Lovely hotel in a very picturesque location, ideal for walking, biking and relaxing. Quite expensive to eat in but just a short bus ride away from the S Bahn with links to all the Berlin districts and beyond.The staff are great too - would definitely go back!

Excellent for fitness and spa We go there to use the fitness area wjuch is excellent, the spa which is very german, not fancy, but everything works, its clean and the staff is great. The rooms are clean, quiet, comfy, and the restaurants had upgraded the menus so we could the good breakfast, and the rest in the spa cafe. We love centrovital and will ve back again abd again.

Perfect vacation One of the best hotels I've been to! Excellent spa hotel with 2 indoor pools. The breakfast is great and has lots of options. A few bus stops from Ratnaus Spandau train station where you can catch s+u bahn and trains to other cities.

The overall environment is OK, and the surrounding area is very convenient. It is close to the embassy. There are also some shopping malls to visit. It is convenient for us to stay at the exhibition! I will stay here again next time.

Very satisfied, stayed for two nights, except there is no supermarket nearby, everything else is super good. The room and bathroom are big, you can boil water, it is very quiet at night, there is a subway station just outside the door.

For me everything is about location, this hotel is on the metro line 20 minutes from main train station, there is a supermarket nearby too. Rooms are spacious and clean. I don't need more from a hotel.

We had a family room. It was large with a great view. Workspace and soft chairs made the room very versatile. We really appreciated the variety of the breakfast too.

Very spacious rooms, the fan really helped with the heat and it was very powerful. The staff was kind. The location of the hotel is very good because it is very close to alexanderplatz and the zoo. The toilet paper was thin. The breakfast area is very nice and has a large variety of foods, the coffee machine made very nice coffee. Overall I had a nice stay in the hotel.

This is a really nice hotel. Maybe it's not very modern but the service and staff are super friendly. The rooms are huge and very clean. The room I had even had a bathtub. Public transportation is just a few minute walk from the hotel and breakfast is perfect. Early check-in is also possible if you email them ahead of time. Great place great value! Room was good and clean as all Marriott group hotels are. Location is also good, everything is in walking distance. Service was not good. People at the reception were not very friendly and even a simple request to bring water to the room was rejected. Hotel is good for a short stay, but was quite disappointed about the service. The hotel is very close to the Berlin Zoo —you can easily walk there, which is one of the main reasons I chose it. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, just a one or two-minute walk away, so it's very convenient for shopping or having a dinner

Spent one night at this hotel in their Single Room, it was big enough for me and the bed I believe may be slightly bigger than a standard single bed, either way it was very comfortable. The room was simple but bright and airy, I would make one suggestion and that is it should have a hook for clothes in the shower room. Good location. Overall very nice service. Free breakfast included which is a plus. We had a suite which was spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that they stopped water supply for one night (luckily it didn’t impact us that much but we had to rush home to shower which was inconvenient). I was disappointed with my stay. I was charged city tax twice, and despite raising the issue with reception, it was never resolved. Additionally, the window in my room couldn’t be opened by myself, which made the first night very uncomfortable. Overall, not the experience I expected. The location was very good though.

Location is far away from main tourist destinations

I stayed there myself in a 4 bed dormitory room. It was an excellent room and I liked the service. But it is better to have a socket near the bed for charging. They have two usb charging ports near every beds but it is better to have a c port or a charging socket. But overall, I liked it. Especially the staffs are always helpful. I am highly recommend it to whom who are looking for a cheap accommodation

It was easy to access from tram station, nice staffs. We have to use stairs from 7 to 8 floor, it can be hard. Guest kitchen was honestly messy and not clean, but it is the hostel. There was hair dryer, shower, there were everything that I needed. It was good staying.

The room is too dark - the bathroom is painted with black and without window 🪟. No kettle, so no possibility to prepare a tea nor coffee ☕. The shower hose was not properly sealed and water was leaking. Power sockets 🔌 are next to the bed, which is nice. Receptionist were professional 👌🏼.

The hotel had some fundamental issues with the AC, which led to changing rooms three times. Having stayed at other Amano hotels, I found their rooms and service to be better compared to the Eastside. However, the hotel’s great location in Berlin and the overall fun experience made up for it.

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you. However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’...

The room was quite nice. The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great. And comfy beds as well. AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. I loved my stay at the Pestana Berlin. The area was so nice and clean. The park in close proximity was great for walks and relaxing, and you're not too far away from some of the more important attractions in the city.

Very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable with an excellent location for exploring the centre of Berlin. Good shower, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, good WiFi. Only (minor) issue was that the air conditioning was a bit under-powered so the room was a bit warm. I was able to check-in several hours early and the check-out experience was smooth.

Excellent Stay Near Central Station Just one block from Central Station, the location is perfect. The staff were outstanding—professional, attentive, and welcoming. This is the 2nd '25 hours' hotel have stayed in in Germany ( also stayed in the 'day tour' one in Duesseldorf) and I have really enjoyed them both. They are a teensy bit quirky, and this one in Berlin is excellently located near the zoo and tier park ( you can overlook the zoo from the top floor breakfast restaurant)

Just spent an extended weekend in Berlin with my daughter, this hotel is just really vibrant, fresh, great rooms and plenty of breakfast also with a mediterranean twist. Location is superb. Teams at front desk and in restaurant are really effective, but during interactions, I missed the little extra smile and spark in the eye... but that's in the detail, the whole experience was really positive.

Dissappointing... We come here for more than six years, and it goes seamlessly down. In the evening is the sauna neglected, nobody comes to replenish towels and water cups, not to mention that "renovation" meant the removal of the fridge, which used to offer free soft drinks and bottled water after the saune. Very nice place! Well located to the S-Bahn and inside of the Ku'Damm area in Berlin. Highly recommend! The only issue I had was with the coffee machine (available in the room) that was not working.

Stayed at the Regent last year, and was very comfortable in their suite, which was unexpectedly large! Service was excellent also. The butler / concierge service helped us in so many ways when it came to booking restaurants, concerts, and seeing that our driver was on top of our plans. This hotel stands out in solid service.

Nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. It's a little bit of a walk from the nearest sbahn. The hotel identifies as an eco hotel which is cool. Because of this, they don't do anything on the tin unless you ask them to, which is also cool. Decent place with reasonable prices. The staff are very proficient, respectful , polite and responsible - giving good service and a pleasant experience. The rooms are ok yet there is a problem with the AC which did not work properly and the illumination in the room is quite dim but besides that everything is good.
