to eat. The Reef American grill is fantastic. your food size and choice are amazing. you get this once with your trip; book it you won’t be disappointed. There are a couple more restaurants you can use outside of the hotel with your all-inclusive package. We didn’t use this as the hotel food was outstanding. Also, in the evening after food had stopped, there is sandwiches and wraps in the pool bar, but the staff all over the hotel will bend backwards to make sure your stay is fantastic. The QR code next to your sun-bed for food during the day is amazing scan the code place your order, and in less then ten minutes you pick it up easy and affection, and the allocated sunbeds are a godsend. Every hotel needs to do this lol. No running to get sunbeds; these beds are yours for the duration of your holiday, and if you're not happy were you are, they will happily change your spot if they can. Also, the sunbed attendants give you new towels every day; all you do is pass your towels back, they give you a receipt, and the next day they take back the receipt and give you fresh towels for the sunbed. The pool was amazing very big. It does get a little busy, but it's still great fun also nice and warm. You are allowed inflatables and toys too. Also, my daughter and I really enjoyed the water park and were allowed to take cameras down the slide at are own risk if they got damaged. The adult pool is lovely as well if you want to be by yourselffor a brief moment. The entert

2nd visit to this lovely hotel last time as a family of 10 age range from 2-60 years everyone had a excellent time even the two 30 year old single lads that were in the party something for everyone. This visit as a couple and it was just as good food is lovely, staff are very friendly and helpful the hotel is clean and we had a couple of lovely hints as they had remembered we had been good guests before. It has the facility to book book at a choice of 4 restaurants in town for a different experience which is also good as this is included in the all inclusive 4 grades of pools couples toddlers and kids and big slides really is a good well thought through hotel.

We have just got back from a 2 week stay here and we honestly didn’t want to come home! We all had the best time, everyone was so friendly and helpful! I would like to say a massive thankyou to Hanna, she was amazing with my daughter Evie and we will miss her! Cant wait to come back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for families with small children. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. A special thanks goes to the entertainment team, particularly Tündér and Martin, who were full of energy and made every activity enjoyable for both kids and adults. The same team runs the kids’ club, which was very well organized, and our 4-year-old absolutely loved it. They offered some great activities, like pottery and fun face painting – all included. The food was consistently good, with a nice variety to suit everyone’s taste. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. We definitely ate more than we should have! The cocktails were also surprisingly good – not watered down, as is often the case in all-inclusive hotels. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, with crystal-clear water and very reasonably priced sunbeds and umbrellas (€2.50 each in May).
