A bare bones business hotel. Amenities need to be requested at the front desk. Not much options in the immediate area around the hotel for restaurants. The closest are at up the road at the nearest intersection. Breakfast is nice. Though the walls are thin. Didn't get a full bed, but two smaller ones pushed next to each other.

The hotel has a great location, clean rooms, and five-star standards. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is also excellent and highly recommended. The only inconvenience of this stay was that the hotel's underground parking garage was difficult to find, which took some effort.

Always a great hotel, especially the gentlemen who greet us at the entrance and help us with our cars. We've stayed at the hotel many times.

It's close to 3800 per night. The room facilities are like a four-star hotel and the breakfast environment is good.

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Sofitel. Good hotel in a central location. That said the star of the show were the staff. Parking was a bit tricky upon arrival and the staff, particularly Mahmood Ali went above and beyond help me sort things out. His help was tremendously appreciated given I had arrived just arrived from an overseas flight. A+ to him.

Well, I already stayed in this hotel now for the 4th time. We always use it as sleep over on the way back to Shanghai. The location is just very convenient, and we actually walk to T2, it's about 15 minutes.

Fanatic hotel and great staff. The hotel is very clean and in nice area and less than 10 min walk from main train station. River bank is 2 min walk and you can stroll all the way to old town from the river bank which I find it much better than following Google map. The room is clean and functional. The hotel is located in a quiet district, but within walking distance to Frankfurt central station. Breakfast is great in terms of quality and the variety is decent. Do note that the best way to walk to the hotel from the train station is via the south entrance, as the surroundings around the main entrance of the station does not feel safe at night.

we were visiting our son in Frankfurt and this was literally across the road from his apartment. also next door to supermarket and buses and tram stopped right outside given room where the safe did not work so asked if any other available ( room was standard double and very nice). I would expect much more refinement from a room which can cost on some days 700+ euro... It’s a very good standard and nothing was missing (only the click system of the closets was not working properly). The bar and restaurant were unfortunately closed during our stay. The Flag West M. has a modern boutique hotel vibe that's quite distinct from even some of the other The Flag branches which might feel more like serviced apartments. Excellent location, comfy rooms with good sound proof, good breakfast offerings that starts also quite early, perfect for business trips.

The rooms are nice and well equipped. If you are close to the rooftop terrace, you cannot sleep with the window open because it's too loud. (That's your problem, service is limited in this area.) The sliding doors do not close completely, hence offer no privay. You can still get a glimpse, and sounds (and smells ;)) ... You know. It was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

The hotel is located in the business district, it was quiet and very comfortable bedding. The room has a different decoration and set up as opposed to other hotels’. There is no cleaning daily for two days stay, maybe it should be requested. Really enjoyed it.

Rooms are don't make sense. Why they keep doing these type non sende shower design. Always over flooding. Top of that toilet seat shouldn't be seperate with shower. The room was clean and wide. Also, had an iron and hairdryer in the room. The nearest place from the airport. People who are working in this hotel were friendly and helpful.

Small but beautiful room. I like the interior and point colors they used in the room. Very modern and clean. Location can be little inconvenient for people without car. But still possible with public transportation. Parking was difficult and we end up did street parking. It would be really nice if the parking is free for the guests.

The price was not that high, but the interior was nice and clean, so I was very satisfied. The only downside is that it is located in a residential area, so you will need to take a taxi to get there.

Clean and quiet hotel for longer stay in Frankfurt. The staff is really helpful.

Stayed there for one night. I was hopping I could use the sauna and steam room but they are only open from 4 to 10 pm 🙁 The service is quite good. Rooms are just OK.

Didn't stay here, but held an event here. The hotel is simply gorgeous. Staff were amazing and were on hand to assist with any problems or questions. We're very accommodating with last minute changes. The restaurant serves lovely food, so recommended for a business lunch.

A nice hotel, quiet, cozy room with elegant decoration. Very good breakfast. While the WiFi seems not work for every room. Free minibar and welcome fruit in room are great while they are not put the same drinks to every room. My daughter’s room has wine and beers but ours has beers only. Right beside metro and tram station. They first gave us a room facing the staircase by the metro. What kind of view is that and felt unsafe! Then they changed to a higher floor but gave me accessible room normally meant for handicapped people. As a hilton honors member I was disappointed with that. Overall room size was big and breakfast was good.

I stayed in hotel 2nd time. In room is all you need, its clean and there is comfortable bed + minibar :) Staff was smily and helpful. Breakfast was ok. But neighborhood is big problem, so you can expect some noce from outside and druggy people hanging arround. Unfortunatelly hotel cant do anything about it.

Warm Hospitality in the Heart of the City Had a great stay at the 25hours Hotel Frankfurt! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. Loved the hotel. Beautiful, luxurious and nice food. I was there for a jazz concert (Chris Mitchel) on the 3.11.2018. The infrastructure was a dream. Sadly the organization was not that good which made the whole experience less amazing as it could have been.

The rooms are clean and beautiful, the shower with a view to the bed (and vice-versa) is very nice! The service is good and the breakfast/dinner tasty and with fresh products. I don't give the 4th star because the air-co was not working as it should and the room, as well as the conference rooms were quite hot.

The hotel is ok, breakfast is great. One thing which significantly spoiled my impression about the hotel is that the sauna is not working in the morning. It starts to work later in the afternoon, but I like to visit sauna in the morning, before breakfast. With sauna working I will put 5 stars review, but currently - only 3.

Good Hotel for business purposes. Some of the staff seem to be in training. Smoking room is a big plus and the food is surprisingly good. Obviously this hotel lacks the luxury of its sister club and selection locations in Frankfurt, but for business it's fine.

The hotel is located far from city centre (about 15 minutes) driving and only public transport available is Bus or Uber. We stayed for 2 nights - value for money. However, the cleanliness is poor with stains on toilet bowl and used tissue found in room. Also, both morning (8am) the housekeeping staff just opened the door without knocking. Although we understand they need to do the housekeeping works...
