Eurostars Berlin

Stayed here for 3 days. Check in was straightforward and the rooms and facilities are very good.
Located in the heart of Berlin with close proximity to public transport, museums, and a wide variety of restaurants

Firstly the hotel is in a great spot near the station, transport, shopping and restaurants, Museum Island etc
The check in was slow as a big group was being checked in and there were three staff at the desk but they didn't acknowledge us,also there was often a line at the reception?
The room was large,modern, clean with a great bathroom,air conditioning and double glazing so the room was very quiet and you couldn't hear outside sounds,trains, reception etc
The breakfast was excellent and there were good choices of different foods to select.
The only downside to the room was that I found all of the power sockets bar one were quite lose when you inserted your wall charger and was unreliable with a constant current so I found issues when charging mobile or Fitbit.You could hear the crackling as you inserted the plug. The reliable socket was in the bathroom! Odd place to plug in an electric product! So be careful as it's near water.That wouldn't be allowed in the UK from a safety point of view.
Otherwise the staff were pleasant in the dining area, just the frumpy woman at the reception when we were checking in who was a bit cold and stand offish.
Anyway a good hotel, central location and low in price and would stay again because of that alone.

Stayed here back in may for a city break. Very impressed, the staff were so polite and accommodating and went above and beyond to help us and find the most suitable room given health issues at the time. The room itself was stunning, immaculately clean and had amazing views of the TV tower and local university. The hotel is excellently located with the whole city being walkable! We have since recommended this hotel to friends and family and will 100% stay here the next time we visit Berlin. Thank you!!

I was really pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, service, and location of this hotel. Highly recommended. One small thing that surprised me was the additional charge for the tourist tax. It would be fine if it were either included in the price or indicated somewhere, but it's a minor detail that didn't spoil my overall impression.

One of the best 5⭐️ Hotels in Berlin. You have everything you need and it‘s also very near to shopping, sightseeings and foodspots. Everything is very clean and fresh. One of the bad thing is, that the main Gym Equipment didn‘t work, but I guess it was only a matter of time till it would be fixed. Highly recommend⭐️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel van Stephan and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The lobby's elegant design and serene ambiance set the perfect tone for my stay.

The rooms are comfortable and if you get a room facing the atrium it is quiet. They are clean and the beds and pillows are like new. Many extras are provided like dental care and shaving kits. Robes and slippers are also in the rooms. The best part of the visit is the welcoming and helpful staff that manage the hotel. They will treat you like family as soon as you enter the hotel. This hotel is in a great location just down the street from Berlin Friedrichstraße Station. They offer a wide array of items at their breakfast. Overall our stay was excellent and Hotel Eurostars is now one of our favorite hotel chains.

Perfect location for our city break, particularly liked the swimming pool, saunas, a great way to relax after a days sightseeing. Staff in reception area and bar were polite and friendly. Great selection of foods for breakfast again with helpful and polite staff. Would recommend staying here

Overall a pretty good experience, I may visit again in my next trips.

The good:
1. (see photos) Room was great, I really appreciate the floor being wooden instead of carpet (a lot cleaner that way). Bathroom was large enough, decent furniture all around.
2. (see photos) Good food, lots of choices, some decent rotations, I ate my breakfast here every day for a week and did not feel bored at all
3. (see photos) Good amenities: gym and especially a decent swimming pool (around 12m long, I think)
4. Staffs are generally very friendly.

The not so good (would have given all 5 stars if these got fixed):
1. Wifi: Very weak & unreliable. I hope they invest more into it. It's hard to get a good reception inside the hotel, but with that Wifi, it's almost impossible to work inside the room.
2. The gym equipments (especially the weight machine) need some maintainance / fix.
