Kunal Singh, oguzhan was amazing and help us very well.
An asset to the establishment.
Kind regards,
Adithya
Clean hotel at a good location.
Employee flew into a rage when i told him i parked my car at the garage and wanted to pay when leaving.
Having your car parked at the day of check out is only possible until 2 pm.
Very nice Hotel, directly located at an S-Bahn station. The rooms very nicely decorated and quite spacious, love the Bluetooth boxes integrated into the bed- and bathrooms.
The breakfast buffet was very nice and quite a good selection.
My room was reasonably spacious and had a great view from the tenth floor. The water pressure is good and the bathroom looks nice and clean. The location right next to Schöneberg station is very convenient.
It was a little dusty under the bed and the air condition worked only so so but overall I'm really happy with this hotel choice.
Compared to other inexpensive there is no there is no inexpensive in Berlin for single room under 100 is very good warm and clean that's what you need in Europe hard to find
Love The Niu definitely. 🫶🏻 Just one request, teach the evening shift at the reception to work a little faster, 20 minutes per person is a very long time. And thanks to the best receptionist who was at the reception on 9.11 at 7 a.m. I will come back here absolutely🖤

the hotel is located at the center location of lgbt area, which is wonderful for who travels to see a special side of diversity in Berlin. The facilities in the hotel could be improved.
Hotel was in a great location just across from the metro and walking distance to the shopping street, kadewe mall and the **** neighbourhood. Hotel didn’t have AC, so I needed to open the window for some airflow and good thing the weather was cool enough and windy although it was summer. Toilet seems to be recently upgraded in recent years and was clean, although was small. Room was a decent fairly...
The location is close to bus and metro, easy from airport to hotel.
A little far from main attractions and its facing the main street so you can always hear the trains. Aside from that, really nice.
Clean basic rooms in a good location. Wi-Fi was constantly on and off, not sufficient for work calls
Nice location for me as I don’t mind traveling by public transportations. Closeby to the metro and bus stations.

I went to Germany on a business trip and booked this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel has an elegant environment, good service, and a good breakfast. There is a church across the street, and the surrounding area is the most prosperous and beautiful area in Berlin.
Excellent. Great central location
“The location and the rooms of the hotel were very nice, but the service was at a low motel level. The service was very poor for this price. There is no refrigerator in the rooms and no room service. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but at the entrance to the breakfast room, payment is collected via a card reader for those not having breakfast, causing unnecessary delays. The hotel staff cannot...
Excellent location to explore Berlin on foot!
The hotel is located very centrally and is quite comfortable. However, I am very disappointed with the service attitude of the Receptionist. It seemed like he discriminated against Asians for not being friendly towards us. However, the housekeeping staff and other staff are friendly.
From the warm welcome to the size of the comfort room with the separate beds and the wonderful view of the Friedrichwerder Church, EVERYTHING was just right.
The hotel is very well connected to the Friedrichstr. station, the Ostbahnhof and, most importantly, the main station by bus 147. The main station can also be easily reached with the U5 from the Museumsinsel station. Our destination was the Museum...

Everything is good except for the loud music at night I can hear since I'm at the first floor. Nice to have kitchen to use, too bad I only found out the last day...
I received a very friendly, relaxed, and professional welcome. The information and advice were clear and welcoming, so I really felt like I could be myself here. There was nothing artificially friendly or businesslike; everything just flowed smoothly and naturally.
The atmosphere, partly due to the location, is down-to-earth and lively. Despite the hustle and bustle and the many noises from the surrounding...
The beds were ok, the room smelled weird, the showers were not great, there wasn't a lot of people hanging around when I was there. The best part was the buffet breakfast, very good and worth the price.
Good family stay
It was a very nice stay - even if it was only for one night. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable but otherwise it was really nice. We stayed at the hotel due to a concert at Uber Arena - it was great to be able to just walk back to the hotel.
The best thing about this hotel is its location, with easy access to the station and tourist spots. The rooms are simple and spacious, equipped with individual lights, power outlets, and lockers, and are clean. However, bed making is self-service, and the mattresses and pillows are a little old.
The common areas are well-equipped, with a lounge, terrace, shared kitchen, and cafe/bar, which is convenient...
Not bad but there is no lock on the storage box in the room :( and no fan, fortunately it was close to the metro 3min walk :)

Amazing location, with staff who are truly helpful and friendly. The hotel and rooms are not only beautiful but also spotless. I travel often and usually end up saying I miss my own bed at home — but not here! The bed, pillows, and blanket were honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. I even considered calling to ask what brand they use so I could recreate the same comfort at home :) Thank...
This was a 5-star experience!! The staff were highly professional. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and high quality. The finishes were elegant, tasteful very purposeful selected. I highly recommend The Mandala and if I ever come back to Berlin, this will be my first choice!
Fabulous hotel in central location near the Potsdamer Platz. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend of mine and did not disappoint. Lovely rooms with great views. Excellent breakfast and nice restaurants.
Absolutely gorgeous! I’ve stayed here twice now for little “staycations” with my boyfriend. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like plenty of tea, coffee, and even hot chocolate. The concierge team really goes above and beyond, which makes the experience even more special.
We’ve also dined a few times in the restaurant upstairs — the food is lovely, though the atmosphere...
Highly recommend. This hotel has warm and excellent energy.. from the thoughtful design and interiors.. to the service and smiles of the staff, and the food on all occasions was super in quality. Business lunch at QIU is of value with plenty of options. The benefit of a right sized kitchen area is an advantage. Spent two weeks here but could stay for months. Good location, excellent spa, bed was very uncomfortable, in room electronic device kept turning on brightly overnight.. service was spotty.. friendly staff but not very polished, check in was clear financially but didn’t include details of breakfast or WiFi or even where the elevator was located. Fabulous hotel, the room was everything we could ask for and the place itself is the perfect central location.
Good location, 1 minute walk to U Bahn and 10 minutes walk to s bahn. Hotel is clean and quiet.
Tasteful room design. Great location. Quite rooms during day and nights. Very kind staff.

To me, it is not a 4 star hotel. Does not provide service that you expect with 4 stars.

Booked a balcony room. You can book a 4-star room at the same price. I chose a 4-star room. I was too tired on the first day and didn't realize it was next to the subway. I found it next to the subway on the second and third day. There was a sound of the subway passing by the window. The breakfast variety was relatively small.
The room is quite big and clean. It is a bit noisy near the railway, and there are often noises in the bathroom due to the light bulbs. The breakfast is very rich, and there are some breakfasts that Chinese people often eat.
The location of the hotel is very good, next to the commercial street in the center of Berlin, not far from the subway entrance. There are two lines nearby, and there are many delicious restaurants downstairs. The hotel breakfast is also good.
The location is good, the room is very clean in the same price range in Europe, and the breakfast is rich.
The waiter at check-in was much more professional and enthusiastic than at check-out.
The breakfast is quite rich, you can make your own muffins, and it is not far from the MRT station.

Fantastic stay for 2 weeks at the GINN. The workers were so hospitable, I was asking for forks, knives, plates, etc (ordered a LOT of Uber Eats) and they never said no!! The room was nice and clean and the daily service was extensive (not just make your bed but actually cleaned the room). Great stay, all the workers were very nice.
This place was absolutely great:there was no telephone cluttering the table, the location and accessibility is top, room size/deko very nice, bed pillows were not hollow shells, mattress comfy, everyone was very friendly, great cocktails, free filter coffee/tea service and an almost perfect breakfast. I was pleased with this hotel. Housekeeping did an outstanding job cleaning my room. The hotel was a good value and convenient to public transportation. There is also a nice grocery store in the same building and restaurants that are very convenient.
I liked the room because it's spacious and functional. There are not many amenities in the room though, such as a coffee machine, hot water boiler and just one bottle of water for the entire stay. The rest of the hotel lacks of charm and warmth, especially the corridors.

The staff are courteous, polite and helpful. They speak English if necessary and are wonderful people. The service is great and the breakfast is something anyone must try. However, the room was somewhat cramped and lacking (no coffee machine or coffee) for the price expected. The staff are not to blame here, but Mercure management itself. This hotel is far too overpriced. The issue is that they feel...
Well I offered to stay here after a delayed flight. The pool was small but nice. The rooms were decent and had the typical no frills look. The staff especially the restaurant and bar staff were quite rude and unpleasant. Given that many patrons were probably stressed to be there I would have thought that the staff would have been more cordial. If I had the choice I would not stay here again.
We were put up here when our flight was cancelled.
Nice hotel, clean rooms with nice TV and such. The staff are also incredibly lovely and helpful. Shane about the rump steak, wasn't asked how I wanted it so came pretty overdone.. But I imagine more care would be taken if it wasn't a gift from easyjet!
Clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain about. I didn't have the breakfast because I slept in... That's a measure of the comfort. Only issue is the location and the being nothing nearby except for the airport for food options.
This is about as close to Berlin Tegel Airport you can get without actually being on the airport runway. Free shuttle service every 10 minutes. Surprisingly quiet.
Friendly staff. I'm a German-speaker so I used German with the employees, but they were fabulous with all the English-speakers, too. The gentleman doing room service in particular was very professional and cheerful. Good location and nice-looking hotel.

The second time I stayed, the room was upgraded and the experience was much better. The bathroom renovation added points. This time I was told that in addition to the indoor swimming pool, there was also a sauna and a gym available. I will come again next time.
Very beautiful and cozy hotel. The service could be better in some aspects like at the restaurant for breakfast more than once there were no mugs and when I asked a waitress she didn’t know what to do. It's a clean and well-maintained hotel with comfortable rooms. It's location is a huge advantage. The view is not bad. Not much noise even though the rooms face a large avenue (other than sirens every two minutes). Wi-Fi is a little poor in connection quality. But in general, an excellent performance-price ratio for the average traveller.
Great location... pretty close to Alexanderplatz and all the trains, food, entertainment that it offers. The negative of being close to Alexanderplatz is that it can be loud pretty late into the night... police sirens, etc. Also right next door is the abandoned Stasi building - read the history of that place yikes! It is a budgety hotel and they do have a restaurant, but no room service dining...
Good location, walking distance to Alexanderplatz but also right next to tram so choice of walking or tram. Rooms a decent size, double bed was really to singles put together with two single duvets. Bathroom a little bit dated but overall the stay was nice with helpful staff. Bar could use some improvement or opening up to be more welcoming.

First and foremost, excellent value for money. The unit consisted of a bedroom and a small living room with a kitchenette corner. It is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, a shopping area with supermarkets and a pharmacy, as well as the train station, and just a few kilometres from downtown. The reception staff were friendly, and the housekeeping staff were diligent.
