Great hotel. Location is good (Had Döner nearby the first night). The rooms were comfortable. Had a real good night's sleep. The breakfast was superb. It was my first steigenberger hotel. My only negative point is that it may not be value for money for a family/leisure trip.

We recently visited Berlin for the marathon and stayed at the Steigenberger. The hotel was excellent. Great breakfast buffet - and the staff was incredible. The location is great for access to the zoo, Tiergarten and more.

This hotel is located in one of the best spots in west Berlin, very near central places and the Zoo Bahnhof but also on a quiet square without traffic and noise. The room they gave us was spacious and comfortable, clean and nicely equipped with coffee and tea maker. The staff is kind and supportive. Overall a great experience!

Nice location, easy to find and well maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast had an abundance of options and plenty of seating. Out initial room had an issue with the a/c, but they quickly moved us to another room that was nice and cool.

Rooms are modern but not practical for couples.Dressing table needed. Good to have an iron in the room and the cleaner was super. Rooms are not noise insulated however and there is noise from the road and church bells. Perfect for us to enable us to visit our son easily. Staff were so helpful and polite. Breakfast was good varied selection. Sundays was not as good we went down later and the hot food hadn’t been replenished. our stay in this hotel was overall pleasant. Though the hotel was under construction and a bit messy from outside when we stayed there but staffs were nice and very helpful. It is accessible to bus and subway that really saved time in touring around Berlin.

Very large hostel, brought back memories of my school days, the common room on the ground floor is very large, almost like a pub, giving it a very cosy feel. The room was large and the facilities were clean, except for the lighting which was a little grey. Overall a very nice stay.

The bathroom was a bit dated and the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The room itself was generally clean. Of the 4 elevators, 2 didn't work at all and 2 only occasionally.

Room was spacious and clean. Location is very near a subway station (less than 5 mins walk). There is a supermarket below along with some eateries, so very convenient. Service rendered was also excellent, overall we had a great stay here and would recommend you to choose this hotel too!

Mercure MOA is very modern hotel but like maze. Excellent breakfast with many varieties. The ground floor is a big supermarket named Edeka, so it’s very convenient to get things. The location is close to train station. This hotel has no bell boy service and no water bottle for the stay, and rest room has no bathtub. Overall, it is very good price with modern room with excellent BF and good location

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you. However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’...

The room was quite nice. The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great. And comfy beds as well. AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. We booked the standard room and it was little small. But it clean and everything is working. They also have coffee and tea inside the room and a mini refrigerator...they have breakfast buffet for a price of 22 euro. Breakfast is great u must say. Great location! Service is great! Really really great hotel! Rooms immaculate, stylish and service impeccable. Hotel provides free baggage storage and area to wait on 6th floor including showers and space to get changed after you’ve checked out! Only downside would be that breakfast is on the expensive side however if you are travelling as a family under 15s are free.

Indeed a high quality as well as "easy-going" stay since this is a centrally located hotel situated next to an important train station, also next to important city sights, museums etc. We are happy that our stay was a very relaxing one even though it was mainly for a congress.
