Positive: Large room, cleanliness, view, renovated, tea & coffee around the clock, large mirror Negative: Poor quality soap and shower gel, no slippers, missing ironing equipment, thin walls through which you can hear everything

Very good, convenient transportation, at the U bah exit, next to a large shopping mall, shopping and dining are very convenient.

Quick checkin and great location near the airport. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast exceeded expectations as it was very delicious and had been well tailored for COVID 19 requirements.

The facilities are too old, and they feel worse than those of more than 200 hotels in China 😅, but it is indeed close to the FESPA exhibition. I walk to the exhibition every day, saving taxi fare.

The twin room I booked was the same as the picture, the area was OK, the front desk could help me store my luggage, there was lemonade, and I could buy food. There were subways and buses around, and the location was right next to the Berlin Central Bus Station

Ibis hotels often have some weird things. This time the itinerary changed. The room was clean, but the towels were dirty. My skin was itchy after using them. I woke up feeling nauseous.

Environment: A relatively poor experience. The shower water cannot be adjusted at all. After adjusting it, it is sometimes cold and sometimes hot. I have never encountered such shower conditions. Service: The front desk lady is quite enthusiastic. I registered for all membership and got 2 days of breakfast.

This place is not for tourists. They charge and charge just to get bad customer service. We had a question about fees we were already charged for and we got yelled at. Do not recommend.

We book a king-size bed but we were put into two single bed. It was a nightmare to sleep.

Very nice hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. Staff is very polite. Rooms are really good and there is no outside noise. There is a TV in the room and air conditioner. They also give you coffe, tea and sparkling water for free in the room every day. In this hotel you have everything you need and U-Bahn station is a minute away from it. The neighborhood is quiet and very neat, lots of restaurants very close to the hotel. A metro station very close to the hotel, the U9 takes you easily to important spots. The hotel is quite new and very clean, excellent staff and, when you come back at night, you can have a great cold beer at the bar in the hall. The property feels small and personal with a stylish touch. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Room modern yet classy Plenty to see in the local area from a number of big museums to nice little cafe bars and restaurants. Plenty of dining options nearby catering to all tastes and vegan options galore. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It was clean and comfortable. Really loved the breakfast in the buffet with a view. Staff are professional, polite and enjoyed my overall stay at this hotel because of the excellent service. Highly recommend for business travelers.

Excellent hotel, quiet and clean. All you can eat breakfast, a little pricy but excellent choice and quality. Very friendly staff, nice sweets on reception (!), walking distance from the mainline West train station (20 mins) and the subway. Recommended.

Great location for public transport and a visit to the nearby Stasi Museum. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and I was very happy that a good hairdryer was provided. Hotel was very clean and well managed, location was really good for central Berlin, Templehof (where I was visiting) and Tiergarten. Rooms are good and clean but no AC. It becomes too hot sometimes. Breakfast is acceptable. The Internet was very bad in my room on the 5th floor. It was one of the worst internet connections I have experienced in a hotel. extremely low speed and it kept getting disconnected.

Not bad, an old building, 1982, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast would have been ok, but why such small plates and glasses? The glasses for the juice are so small it is not even one mouthful, its a shame there was no liquor for these shot glasses, everything so small, so annoying. It's ok for the price. We had "standard double room" and we paid about 95€ per night (without breakfast). The room is ok, it's clean, bathroom is really small. There is no A/C and it's warm but fine. The view is not really interesting even on last floor. The cleaning is not done unless you are asking for it. It's fine for a weekend in Berlin.

The room is not that pretty, but the location is really great. You can walk to all the famous places in the Mite district, and the tram, subway, and bus stations are all right in front. However, since the station is right in front, it is a bit noisy at night. There is a water purifier in the lobby, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in, which is nice.
