You can get in right after getting off the metro station, it's really close. But there are some nasty people walking around on the streets outside. That seemed strange.

The hotel was good in general. Nothing bad, I can say. But a lot for hotels that can improve. It was a 5 star Inn, so since it's called "Hotel," it should've been better than that. It was clean. But the building was old and slightly dirty. The elevator is old and can't fit anything in it. The breakfast was good.

Quite a lot of drug deals and unpleasantries on the doorstep. An uneasy feeling when walking into, especially after dark. Check in was quite weird, however quick. Rooms were basic, beds were decent. Unfortunately windows seemed to be thin so all of the outside noise from the stations area like trams, sirens, and the aforementioned unpleasantries came through all night long. A bit of light dusting also wouldn’t go amiss. Won’t be returning. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not a place to stay and not for the price. Dirty room, especially floor. In the room was no towels, we needed to ask. While relaxing someone started to get through our room with the keys, it was scary. Do not recommend.

We ordered 3 adult bedroom and they used a couch for a bed. Breakfast discount was dishonoured. Inexperienced staff couldn’t save the situation without being rude. Street under our window filled with homeless calling loudly al night. Lift not switched on so disabled had difficulty departing. Drunks hanging around the front door all the time.

This place can be worth it if you know exactly what to expect.
Positives:

- very affordable rooms
- very clean
- staff is very pleasant
- staff speaks English
Negatives:
- very obvious drug deals going on outside
- bed and pillow are very uncomfortable
- the breakfast (+15€) is very bare bones - especially if you're vegetarian

Great location - right at the train station.
Rooms quite big and relatively modern.
Bed was comfortable and big.
Cleaning wise it could have been cleaned better.
However, overall, for the price it was a good deal and good Hotel.

The Hotel is a good location and room is comfortable. But it has disadvantages:
- I was walking on my way to the hotel, just across the Hbf ,and suddenly a Man (Arabisch or Turkish) had walked beside my left and was asking questions, and another man walked at the same time at my right, I was really nervous about it, and I stopped. and still the other one is following me.
- There are so many bystanders around, it's better to book a hotel in the old city, than here if you are alone. BTW, transport is easy.
- It's a bit noisy here, because my room is next beside the street, with Arabisch/Turkish people shouting outside and talking out loud.
Anyways. It's my experience here. 👌
