Radisson RED Berlin Kudamm
Berlin, Joachimstaler Strasse 28-29 🧭 Map
Excellent customer service and very clean and organised
Comfy bed, parking available, good breakfasts (scrambled eggs - yum!), fgiendly staff.
What a lovely normal priced hotel near all the shops, restaurants and the zoo. Have been here twice and will absolutely return again. The girl at the reception was very helpful.
Food, stay, room and all other services were good here. Rooms were clean too. A very nice location in the city too. Overall had a really comfortable stay here.
Stayed there for 3 days on Christmas. The room is nice and big, the breakfast was good. It’s located in a very central area in Berlin, so we just walked everywhere. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Overall a great hotel for a reasonable price.
We stayed at Park Plaza Berlin Kudamm for one night only but experienced amazing service. Staff really wants you to have good times. The rooms are not that big but have great beds with multiple pillows (hard or soft), showers with enough water pressure and smart TVs as standard. Parking is a bit difficult and may range from 6€ right on the other side of the street to between 18 and 40 € a day depending...

The hotel was warm, quiet, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city. A great place to relax after a long day!
Fairly close to the city centre, within walking distance if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll, or easily accessible by public transport. The staff provided excellent customer service, even helping us get a drink from the mini fridge, and the prices were reasonable. The beds were comfortable, and check-in was straightforward. The only minor drawback was the size and design of the shower.
Great location close to Friedrichstraße station in the center of Berlin.
A little bit older finish in the rooms. But everything was clean and in working order.
Good value for the price.
We had stayed there for three nights. Very nice hotel. Very good staff. Particularly one staff named Garida went out of the way to get us few things very quickly. We will highly recommend this hotel. Very good location, near to many eating places, excellent hospitality
Hotel is in a good location and fairly central. Near to a lot of bars and restaurants and train stations. Rooms that overlook the street can be noisy. There is no air conditioning but you do get a fan. Breakfast is quite expensive for what it is. No option to just buy tea or coffee rather than a full breakfast. They offer storage space to leave luggage which was a bonus.Very helpful in allocating rooms...
I really enjoyed my stay in Martas Albertshof hotel.
The staff was very helpful and welcoming from the start, my room was ready before the check in time and I was offered access to it even without asking. An ability to just lie down and rest on a soft hotel room bed was a great feeling after my early flight that day.
The room was cosy and clean. The breakfast buffet was totally worth it and it had...

This is my 2nd time at this hotel. It is very nice and clean. Housekeeping was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast has a lot of tasty variety as well. I would like to thank ALL the staff members in the front for everything they did to accommodate me and my husband. I really appreciate it and recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Cheap and did the job. Very near the S-Bahn, close to the airport yet no noise.
Advantages: The room is large, clean, and close to supermarkets. There are two supermarkets in front of the hotel.
Disadvantages: It's next to a construction site, not much of an environment. The front desk of the hotel speaks rubbish English. When we took a taxi to the hotel, the taxi driver said "shabby" and the door was very inconspicuous. It's super far from the city. I had to take a taxi + subway...
Stay was great only issue was there was no door on the shower
Reception kindly allowed for early check-in given my situation. Room is pretty spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. Hotel is close to supermarkets and eateries and near a train station for easy transport to Berlin attractions.
Not bad.
It's fine but for the price, I think it's expensive. It's 17 kilometres from the centre so it's definitely not convenient. At 90-100€ a night, that's expensive. Transport links are good though.
What annoys me was the noise the cleaners make outside the rooms. Impossible to sleep through.

Very nice hotel, nice staff. You can leave your bag at reception if the room is not ready and you arrived far in advance.
Interesting shower in the middle of the room, nice if you are by yourself but not if you share the room with someone else other than your partner.
Good location as it's a short walk from Kreuzberg, Karl Marx Allee and, obviously, the station. The rooms are clean and spacious with excellent shower and bathroom as well as as a comfortable bed.
Mini-bar, but no coffee making facilities. The hotel bar is nice and welcoming and not expensive.
I found that it was a good base for exploring the city. There are bars and takeaways nearby, too.

Not a bad hotel, however interior of the rooms is bit worn out and there's no air conditioning in the rooms. I was fine but if it would have been summer and 30+ C out there.. would have been definitely an issue. Pillows were bit flat but it's pretty common for the hotels I suppose. From the positive side all the reception and cleaning staff were most polite and helpful during my 5 day stay I had not...
Hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely. The hotel room was very big and I really liked it. Strangely the shower was directly next to the bed so if you are visiting with someone else in the room that isn't close to you then it'll be quite awkward if you decided to have a shower then.
There was also a fridge with some beverages as well as some food I looked around for any payments but I couldn...
Nice, comfortable room. Problems with the elevator during our stay but wasnt too inconvenient for us. 4-5 min walk to the train station. Staff were friendly. However, an expensive earring went missing I assume it was knocked off of the nightstand by cleaning staff, and I assume vacuumed up? I mentioned to staff and they did not seem to care, I let it go as I knew there was not much anyone could do...
Great hotel - lovely rooms and furnishings. Very modern and chic.
However, cannot give 5 stars, as very surprisingly, this hotel's location is very poor. It's in the middle of a very deprived and run down area.

It's a fine place the location is great you have everything around such as transportation, central city center and many fancy shops and supermarket I recommend specially because of the location of the hotel.
Nice place in the center of Berlin. Big and nice rooms. Friendly staff
Great location, staff pleasant, room was better than expected, although could use a face-lift, bathroom was nice too.
The breakfasts are excellent. Super at hand, even two. To the underground of 7 minutes on foot. If anyone is interested porter Daniel says in Hebrew. פקיד קבלה דניאל מדבר עיברית
Great hotel with excellent service. Room has lots of space. Is not far from an underground station allowing easy access to anywhere in the city.
I wouldn't book again in this place even if they would pay me to. You can hear crystal clear the other rooms, the heating is bad and don't even think about using the Wi-Fi. It just doesn't worth it

I prepaid on Trip.com and went, but except for the fact that I almost had to pay again on site, the service was good, the breakfast was delicious, and they even let me store my luggage after check-out, which was nice. If you only request breakfast on site on the day and think it's expensive, be sure to ask. The staff were friendly though.
I came here for conferences just this reason. Otherwise, I wouldn’t choose this. It wasn’t clean bed. And even no fridge.
Business hotel. It is very convenient to go to the airport. Can there be a light rail at the door?
Great location and facilities, also has a bathtub!
Chose this hotel because I was heading to LEC.

Getting straight to the point, this is a wonderful property to stay in. The location is very good. It overlooks the river, near the Uber Arena, with lots of eateries close by and shopping options around the corner. The train station is a few minutes walk.
The rooms are well designed and large. The bathrooms are large and big.
Breakfast is quite good and the staff is extremely helpful.
Like I said...
Second time staying at this hotel, very nice, so quiet and location is amazing.
Breakfast buffet this time was not as good but luckily it wasnt on my room so I paid €26 for it once and didnt go back.
Dont book the breakfast but book the room :)
The service is excellent — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a modern and stylish touch that makes you want to stay longer. Nothing special in this hotel excepted the nice rooftop bar.
Efficient front desk, room OK but pretty expensive for what you get.
Very bad point about housekeeping entering all of the sudden the room without notice despite “do not disturb sign” on.
Breakfast with poached eggs prepared in advance (not minute) so bread is humid and inconsistent.
Beautiful hotel! Everything feels brand new. Location is one of a kind with a beautiful view of the Berlin Wall. Great facilities: I loved the 24 hours fitness area. I would recommend this to anyone anytime ❤️ do not miss the best night sleep in your life! -Alina, Princess for a day
Nice hotel. Good location. Nice staff.
The hotel is old fashioned, but in a nice vintage way. Everything is clean and the high category rooms are huge (we had two superior rooms with a connecting door).
The staff is mostly friendly which is really a big plus in Germany.
Only four stars because there were some things missing that make a really good hotel of this category (bath robes, house shoes etc...
Always stunning and amazing. Great selection of drinks (about 10eur at least) and cigars (starting at about 8eur). Always fresh. The feeling of the place is completely unique. Wear a suit to feel worthy! The service is impeccable and I will surely return as often as I can. (not too often, cigars and alkohol are not healthy :p)
A lovely older hotel that has been refurbished to a good standard; but whose linens are like their walls: paper thin.
There’s also a smoking bar off the lobby which is unfortunately, a smelly way to greet guests.
Clean and comfortable in most respects.
Great receptionist when we arrived, hotel has an older style but embraces it with things like a cigar bar. The cigar bar smells a bit in the night but it isn't as bad as some other reviews make out. Quite a few local places around for drinks with a cool jazz bar across the street or a bouncing club just down the road
Absolutely loved it. Really nice hotel. We only stayed two nights and had one breakfast, but that was delicious.

A good hotel with nice facilities. The reception staff were quite friendly and provided all the amenities. Just be careful of the soft beds. If you are not used to sleeping on beds and pillows which sink as soon as you get on them, after a night here, be sure to get a back pain :/
Nice experience in this hotel, even if only for one night. The room was quite wide, in particular the bathroom area: really comfortable and useful. I booked my room during the period of IFA fair, and the price was low despite such circumstance. Good, and to take into account for other business trips.
Very good connection to the airport. Clean and nice rooms. If you're willing to pay, you can get a great view over the Spree river from your room. Didn't eat there, since around there are tons of good and cheap restaurants.
My husband and I are very happy with our stay and will definitely choose the same hotel when we visit Berlin again. Very quick and convenient transport to central points. We chose a "comfort" room with view to the river. The room had a beautiful view and was very quiet. We had everything we needed in room.
Value for money, can be noisy, have to pay for Wifi. Sauna is only 10 EUR.

The pillows are too soft, not sleeping well. Besides, just wonder if it is a norm of no kettle in the room. It's not convenient as hot drinking water is essential.
The location is excellent! Can get around with the metro or bus right next to the hotel.
This hotel was picked by the tour guide company we booked with so can't comment on price. It definitely seems budget friendly. The front desk staff are helpful however the hotel could use a good clean. The hallways always seemed sticky and smelly. Both elevators did not work one day and we were on the highest floor. So that was inconvenient. Our heat also seemed to be turned off in the mornings around...
Location is very good, subway just outside the hotel and many restaurants, bars, clubs nearby. Room is big enough, especially the bathroom is very big. However the room is on 6th floor and elevator goes only to 5th floor and a long walk distance. No water cooker nor hot water for drink in the hotel. Breakfast is just fine. In general is fairly good but 70 euros is too much for one night.

Simple and good-priced losging close to the Ostbahnhoff, with standard Ibis fare. Make sure to ask for windows away from the street, as the local intersection is busy and loud and the view towards the train station is nothing to wrote home about. I’d also avoid paying more than ~90 EUR a night.
I have nothing to complain about, great as always. The hotel is clean and so are the rooms. The staff is helpful and really kind. And the location couldn’t be better.

We arrived Christmas eve and not happy with the room offered being twin bed, the lovely receptionist (Bakky) upgraded us and was so happy with the room.

It's a nice location...
We had a great night in the acom Hotel in Berlin. The reception is open 24 hours a day, which allowed us a late arrival. This was very helpful to us because we came from the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean, apart from a few used tips in one of the trash cans.
Reception people were kind, helpful and friendly. Our room was defined as non smoking room but the toilet was so stinky from smoke. Really hard for us. The carpet had coffee stains. It is a very convenient utility type hotel with very high standard of service. Though the services are limited to basic amenities, yet the professional excellence made a difference to note. The front desk is thouroughly methodical, cordial and helpful. But the lack of staffs made it difficult for the desk to work in prompt. Most of the time, unfortunately, they have to attend phone.
Nothing above average. No actual AC (just ambient air blowing), 70€ for minimalistic service is too much.
EDIT: reply: breakfast was not in the price or it was not clearly stated that breakfast was included. I understand and speak English well so that can not be communication problem from our side.

The room is quite sanitary, the bed is acceptable, but the public bathroom facilities are simple, the shower head is 360° full, and the water level is blocked. Since there are many teenage students, it is very noisy and unsupervised, but for the price, it is good for Berlin. It's quite cheap, and if you have high tolerance, it can be a good choice for travelers who don't want to spend their budget...
I loved the vibe of GENERATOR, the location and check-in were excellent, they could improve the care in the bathrooms, for example: change the shower curtains, they look a little worn. The cleaning staff was very friendly. There is an outside patio where you can hang out which makes you feel at home.
I would return without a doubt
The location is a bit remote, but it has a train station next to it that connects with everything.
