The rooms I felt a bit outdated. Lounge area and common areas are good. Breakfast was nice. rooms definitely need updating or refreshing.

The people were really nice and breakfast was great for €15. They only served breakfast but that was good for us. It’s a bit away from the center but quiet and about a 6 min walk from a station. Facilities were clean, beds very comfortable and room was roomy!

Conference hotel, generally convenient, close to Frankfurt Airport! There are also shopping areas around, so you don't have to go through the dirty and messy train station to go shopping in the city center anymore

I stayed in room 539, where the shower was completely broken and I could not take a bath. The night shift receptionist gave me access to another room (536) to shower, but then without proper communication or handover to the day shift, they automatically switched me to a different room. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. The worst part is that they charged a €25 deposit to my card...

The hotel has a gym and some decent facilities, which is a plus. However, it is not possible to walk to the train station or the airport from here, so transportation can be inconvenient. Another drawback is that the hot water is not available 24/7 — sometimes there was no hot water at all. We arrived late at night and had to move our luggage three times to change rooms, but the staff offered no help...

Breakfast was nice, and the cleaning person was super deligent and came to clean the dishes very fast. the design in the public area was great, but the room smelled like smoke. The shower pressure was good, but the temperature was unstable. The front desk service was standard.

Very handy for the airport (taxis almost constantly on standby right outside, but easily walkable - luggage permitting) and a short, frequent and inexpensive train journey to the city. Clean and extremely comfortable rooms. Toiletries provided. The rooms are well insulated against sound so you barely notice the aircraft noise. The staff were wonderfully helpful and polite. The place is perfect to stay during the travel. Service is good and friedly staff.

Still feel good, choose it for the second time. But there is no kettle in the room, every time you want hot water, you have to go to the restaurant on the first floor, which is a bit uncomfortable

Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. Low hanging fruit to make it 5 stars in my opinion.

It is summer now in Frankfurt and it's hot and humid. I checked in the rooms and found out that the air conditioning is not working well and it's not cool in the room. They gave me a stand fan in the room as an alternative. But it's still not cool in the room even with the fan blowing. I have checked in the same hotel a few 4 mths back and it's the same problems with the hotel air conditioning system...

Overall, a good stay, but the cleanliness of the toilet could have been much better and was below acceptable standards . I don’t know why, but our room key card was blocked three times, requiring us to wait each time for it to be unlocked again. Additionally, the parking was very expensive at 45 euros per night.

Took 45 mins to check-in, the self-checkin could not be completed so I had to line up with other guests for the manual check-in. The check-in staff o saturday26th afternoon (one staff) wasnt particularly friendly and when I asked for a second key (for my 2 persons room reservation) I was asked "why?" Room 141 is opposite a noisy bar that plays loud music till the early morning.

Pros: The location of this hotel opposite the Main Train Station is really convenient We arrived at 8 in the morning after a long flight and were delighted to be allowed an early check-in to catch up on some much needed shuteye. The hotel is wordy the price. I stayed with a friend we booked 2 single rooms. The rooms are old but clean, I felt a bit like in a museum. I have nothing except positive notes! From the front desk staff such as Benji, Laura, Dennis and Nikoletta and to the breakfast team comprising of Paramjit, Samira and Elizabeta who literally go above and beyond to ensure you’re well taken care of! Stayed at this hotel to catch an early flight and am glad i did. Convenient location close to the train station and walkable to both airport terminals. There is also a variety of restaurants and coffee/food vendors nearby. The room was small (didn't bother me for one night), clean, and actually had a very nice view onto a forest. Perfect for an overnight stay by the airport. The morning breakfast was a big highlight. They have chefs preparing everything in the buffet. It was well done and delicious. In addition, I appreciated the nice and clean gym. The equipment was new, with an added sauna and steam room benefit. If those things matter to you, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Airport hotel but recently ceased their shuttle service in July. Had to get an Uber which was fine. Hotel was fine, rooms clean but could do with some refurbishing, still a good size room for 4 people. Suitable for an overnight layover. Breakfast provided was very good. Friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The first stay was a good experience, so I decided to stay here the second time I came to Frankfurt. This time the room was more spacious than the last time. The hotel is next to the Main River. It was a rare sunny day. I went for a walk by the river after breakfast. It was so pleasant! (Except it was a bit cold)

It was a very good stay, but the breakfast was not very varied and the choices were few. The room was large and clean. There were kettles, hair dryers and other equipment, but toiletries and slippers needed to be prepared by yourself.

Nice location, very convenient nice bedding etc however the bed frames and storage areas were very dusty. Also saw a few bed bugs which scared me away as I didn’t want to be infested with them when I go back home. I woke up to a bite on my face and on my finger. Efficient hotel, we arrived at the hotel around 6.30pm and the check in counter only asking for last name then we got the room. Room is exactly like what have shown on the picture. Stayed at Novotel Frankfurt City. Location is a bit far from main attractions, but there’s a train station nearby and it only takes 10–15 minutes to reach the city center. Free parking was a big plus. Room was clean and of decent size, though not very spacious. Didn’t try the breakfast.

The hotel itself has a perfect location and it is accessible to everything you need. The staff is friendly and very accommodating and easy access to everything. Nice and clean hotel. Don't be fooled by the reviews. The reception was extremely respectful and helpful. The only problem with the hotel is that they show free parking and charge you parking fee. Free parking is street parking. If you arrive late, you cannot find a place to park your car and you have to pay 15 euro for underground parking.

Good location, clean, everything is good

The rooms are top-notch. The beds (mattresses) are very comfortable. The night's sleep is good. The sports bar has good food (rump steak), Benedictine wheat beer, and attentive service. Breakfast is very expensive at €19 per person; we then went to the Hessen Center across the street for breakfast. Price via TripCom: OK.

The hotel is in a good location, just a two or three minute walk from the subway. The breakfast is Western style, but the style is quite rich and basically meets the needs. The hotel hardware conditions are OK, except that the bed is small, everything else is OK. The hotel service is average, especially the cleaning staff, there are always cases where they do not provide cleaning service

It was the perfect hotel for the first night of arrival. While you are still jet-lagging, the safe environment put you at ease instantly. Stay affordable. Comfort: not up to standard Ok for the money; WLAN did not reach into my room, install repeaters please. No tidying up during the 3 nights stay; door to balcony did not shut fully, a cold nightly breeze was to endure. The TV remote had‘nt enough reach from the bed. Super clean, affordable, and everything you need was available. There was an iron, kettle, microwave, and a small refrigerator, along with glasses and plates. There was even a possibility to cook if needed. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Definitely recommend it, and if I ever have to return to Frankfurt, I'll gladly return to these apartments. 😁

We stayed here because a delayed Lufthansa flight caused us to miss our connecting flight. Lufthansa may have a deal with this hotel. This modern hotel has a great location with only a short walk to the subway. The restaurant is ho-hum. It’s a self-serve basic restaurant. The facilities are clean and well maintained but it’s not high-end. If you just need a clean room and a bed this will be fine.
