The hotel location is quite a bit distance away from nearest bus stop or train station. Do your homework before decide staying here as bringing luggage is not that convenient. It's an incredible location in Hamburg with a staff always willing to help. However, the room lacked an electric kettle, which I'm just used to being in a hotel room, and neither the HDMI nor the casting worked on the TV. Minor details, but very important for some. We really liked this hotel. Very convenient location: near the railway station. Friendly staff. While the rooms we had were very nice, and extremely spacious, but make sure you have the outward facing ones, as the view to the inside isn't great. But their service is amazing. This was a nice hotel. Location is just perfect! Right in the center of Hamburg, close to the main shopping street, lots of places around in walking distance. The price value balance is perfect! Hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, housekeeping service is quiet good! Most of the people hang out at the lobby at night time and it is fun to spend some time there. Coffee is for free at the lobby bar. Was surprised how good this place was for the price. Rooms were really clean with maid service every day. Breakfast was great with a huge range to choose from. Staff were friendly and competent. Interior decor is warm and welcoming however the bar is on a lower level than the overall service and management should hire a bit more staff because they’re often overwhelmed but it’s recommended for a couple of nights and the area is relatively calm.

Very elegant, still unpretentious hotel. Staff are friendly and professional - everyone: from the room attendants to the receptionists, from the managers to the breakfast alwaiters... I guess they know the secret of success full well: be yourselves, be pleasant, helpful and understanding - the rest will come with it - clients will come back. We spent there 6 days and it was an addition to the beauty...

Nice hotel, very new, perfectly clean. Comfortable bed, well insulated doors and windows and therefore no noise listened while sleeping or in the morning. Nice to have fruits and a water fountain (homemade, with lemon) near the check-in counter. Friendly staff. One thing for business travelers: the working desk in the room is very small; there is a business corner somewhere, but I didn't visit it....

I was lucky to be the very first guest in this hotel. The staff welcomed me so nicely and I even got flowers and presents! Thank you so much! The room is beautiful, the bed super comfortable and the shower very spacious with stone floor. I definitely come back when I return to Hamburg.
