Steer Clear: Avoid This Unhygienic Hotel!
Unless you're a particular breed of adventurous explorer seeking companionship of a six-legged kind, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. My recent stay at ATRIUM was an absolute nightmare.

Where do I even begin? The room was a health hazard. The walls were adorned with a lovely (and unwelcome) display of mold, giving the air a musty, unpleasant odor. But the real showstoppers were the cockroaches. I'm not talking about a lone scout – I encountered a full-fledged family reunion happening right behind the nightstand. Needless to say, sleep was out of the question.

I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, but their response was less than ideal. They offered to "spray" the room, which did little to quell my disgust.

In short, this hotel was a complete disappointment. If you value cleanliness and a pest-free environment, avoid [Hotel Name] at all costs! There are plenty of other options in town that won't leave you itching and questioning your life choices.

Look elsewhere for a safe and relaxing stay!

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Bedbugs won’t let you sleep and you will be itchy all over your body for days after. We reported it to the hotel next day and even sent photos of the allergic reaction and they did nothing and never replied.

Absolutely disgusting hotel, location and personel. Nobody answers the phone and answers messages on AirBNB. But when it comes to refunding they are declining refunding requests immideately, no even listening to curcumstances.

Neither AirBNB or Booking state that there is a moss in baths and there is an addicts hub on Keiserstrasse, so the neighbourhood is extremely hostile.

The room was freezing cold.
The cleaning stuff doesn't speak English or German, they entered our room at the first day 2( !) times and the only thing they could answer is OK, because they don't understand any word.
On the second day we wanted to rest before the long way but they entered the room at 9 in the morning and didn't give us any chance to sleep....
The room was dirty.
I don't recommend.

Positives: surrounded by restaurants, offers in room coffee, hot water, close to train stations, and working elevator. Staff is nice and helpful.

Feedback: mold in bathrooms, marked up walls, stained floors, etc.

Both cab drivers I had said they leave the city before it gets dark and the neighborhood the hotel is in is not the safest.

The hotel can’t do anything about it’s location but cleanliness could be attainable with a little more oversight and care.
