The place was absolutely great, my room was super,. Although I don't know the cost ! As it was paid through work! Staff on reception were always just super nice ! Thank you! Other staff were so so - to reasonable, but we all know how hard it is to get staff these days, the only reason I marked it down two stars to three, was the breakfast.. it's a big place, and only one coffee machine that takes forever to produce one coffee, seriously by the time it was my turn, I had to be at work, however, as it happens, as I did eventually get my coffee, it was awful.. so the remaining days, I didn't even bother, and that is sad, because coffee is a massive part of my life,.unfortunately!!! Then the breakfast looked just great, and I was excited to have some, however, the beans and the hot breakfast was so cold, it was ridiculous , it was like it had just come out of the fridge! And it was supposed to be hot.. heartbroken.. I tried a few times and just gave up with it.. doesn't matter.. apart from that, all fab.
If you can and like a walk it is quite nice into town, the roads works make it a little difficult, and you have to concentrate and look out for the push bikes etc. Especially in the dark, otherwise you are soon in town..

I booked a room for a business trip through an agency, only to find upon arrival that there was no reservation under my name or my colleague’s. Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel had apparently resold our rooms to others due to high demand during a trade fair. When we tried to address the issue, the staff responded with arrogance and a complete lack of interest, brushing us off rather than helping.
As we had traveled a long way and had a meeting to attend, we didn’t have time for a long argument. We had to ask our agency to urgently find us another hotel. Meanwhile, we requested a place to change for our meeting and were coldly directed to a basement restroom. The entire experience with the staff was disrespectful and unprofessional. Even if this hotel offered a free stay, I would never return.

The Hotel ist relative near to Hamburg City. Need 1 station to main station.
The rooms are equipped with a sliding door to the bath room and a fosted glass wall to the sleeping area. There ist not so much privacy therefore. :-(
In the breakfast room was very little space and both days the coffee machines dont worked correctly. There was a big snake in froont of the only working machine.
The location is good and the staff is friendly.

The price value balance is perfect! Hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, housekeeping service is quiet good! Most of the people hang out at the lobby at night time and it is fun to spend some time there.
Coffee is for free at the lobby bar.
You can walk to the city center in 30 minutes but that won't be an enjoyable walk.
The nearest metro station is Berliner Tor.

Booked a few nights here whilst in hamburg
Coming from South Africa and staying in multiple accommodations before in different cities around germany
This however was up there which came as a surprise considering how much more affordable it was compared to the others
Brilliant service, all staff i encountered were helpful
Ideal location
Quiet and peaceful very ideal to get some work done if need be
Although minimum time spent inside the rooms i can assure they were very neat and tidy

Great location for that price and high level of service. Quite satisfied with everything. It was especially nice that bicycle rental was included in the price and we were given them free of charge for the whole day. And the bicycles are of very good quality and in good working order. The room is quite large enough for two. Everything is immaculately clean. Highly recommend. A feature that I have never seen before is self-checking. very convenient technology and easy process. Even very interesting. If you get here, be sure to check in yourself

Lovely staff and quality hotel room for the price. Not a horrific location but small walk to station and not much else going on nearby. I enjoyed this as a tourist being in the sticks though for a little mooch and more day to day stuff going on.

Was surprised how good this place was for the price. Rooms were really clean with maid service every day. Breakfast was great with a huge range to choose from. Staff were friendly and competent. Only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way however, Berliner Tor station is only about 10 mins walk away and taxis are plentiful.

Well, it's fine for one night but I was already in other Hotel from this brand in Oberhausen and was MUCH better.

-bathrooms with glass walls so You can hear and see what other person is doing there on toilet🤦🏻,
- "cardboard" walls, so You can hear the neighbours,

The hotel is situated 5-10 minutes from S-Bahn and U-Bahn, very convenient. Not the perfect location for the beginning of 2024, because of several construction work spots on the way from the hotel to the station.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty breakfast. The rooms have a desk and a chair, which is very convenient for business trips.
The hotel has self-service check-in desks with card payment possibility. Each room has own wifi.
Note for ecology-concerned guests: if you really want your towels not changed each day, hang 'do not disturb' on the door to opt out from cleaning sometimes. Just leaving the towels hang and not dropping them on the floor does not prevent daily laundry exchange.
