This hotel is very conveniently located,however the rooms are old and need updating. Some of the ammenities do not work well or are broken. The rooms feel dirty, I even saw silverfish in my room. It's not far from the Frankfurt exhibition. It takes 15 minutes to walk there. The transportation is also relatively convenient. There are DB train station and rail bus next to it. The room is small and suitable for one person to live in.

Their cleaning is really subpar, again. They don't change bedsheets which I am okay with, but they didn't clean the floor well and didn't seem to clean the bathroom and tables in the room at all. Otherwise, perfectly good hotel for the price.

We spent one night in this place during our transit between Poland and The Philippines. Truly great place with a lot of activities inside the hostel. Helpful and kind staff was the main reason which was also beneficial for us. The room wasn’t the cleanest one I’ve ever seen in my life, but it’s not the huge disadvantage. Overall, it was really good stay in reasonable money.

This is the 2nd time we have booked this hotel. Room was not spacious with sofa bed opened. The sofa bed was distorted in an A-shape that my husband was unable to sleep well. Not a good experience for him. Breakfast was good. We were lucky to park on street free until 9am. Hope the hotel can check the sofabed and change a new one.

The room service for breakfast was great, the hotel provided an entire set table with the requested meals laid out. The location was perfect for access to the US consulate and the public transport was right within walking distance.

The location is excellent, just opposite the European Central Bank. The building is very old and the surrounding environment is very good. You can walk to the old town of Frankfurt, where there are many places to visit. During the business trip, it may not be the peak season, so there are fewer people. The room is large and the divisions are reasonable. Highly recommended.

found the room to be really spacious, nice, and clean. However, there were a few minor issues. The guest toilet lacked a trash can, the safety box wasn't working properly, and there was still some trash left in the kitchen bin. Additionally, the socket for the TV power was not functional, and only one socket next to it worked, preventing me from plugging in my laptop to the tv in the living room...

There was no clear directions to get to the hotel after luggage claim but that is the airport management. But it is about 2 minutes walk from the departure floor to cross over the bridge and get to the lobby. The airport has a mall also on the departure floor so it is easy to get food and basic items. The gym is at the ground floor and is a quite a walk to get there.

I booked the room with breakfast but the hotel said it was 28euro per night extra so I didn’t use the breakfast but the breakfast according to my booking was included I feel cheated for my money with this. A few corners could be cleaner here and there...some are a bit worn. But the bathtub and the view from the 25th floor make up for it all.

My family absolutely enjoyed staying here. Even thought we stayed for a day here, we wished we stayed more because the location was great and the views from the room is amazing. Room are large, bed is ok, but still a nice hotel and bar, staff are very friendly and supportive. Only downside is is there’s no combin promotion with kids stay for free at breakfast time which means will reduce amount of of families visiting.

I was there for work twice and I am very happy with my choice. The rooms are clean and the staff always nice and available to support. Despite not being in the city centre, it is well connected and close to the underground/tran stations. My only suggestion is to vary the menu, breakfast was pretty good but choices are limited.

Located close to the Frankfurter central station this hotel is located at the outskirts of the Rotlicht district. They keep security high, so once inside the hotel you are safe. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who easily feels (or becomes) threatened. The room was small but OK.

Asked too many information during check in such as email, home full address and phone number etc, it’s too much to handle after delayed flights at midnight. No basic amenities in room except all in one type of soap. Only plus was spacious room. Breakfast was less than average in terms of choice.
