Leonardo Royal Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz

Myself and my wife stated over new year for 3 nights. Great location, no more than 12 minute walk to alexanderplatz. The room was very spacious and clean. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Shower clean and good water pressure. For a city break honestly a bargain. I would recommend. If your not in the mood to go out don't be disappointed the hotel food was honestly good for a hotel bar food. If I was to return to Berlin I will 100% return.

Perfect for us to enable us to visit our son easily. Staff were so helpful and polite. Breakfast was good varied selection. Sundays was not as good we went down later and the hot food hadn’t been replenished. I would suggest that the lovely toiletries in the bathroom were made a little easier to use I found it quite challenging to squeeze the container. Will be returning

The location is great, conveniently close to several tram stops. The hotel is massive, so be prepared for a bit of a walk from the entrance to your room. That said, the room itself was very spacious, with good furniture, a nice bathroom, and a comfortable bed—we really enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were friendly, and the flavored water offered in the entrance was a thoughtful touch.

Nice hotel about 10 minutes walk (or 2 tram stops on the M4) north of Alexanderplatz. Nicely furnished comfortable rooms and good variety for breakfast. The staff on reception were always polite and helpful.
A great choice if you're willing to compromise on being a little bit further out (which of course makes it a little bit better value for money too).

Hotel was great! Few technical issues with the TV and opting out of room cleaning, turning up at 8am. However, beds are comfy, food is excellent, and great variety. Would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of August, and overall, my experience was very positive. The hotel is well-located in a peaceful neighborhood, which made it a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Originally, I had booked for two nights, but due to a change in my plans, I only stayed for one night. The hotel staff were very accommodating and adjusted my reservation without any hassle, which I really appreciated.
For dinner, we ate at the hotel bar, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I opted for a local dish of currywurst with potatoes, which was perfectly prepared and flavorful. It was a great way to experience a traditional German dish in a comfortable setting without needing to leave the hotel.
Breakfast the next morning was truly a standout part of my stay. The buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes and dietary needs. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The staff made sure that the buffet was constantly replenished, and they kept the dining area impeccably clean and organized. They even offered gluten-free options, which is always a nice touch for those with specific dietary requirements.
The room was another highlight. It was very spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The cleanliness and upkeep of the room were impeccable, contributing to the overall comfort.
All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Berlin. It offers excellent service, a great location, and a wonderful dining experience!

Had a really lovely 1-night stay, the receptionist and staff were very kind and accommodated for our trip. The room was amazing, clean and spacious - it exceeded our expectation. Highly recommend the Alexanderplatz branch, would revisit when in Berlin!

This place is fine. It felt somewhat corporate to me and a bit sterile, but it was just a place to sleep for the most part. I was a bit hot sleeping there and the last night their A/C went out. It was pretty rough for me. I could've dealt with a fan. This was only 1 night though. The other nights were fine. The rooms are clean and have the amenities we needed.

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. There was a good selection of breakfast items although we felt the breakfast area in which it's served was very cramped due to the amount of people that were there. Lovely hotel bar to have a few drinks at night. We just felt we would have preferred a hotel a little bit closer to the centre of the city. We prefer to walk everywhere but after walking all day we didn't want to go too far at night for a few drinks but couldn't find any local bars for us.
