Rooms fine and clean with minibar. You can choose - if you do not need to clean your room you can take 1 drink in the bar downstairs which is quite great. Parking underground, It can happend that there will be no space, especially during the fairs. Great breakfast, beer average.

Decent enough room but the reception staff were really unhelpful when contacted to see if my son's passport had been left in the room. I phoned and was asked to call back in 10 minutes. This happened 4 times. We just needed peace of mind to watch the football.
We ended up getting a taxi from the football Arena to find both receptionists twiddling their thumbs - none of whom could be bothered checking the room.
My son ended up going up to the room himself and fortunately the passport was exactly where he said it would be. We returned to the arena and got a flight back home after the game.

everything is changing... hotels are changing a lot. service less and less. even they tell u that if you take care your room and clean lets say, they offer you a cocktail. what a joke... no water no slippers at the room. bath room totally empty. at the end how much costs? its a pity you stay nh hotels and you faced this. breakfast is not super but ok. very standart, as i said its ok. dont make a mistake to take alacarte dinner... very bad service and no taste. alstad is close go there. even burger is better from any chain. and also be careful not to take any room at main road side. little bit noisy bcs of traffic...

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Dusseldorf. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable . Good value for money. Only downside there was a fire alert making everyone having to evacuate the hotel in the middle of the night . Our children got scared but there was no emergency. We didn’t get any information about the alarm at check out. The TV’s need an upgrade. No way to cast or airplay .

We had a great stay at the hotel. Only stayed one night. Used the restaurant which they opened just for us. This was good service. We wanted initially to eat at the bar like anyone else but several people had brought their dogs in the bar and as my wife has pet allergies we had to leave.

Worst Experience Ever. The bed sheet and pillow cover had eyelashes and black things in our first room. The reception lady kindly helped us to transfer to a second room. However, there was no soap in that room and we needed to go to reception ourselves for the 3rd time to get the soap.
Then I found out the design of bathroom is unreasonable! The edge of washing basin is really sharp and very close to the bathtub. My ankle bumped against it and this hurts so much. Then I fell off in the bathtub again because it was so slippery and had no place to grab. My knee is bruised. The shower head also had limited water flow, I had to stand on the plug for the whole time, but then the water cannot sink.
Before I sleep, I found there was still some hairs and eyelashes on the bed of the second room. I felt quite awful and everything here really ruined my day.
There was also limited service at the hotel, for example, no toothpaste and slippers in stock at all. If you check in late, there is no shop you can buy nearby.
Therefore I would not consider going back and recommend the hotel to others.

It’s the reception manager; Miss Isabel. A very capable manager with a keen care for her guests. She helped me with the booking and altered room setting to accommodate my family, and assisted me with my next onward NH stay in another country; just amazing. The Hotel has been recently Renovated. The rooms are hrll and friendly and in cream/White. The bathroom is clean and is cleaned every day properly. The service staff is nice and friendly. The Breakfast rich and varied

I enjoyed a freshly refurbished room, very friendly service, quiet room. Internet speed could be faster.
