This hotel is a gem in the heart of Berlin. We stayed here for the second time and could not expect more from our weekend trip. The staff was extremely welcoming, allowed us to check in at 12 and as Advantage Club members we even received an upgrade. The room and the hotel facilities are spotlessly clean, the beds are the most comfortable ones we have ever slept in, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is both professional and relaxed. The breakfast buffet is extremely rich with anything you can wish for. The rich vegan corner is an upgrade as well as the omelette you can request to be prepared fresh. We have never enjoyed our hotel stay more! This is a five star hotel!

A most enjoyable stay. Located a walkable distance from Alexanderplatz but the tram network passes the door. The staff are discreet and always helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything one could need. The shower was perfect. I will be returning next year.

Nice location, easy to find and well maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast had an abundance of options and plenty of seating. Out initial room had an issue with the a/c, but they quickly moved us to another room that was nice and cool.

Rooms are modern but not practical for couples.Dressing table needed. Good to have an iron in the room and the cleaner was super. Rooms are not noise insulated however and there is noise from the road and church bells. On 2/4 days stay, breakfast was awful and they were clearly not ready for the amount of guests they had with lots of food options left unreplenished. Overall , I wouldn’t stay again.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. While the room was quite small, it served its purpose adequately. Unfortunately, the in-room Wi-Fi was not functional, so I had to rely on the public wireless connection. The room was also quite warm, and the air conditioning did not effectively cool the space. Additionally, parking is available for a fee, which I believe should be clearly stated on the hotel's website. On a positive note, the location was excellent, offering convenient access to key points of interest. The room was clean, met most of my needs and the staff was friendly

Myself and my wife stated over new year for 3 nights. Great location, no more than 12 minute walk to alexanderplatz. The room was very spacious and clean. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Shower clean and good water pressure. For a city break honestly a bargain. I would recommend. If your not in the mood to go out don't be disappointed the hotel food was honestly good for a hotel bar food. If I was to return to Berlin I will 100% return.

Late night on the 30 of January 2025 we were hungry so we ordered some food from a nearby restaurant .We forgot to order cutlery with our meal so we thought the reception could assist us on finding a fork. When we politely asked the lady in the reception if we could have a fork she bluntly replied “No we don’t have fork the restaurant is closed” with no intention on assisting us any further as if its extraordinary to think a fork was possible to be found in a 4-star hotel (which also has a restaurant and bar) even though it was 2am. We just forgot to order a fork and asked for some help . Let’s really believe that the whole hotel didn’t have a single fork she could at least act like she tried to find one or offer us an alternative option if there was any or be professional in some way .
Also our friend who is staying in the same Hotel with us before 2 nights, same time at night with the bar-restaurant closed again , took forks from the reception so the guy before 2 nights was was, helpful the lady probably wanted us to eat with our hands as she didn’t care at all that we didn’t have a way to eat our pasta !
Ok the bar was closed ! Fine ! And then what ? You can not bring just one spoon for your guests and don’t let them eat by hands ??? I asked her , so what you’re recommending? To eat by my hands ? And she didn’t care at all . She didn’t even tried to go to the closed restaurant and bring one . Even a ONE STAR HOTEL could help you eat like human and not like animal . There is no excuse! NO EXCUSE
They destroyed my last night , i suffered for one plate pasta !

Perfect for us to enable us to visit our son easily. Staff were so helpful and polite. Breakfast was good varied selection. Sundays was not as good we went down later and the hot food hadn’t been replenished. I would suggest that the lovely toiletries in the bathroom were made a little easier to use I found it quite challenging to squeeze the container. Will be returning

The location is great, conveniently close to several tram stops. The hotel is massive, so be prepared for a bit of a walk from the entrance to your room. That said, the room itself was very spacious, with good furniture, a nice bathroom, and a comfortable bed—we really enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were friendly, and the flavored water offered in the entrance was a thoughtful touch.

Nice hotel about 10 minutes walk (or 2 tram stops on the M4) north of Alexanderplatz. Nicely furnished comfortable rooms and good variety for breakfast. The staff on reception were always polite and helpful.
A great choice if you're willing to compromise on being a little bit further out (which of course makes it a little bit better value for money too).
