I booked directly on the Website of the hotel and received no confirmation whatsoever... The room was fine. They have an issue with washing windows. Windows are really dirty everywhere. In the morning the water in the shower was barely running. At the reception there is just one person. In the morning it was pretty crowded and waiting time increased.

The worst hotel! No air in the room, tiny small rooms, I could not sleep at all. The receptionist was totally rude and unfriendly. No hello, no thank you and goodbye. the hotel is close to the train station the only good thing about it. otherwise never ever again

Very convenient when travelling from the main station. Our room had a new bathroom and bed. We got a double room for 115 euro, that was great value for the price.

Better than expected! Excellent location near Hauptbahnhof. Friendly and helpful reception. Bustling traffic outside, but the double windows kept most noises out. Hotel room (standard double) was basic but with comfortable beds. Cleaning okay, breakfast big and plentyful - just as one can expect for the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room, along with the bathroom, was super neat and tidy. The view from my room on the seventh floor was really nice, I could see over the rooftops and at much of the city. It's in a great location, super close to the train station and countless amenities. What really blew me away was the breakfast. I thought I was only going to have it one day, but I got it a second time because I loved it so much. There were so many delicious options. Hot and cold options. And there were also great drinks. The service was very kind and attentive. I had a really good time at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Had a very good stay and the hotel is perfect. Quiet rooms, great location, good value and decent breakfast which offered a full and good range of cooked and continental. The staff in the hotel are very professional and at the same time helpful and friendly. Can’t really fault it and would definitely stay again if visiting Hamburg. Highly recommended.

Hotel flat out refused any sort of refund after I was unable to travel due to the German government refusing entry to visitors from the UK the day before I was due to arrive. Made the booking in good faith at a time when vaccinated visitors were allowed so feel really let down that they've refused even a partial refund due to the fact I can't visit through no fault of my own.

Rooms are pretty nice and clean, but staff make you feel like you are in a very serious place. No one smiles and don't you dare walk in the wrong direction! There are rules, you know! We didn't feel welcomed there at all.

No one really smiles there. It's a very serious place. Coming for a hotel industry my self this one factor that is most important. Most of the time they were looking into their screens instead of looking at guests walking in. This hotel has a 4 star rating I wonder what went wrong.

Room is basic but good value for money. However, despite asking for our room not to be cleaned everyday (they asked us on check in) we were walked in on two days in a row by house keeping while in bed. No apology offered when raised with reception. Unfortunately, while in Hamburg my girlfriend was hit my taxi and had to go to hospital, when she got back to the hotel without a room key they were incredibly unhelpful and refused her entry (despite the booking being in her name etc.) Eventually she was let into the room. Again no apology offered. Would not recommend if you expect some basic customer service.
