Great location, barhroom very small and plumbing very old, shower temperaturen digficult to adjust, I nearly burnt my foot. Beds very comfortable, no elevator but the check-in clerkhelped us to carryup the bags. It is strange without elevator.

It’s a bit far from city but the rate is cheaper. It’s more a boarding house than hotel. Wi-Fi really bad. Train station needs 10mins walk. Can’t expect too much at this rate and location.

The hotel is located near Frankfurt(M) Hauptbahnhof, on a busy street with many international shops. The facilities were adequate, but the ventilation was not so good and the heat easily builds up. There is no air conditioning, so please be careful when booking during the hottest days

Location is good but the hotel room was too small with no elevator working. Staffs are not flexible with the checkout time eventhough their elevator was not working as intended. Poor management.

Good hotel. Nice large room. Bed is comfortable. Shower hot and bathroom good size. Kettle is good too. The minibar (fridge) was useless and did not keep any drinks colder than having them outside. Would like to see a proper mini cooler there so can keep water cold etc. Building work next door and outside skip could be a problem.

Good location walking distance to the Zeil and S Bahn station. Neighboring restaurants and Imbiss just opposite the hotel. A little stuffy during the warm month with no fan provided. A little noisy by cars and people talking loudly on the street.

It has good aspects such as the kettle and the coffee, and it was not a noisy room. The hotel can improve in some details, the curtains were splashed with paint, the bathroom light did not work well and the bed is out of adjustment, for a single night short is fine since it is close to the central station but no more than that.

We stayed for 4 nights on the first leg of our Europe adventure. Reception staff were all friendly, check in easy enough. A little frustrating when the desk is unmanned they lock the door and you have to wait to get in (or out). Super – everything that you need is in the room, good bed size and a good breakfast, and still very close to the train station. A good contrast with the other 2 hotels we stayed in near the same train station in the past 2 weeks.

We had a modern and elegantly furnished spacious rooms (category 'Comfort'). Service very friendly and unobtrusive. Impressed we were when a few minutes before the end of the Breakfast time generously, inter alia, of the good Buffalo mozzarella was succeeded - exemplary!

Hotel is run by Chinese. So far so good. It is very central, near central station and directly in the drugs, prostitution crime area. You literly have to walk through the steet junkies and dealers to get into the hotel. It is the cheapest hotel in Frankkfurt as well. You get what you pay. I stayed there 2 weeks. Single bed room is tiny. Wifi costs extra. Parking in the streets free at night and weekend...

Located about 15-20 minute walk away from Frankfurt station. Quiet neighborhood. English pub across the street with great food and beer. 25 minute taxi ride (early morning) to Frankfurt airport (45 euro). Room was spacious with high ceiling. Nice outdoor garden to have breakfast.

Modern, clean, comfortable and rather new. Great location! Only flaw is a section of the flooring in my assigned room. Flooring was not even and creates squeaky/cracking noise when you step on it. Nearly tripped over several times. Was impossible to avoid as it is the main walk path within the room. Stayed only one night - too tired to ask for a change. But the rest of the room was nice.

it has been our fifth year to stay in this hotel during the fair in Jan. everything here is nice, peaceful and quite. it is about 15 minutes walk to the shopping area. it is pity that the hotel has cancelled the supply of breakfast since last Oct. we have to go out for breakfast every morning (especially bad experience in rain). Great Hotel for great value! The staff is super friendly and the hotel is right in front of public transport which made it a really good location for when we wanted to go into the city of Offenbach or Frankfurt.

Extremely quiet hotel, unbelivable. Njce and spaceous rooms, bit tight shower but no problem. Delicious breakfests. Very friendly staff. However forget about parking. You have to pay between 8 am to 5 pm (EUR/hour), it cannot be prepaid for more then 1 hour. The worst thing is that you can hardly find a spot around 7 pm, but rather at 9 pm and later yoi can be lucky.

My absolute favorite hotel in Frankfurt. Great ambience (collected Antiques) and Design classics of the thirties. A roof terrace completes this old-ehrwürdeige house in the middle of Frankfurt's Skyscraper. There are also rooms with communal bathrooms, these bathrooms are so lush that I can live with that. Tasty Breakfast buffet ... Billiards room ... I don't understand how one of my previous evaluator...

I intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated. However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made. To my surprise...

This is a fantastic hotel with the absolute best people working in Customer Service that you will ever find! They truly understand what ‘Customer Care’ is all about and to this end they (especially the Receptionist Staff) go above and beyond to make you feel ‘at home’ while you’re away from home; but don’t take my word for it, try it for yourself!😊

The hotel itself is clean, convenient to the Expressway (661) and within walking distance to the city of Offenbach and just across the bridge from Frankfurt am Main. The staff is accommodating, courteous, friendly, and ever so helpful. The area is still under construction and the main street is busy so it can get a little loud, but no so much one can not sleep. The hotel is kept clean and well organized...

Overall is a good accommodation for the tourists. The staff is good and friendly. The room is satisfied for me and everything is normal. However, the WiFi in the room had weak connection.

The view was great, the room was spacious, and it was close to the city so I walked around. It was also nice to take a walk in front. I didn't apply for breakfast, but I couldn't find any stores that opened early in the morning nearby, so if you start your schedule early, you should apply for breakfast. There is also a luggage storage service. I paid the city tax when I checked out.

The room price online does not include breakfast, which needs to be paid extra. It is close to the Main River and has a river view. However, the room on the fifth floor is on the roof, with an angle, and the space is small. The bathroom has a smell, and it is generally average.
