Bathroom has a very stink smell we were feeling that we were in a bathroom in the street and when we complained, they offered a small bottle of a perfume which changed the smell a little and the smell came back again
Location is good next to transportation
I recently stayed at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf Nord and had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and conveniently located with easy access to public transportation. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional.
However, what really made my stay memorable was the bar – and more specifically, the amazing bartender, Leo. From the moment I walked in, Leo made me feel welcome with his warm, open-hearted manner and genuine hospitality. He has a natural talent for connecting with people and creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.
Leo’s cocktails are truly outstanding – each one crafted with care, creativity, and a real passion for mixology. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic drink or something a bit more adventurous, Leo delivers every time with a smile. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it elevates the entire experience at the hotel bar.
If you're staying at the NH Düsseldorf Nord, make sure to stop by the bar and say hi to Leo – it’s well worth it!
1st bar personel overcharged (double) all the drinks for us since we were group of foreign guests.
2nd their hygiene should be better(ypu don't work in a bar with breath that you smell over the counter)
3rd rooms were opened and went through by cleaners even though it said DO NOT DISTURB on the door. Multiple group mbers noticed the same.
4th Stole a liquor from the bag left at the doorknob, pretending it was an empty bag while questioned.
5th shower gel empty
Trash cans with no plastic bag inside, fell apart when tried to open.
The only polite personal was a guy and a girl at the reception. Reason for 2 star review.
Be better NH , guest should have minimum of best service , not the worst of it.
The hotel is not for a relaxing week of holiday spending, but rather for a day or two accomodation for various purposes. There are a lot of conference halls and meeting rooms designed to cater for such events. Hotel restaurant had such comfy sofas :) All and all, a pleasant stay. I’d recommend.
