Sunrise Oasis Hotel & Waterpark

We stayed at the hotel in May 2024, and it was truly the best experience I’ve ever had! The food was exceptional, offering a great variety with new options every day. The rooms and the hotel itself were spotless. The staff was absolutely amazing—whether in the restaurant, at the pool bar, or in the kids entertainment, they made us feel so welcomed, almost like part of a big family. The sunbed allocation system worked perfectly for us, and the slides and baby pool were fantastic. The nearby beaches were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen, and it was just a short 7-minute walk to the sea. Having Lidl only 50 meters away and the strip just 100 meters away made everything so convenient. The dine-out options were excellent as well. We had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. I’ve just booked another stay at this hotel for May next year. I highly recommend it to everyone! :)

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff, great facilities for the kids. The location is good, close to the beach with a Lidl next door. 10 minutes on foot to the beach and the 4 restaurants associated with the hotel. The all inclusive package includes a meal at 4 external restaurants so you can eat in the hotel's on-site restaurant and also get out in the evening and try some other locations. The restaurants were great and the staff were really friendly and helpful. My only reservation is the additional beds in the rooms. Our room was great but the beds for the kids (sofa beds) were a bit basic and not so comfortable. My bed was great though, huge and super comfy

This hotel is the absolute best! Big, clean, great selection of food and friendly staff. Had a lovely room on 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Being all inclusive you get to dine out at 4 other restaurants associated with the hotel which was a bonus. The assigning of the sun loungers for the duration of your stay is a game changer and very much needed in most hotels.

The water park and pools especially the adult pool are brilliant, my boys thoroughly enjoyed. I would 100% return back here next summer. The location is on point, a 5 min walk to the strip which is very lively.

Extremely clean hotel. The staff very friendly. Enjoyed the food, maybe not a big variety, however, everything was tasty. Especially the homemade pizza which was made in front of you. Pools, rooms and hotel in general very clean! Very much recommended. Hotel allocates to you sunbeds for whole stay, thus you don't have to worry to find sunbeds everyday. Additionally, everyday you are granted clean towels for the pool. Kids enjoyed the slides.

A great hotel , 5 star service , all staff work so very hard , food is fantastic so the chefs deserve a huge mention too , the whole place is kept spotless and hygiene is top of the list here too. From management to the room cleaners, I cannot fault them , nothing is too much trouble . Still here staying in upgraded rooms which is a bonus and will write a detailed review when home

We stayed for a week all inclusive Oct 17th to 24th 2021. This was our second stay at the Oasis, having stayed b&b previously...knowing the food was amazing, we happily booked the upgrade this time. We stayed in room 134 ..booking for the upgraded sea view as we had last time, and it's definitely worth it to be on the ends of this U shaped building. This is a family room...separate bedroom with a very large double bed, and main room with bunks and sofa bed.
The rooms are very spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds are comfy and the bathroom...with bath...was lovely.

The staff are absolutely amazing, they could not be any more helpful....I was able to get support with our return documents from reception, where they printed out all of our docs for us in case we couldn't access the online versions at the airport.

The pool bar staff were exceptional...Adam and his lovely cocktails, George's milkshakes were fabulous, and the other George and Ilias looked after us later in the evening when hubby watches the football!

I have to be completely honest...the pool is gorgeous...but very cold!! All. The. Time!!!

Our only tiny thing that changed our experience was the final day when a huge amount of Russian guests turned up. They are rude and ignorant of all other guests, behaviour was arrogant and entitles and the kids are feral, tried to steal small British guest's toys and generally being disrespectful.... and the adults are absolutely awful to the staff.

Wished we could have stayed for 2 weeks as we had before, but we have other commitments this year so had no spare time from work.....but we will be back!

Currently staying here and hotel is spotless. Pool bar staff are spot on and make fabulous margaritas. Bath towels could do with being bigger as these are the smallest ones I have ever seen however rooms are cleaned daily and do get fresh towels daily. Gone AI as it was same price as HB but we only ever have breakfast there and eat out on the strip instead. They do give options to use one of 4 speciality restaurants to use whilst you are there on the strip which is good for a change.

Been here many times before, nice apartments clean and modern. No longer is self catering available which has increased the price a little but still decent value compared to other hotels directly on the strip.

Absolutely love this place. Really friendly staff, food is very good but pudding are always the same. Only disappointment is lack of good evening entertainment.
