Brilliant location, the best. Rooms are really good. Breakfast is a great way to start the day. Yummy. Other school groups can be noisy but management is helpful in responding to that. Group booking is helpful and responsive. I would recommend this hotel to any UK school group visiting Berlin. That said I have stayed here as a visitor to Berlin .

Overall a great stay—clean, and comfortable. However, attention to detail could be improved. If a guest requests a service, it should be followed through and not forgotten. Also, the common ironing room needs a better location. Having it inside the accessible toilet isn’t ideal for hygiene reasons. Otherwise, a good experience!

Visited Berlin in late-Nov 2024 to soak in some history and this hotel is perfectly placed as it is walking distance to Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie, the Topology of Terror, the remnants of the Berlin Wall, etc. It’s extremely convenient as it is literally on the doorstep of Anhalter banhof where the S-Bahn connects to the various parts of the city within minutes. Overall, I am very satisfied. The service staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very rich. There is a subway station 2 minutes away on foot, and there are many department stores for shopping in about 10 minutes on foot.

This hotel was my FAVORITE in Berlin. The rooms were very luxurious and top tier. The service was attentive and very accommodating to any request that I had. The in hotel dining for dinner and breakfast was delicious. Make sure to take advantage of the indoor Pool/Spa/Sauna on the 7th floor. I enjoyed every moment here. Will def come back and stay longer.

Stayed for 4 nights on a family city break to Berlin. Nice hotel in great location for walking/using public transport. Attentive staff, spacious, modern room and facilities. Amazing location on Museum Island literally the centre of Berlin. U bahn station 2 minutes walk. The rooms are modern, confortable and well designed. One key point for me is tbe sound isolation - very good. Extremely quiet. Calm efficient staff will take good care of you. This is our second visit to this hotel and we will definitely return

Great location for many of the sites in Berlin, and close to the U-Bahn and bus services. Hotel was comfortable and cleanliness was high. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was of a very high standard and, despite some reviews, was not busy.

Very friendly staff, beautiful, clean and bright rooms. I especially loved the giant mirror next to our bed. Nice bathroom. Only thing was that we thought we’d have a room with airconditioning. We could not set the temperature lower than 23 degrees Celsius, which was a bit warm.

Very nice, modern and conveniently placed hotel with a 10 minute ride into Berlin's city centre on the overground train. There is a parking right outside as well. Inside the room we found 2 dirty socks. The room cleaner had not visited our room even one during our 3 nights stay there. The location is very convenient. It was very close to the train station. Which was the only positive aspect of the hotel.

Booked a 4 Bed Room, was pretty small for 4 people but manageable. Bed were not that comfortable. Enough storage for stuff tho and if requested we got more towels, didn’t work over the app tho. The room key over the app also didnt really work because it took a long time to load and you were just faster with a physical key.

Nice room with comfortable bed and the usual amenities. Breakfast was good but I missed some fruit variety. There is no safe in the room, but there are some small drawers that can be secured if you bring a lock

The hotel has a good view on the East side gallery, and the river. The breakfast was nice, with different components every day. However there were no slippers and refrigerator in the room, which was odd to me, because in a lot of other hotels there were some (especially in other Hilton hotels).

Standard Hampton value. Location is great if you are attending a concert in Uber Arena / Music Hall. Restaurants and shopping mall next to the hotel so all the necessary items are in reach! Rooms are average good. Air conditioning is weird. It's in it coldest setting during very warm weather but it does not cool down properly. This same thing was with other Hampton hotels so dunno if they are controlling...

It was a very present stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Our twin room was not huge but perfectly fine in size and well laid out. Great location next to the east gallery too.

Currently staying at this hotel (4 nights, with 1 more left. The weather has been very hot, 33c 2 days in a row. There is no air conditioning, anywhere in the hotel. Not in the lobby, restaurants or rooms. It’s very uncomfortable. My room currently stinks of sweaty dog (I have dogs back home, so I know the smell of an unwashed dog. This hotel is pet friendly, which explains the stench) I’m also disappointed...

A river view room is worth the little extra cost. The location is perfect. Close enough to Central Station, yet tucked away from all the hectic. The Sauna was a nice treat. Good value for your money.

Very nice hotel near the river. Close to the station and everything, also there is a big mart near the hotel. the staff were kind and helpful. However, the TV was slightly outdated, and air-conditioning was not that good. But it was super clean, so that was big plus points. Also every morning they offer a little croissant, coffer and fruits.

Great hotel. Large rooms. 3 people were staying in a room and one of them were given an abomination of a bed made up of a wooden pallet under a "cushion" and an ottoman of sorts and some kind of other cushion.

Nice place and the pictures presented of the rooms were very accurate. I liked that. My only annoyances were the loud fridge and the restriction of the internet to 2 GB data usage and one device only. Providing good internet access is apparently still something Hotels are lacking...

We spent 5 nights in this hotel. Overall impression is nice. This is a moderate hotel, staffs are helpful. The annoying part is that there are no free internet connection. It was not expected from a 4 star hotel. However, the hotel is clean and situated in a very nice location.
