Very nice - as usual! Very friendly staff, clean, cozy and very near to Frankfurt main station.

The proximity to the station is the greatest positive for this hotel.
It also has a supermarket right in front.
I would only advise staying at this place if you have an early start the next day as the convenience of location is amazing. Sweet on the pillow is a great touch.
Area of improvement
1. Air-conditioning and piping needs to be repaired/renowned.
2. WiFi is pretty unstable
3. Double beds and two singles aren't the same.
4. The shower room door needs to be maintained.
5 paint is peeling off certain parts.
6. Full blackout blinds would be ideal.
Stuff outside the hotel's control
1. Rough sleepers and substance abuse people are always around this area.
2. Sounds from the road and surroundings are a lot so I highly suggest a good set of ear plus an eye mask.
It also has a supermarket right in front.

Room has the usual minibars, toiletries provided, but is dim, sofabed is not exactly comfortable. Although the staff have been helpful and room is cleaned well, the wifi is so bad that I can't even download a photo without any delay, disconnects most of the time. It is frustrating..Though location is near the intercity station, there are junkies around and station is filled with pee stench..dont think it is suitable for families at all or single traveller.

The location to the train is great for someone traveling onwards fast, in our case a flight and train next day. But otherwise, but of a yikes.
It was 30 out and the heater was on in the bathroom. That's brain-dead. The ac is undersized and can't even cook the single room, plus randomly turns itself off. They shouldn't even advertise AC! The lighting is awful. The beds were fine, but two singles pushed together are not a real double.
Biggest issue was the bathroom. One of the shower doors was broken making it hard to get in and out and there was plenty of mildew. That's too easy to take care of for it to be acceptable. Seriously.

Mildew started to grow in the shower. I wish they keep it clean where it really matters.
The street is loud at night. Keep hearing street people shouting and talking loudly, even with windows closed from third floor. Also lots of ambulance sounds throughout the night. Very annoying. Didn’t know the location so close to red light district and a lot of street people everywhere.

Overall, we would stay here again - but 4 stars is a little misleading. Very practical and comfortable, a little tired and dated. The neighborhood is sketchy and you need to be careful and watchful. The location relative to the train station is excellent.
