The service is very good, the location is very close to the railway station, and there are many restaurants around, which is very convenient!

The shower in the room they wanted to put us in was broken Then I had to pay 45€ more so that I could get a decent room, which isn't that great. I've already paid enough and had to pay on top of that, very sad

For the price of 600+ RMB, this is a good place. There is a laundry room and a kitchen. The room is large enough. The room is carpeted, maybe for soundproofing, but it's not very clean.

The hotel is new and the room is average. The bed is small, but the mattress is of a big brand and I slept very well. The price of the hotel is a bit expensive. It costs 5 stars for 3 stars. I will change the hotel next time I come to Berlin for business trip

Great place in good location A great little hotel in a great location. Super friendly check-in, clean and quiet modern room, coffee/tea facilities - what more do you want? Just minutes of walk away from the Wall Memorial (on the same street) and subway.

The facilities were minimal, but the breakfast was delicious. It would have been better if there was an electric kettle and a bottle opener.

Hotel Romy is well located near Berlin station within a 5mins walk. The room is small but well equipped. Hotel Romy is pretty accessible to places of interest. Enjoyed a nice spread of breakfast n greeted by warm smiles from the restaurant staff.

Great location for station as one night in Berlin with an early train the next morning. Hotel room nice but bed did not get on with my back, felt like the mattress needed replacing, depending on where you laid why uneven.

The hotel is close to the tram station. The layout of the room however is a bit weird. The shower area is directly next to the bed, meaning that everyone in the room will see you naked when you leave the shower. This is a concern, especially when you are travelling with friends.

Check in & out and everything was super easy, nice staff, good location. Only minus the bed was hard and uncomfortable, so are the pillows.

It's a bit far from downtown Berlin.

No parking This hotel claimed they had parking, but they did not. They send you a message that says you have to reserve parking in advance, but when you ask to reserve it, they say they can’t. When you get there, there is no parking lot. You park on the street if you can find a spot.

This is an old hotel near the wealthy area. It is quite good to stay in an economy hotel. The breakfast is also good👍, but it is more suitable for people who have a car or a car to pick them up.

I stayed here for 4 months when I first arrived to Berlin. It is a great place to stay to get used to the city for the first time. It is in a nice neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. Rooms are well designed, they have everything and does not feel small. And hosts are always super helpful and super friendly. I really recommend.

It is not recommended to go if you have a lot of luggage. There is no elevator upstairs, so you have to take the stairs to the hotel front desk. The room is average and the facilities are a bit old, but the price is not expensive, but overall it is average and the room facilities are not very modern. The location is good, very close to the main street next to it

The Hotel is close to shopping streets. Hotel location is just 5 minutes from metro station on foot. In the room furnitures are quite old. Hotel is not dirty. Staffs are very kind but service is medium quality. Room is not small. I paid about 270 euro for 3 nights. We didn’t confront a problem during stay.

I stayed here for two nights and found it to be a great experience. The room was well kept and the building was as well. Everyone that I encountered there was I credible friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and would also recommend this accommodation to someone traveling to Berlin. Kiki was also an absolute treat.

Overall a nice experience but not a 4-star experience. Rooms are old, no amenities in the bathroom and for our dog only two empty bowls, no dog mat as stated during the booking. Staff is nice but some of them have trouble with the basic English and can’t properly explain what hotel offers. Very good position but honestly considered what we paid it would have been better a much cheaper chain hotel.

Perfect location central to everywhere we wanted to go in the city! Around the corner from a train stop, but on a quiet street. Walking distance to multiple shops and cafes. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, free laundry facilities, a stocked mini-fridge with beer and water. We had a great time. Would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was excellent, and the complimentary bottle of beer each day was a nice touch. The apartments are spacious with comfortable mattresses, but for a four-star hotel, the shower spaces should be larger, and air conditioning is essential, as the fans provided are not effective during the summer.

I was there in August, the most annoying thing by my residence there, was the air conditioning, the weather was hot but the air conditioner was so weak to the limit I couldnt sleep at night, every thing else was ok.

This hotel is a three star hotel, but you will get a very comfortable rooms, nice food, and the hospitality and welcoming of a five star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel . Personally, whenever I visit Berlin, I will stay in Aga's Hotel.

A very lovely stay at the Meninger Alexanderplatz. We had a room for 4, convenient and clean, staff is super nice and helpful and the hostel is well located (metro station is really right in front of it). Kitchen is quite small so we recommande to grab something outside :) Thank you all for this amazing time!

Clean rooms, great staff and a low key, calm bar area. You could socialize, or just hang out quietly at a table. The price was great, the location was good (as long as you don’t mind walking a bit) and above all it felt safe. A special shout out to Gregory, Gloria, Camila and the guy with the shaved head and glasses whose name I forgot. They were all very helpful.

Honestly, it’s a really cool hostel for students. Great for the price n they have got almost every amenity. The staff were really nice, polite n helpful. It's a good hotel with a nice and polite staff. Actually I stay there with 4 of my friends in a 5 person room and we had a amazing view. It was for sure a little small but still a good room. It's also so central - just 5 min from Alexanderplatz so you can reach everything very good and fast.

I loved staying here! The staff were very friendly, the room was delightfully minimalist, location was great, pricing was really fair, and the breakfast foods were actually well-seasoned (not usually the case in American hotels). I would definitely come back!

It's a very convenient location. There are a wide variety of cafes and restaurants. I went to the front desk to leave my luggage before checking in, but I was able to check in right away, which was very convenient.

Had a wonderful stay at Smartments Prenzlauer Berg. Facility is modern, clean and located adjacent to the Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station - making transportation super convenient. Bed low but comfy. No air conditioning...

An awesome location to explore Berlin from. Very clean and tidy hotel, we felt comfortable during our stay there. Had a small view too, which was awesome! Bathroom ventilation was a small, but manageable, issue. Great to have space for luggage, recommend looking above the smallest size room if staying for more than two nights (we’re so glad we did)!

Location is amazing, so close to everything. Rooms really nice and clean, could do with better lighting, especially at night! Very moody so you can’t see much when the day light has gone! Disappointed with the rooftop bar, first night and day it wasn’t open, then when it was open we had to go all the way to the ground floor to order a drink and bring it all the way back up! Our stay was comfortable - the hotel is located near the city center, a lot of beautiful sights are reachable by walk. Shops, fast-food points and pub are close enough. The room is not large, but it's enough for a short stay. An absolutely gorgeous hotel! Beautifully setup with huge suites and a fantastic breakfast. The staff were all lovely and could not have been more helpful. The included mini spa setup in the basement is aym added bonus. Easy walk to all public transport and plenty of local eating options. Fantastic!

Stayed 5 nights. Hotel in quiet street currently without through traffic as building work going on at the end of the road. Close to bus stop for 200 - we walked from main station through Tiergarden which took 45 minutes! Very close to Tiergarden (we heard nightingales) , 10 minutes from zoo. Good hotel. Set back from the road and one stop from the zoo and Tiergarten. The hotel is clean. Cleaning every day. Continental breakfast. The staff helped, explained how to get where. We arrived ahead of check-in time and there were no problems. Not expensive. I can recommend it.

Very nice stay. I’m a repeat guest and I do love this place. What slightly spoiled my enjoyment was the absence of a coffee machine in the room. Also they stopped offering room service, which the great staff tried to accommodate me as much as possible. But still for a property of this class, I’d expect that option. I stayed in at Quentin XL PotsDamer Platz with my husband as we were in town for the Berlin marathon because I was a participant of the race and this hotel was absolutely phenomenal in service, cleanliness, attentiveness, kind and respectful. If I were to visit any visit Berlin again in the near future I’d choose to stay here again. It was actually very close and a good location to many tourist attractions...

Probably the best hotel I stayed in, overall, during a multi-stop trip to the area. Very helpful staff greet and guide you. A pleasant bar and superb, if a little pricey, breakfast. The room was very well done and comfortable except I couldn't adjust the A/C. Great location relative to the tourist sites, but a bit far from the subway; the bus can take you there.
