The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin

We spent three nights at the hotel and found the service to be excellent. All members of staff were incredibly attentive and very welcoming. The Sommelier at the Pots restaurant offered my husband a wine tasting of German wines. It was a wonderful experience and he allowed my husband to taste a number of different German white wines at no additional cost. It was a great experience. Terry the doorman was also incredibly kind and engaging. It is a very good hotel in a good location. We walked all over the city from the hotel.

The Ritz Carlton Berlin was perfect in every way - The location was excellent and close to everything. There were museums, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel itself was exceptional - clean and well attended to every detail. The real prize was the service!! Every employee was attentive, professional and eager to help. I would give more stars if I could.

I visited this stunning hotel right in the center at Potsdamer Platz for a wedding mass, and it truly left an impression. The entrance hall is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and a wonderful pianist added to the elegant atmosphere. The bar is also worth a visit, offering a great space to relax. Overall, it seems like an ideal venue for hosting events.

The hotel could be top notch, if the communication between the team members wasn’t so poor. Different messages by different people, passive aggressive treatment by front desk when we expressed a problem with that. Most of the staff is really nice and extremely welcoming. Just get your messages straight.
Oh, fitness is pretty basic for the price.

Very comfortable room and very nice Service they walk with you help you with your luggage and ask you always if you need any assistance. The only problem is the location but not that big issue because there are always taxis outside near the door.

I also enjoyed every minute of the stunning music at the bar.

Absolutely recommend for every Berlin stay. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. We were greeted with a personal note from the staff. As you'd expect from the brand, excellent personal touches. Courtesy umbrellas for the rain were provided. Taxis always waiting. Walking distance to major sites. Had a soccer watching area which we did not get to use.
