Cleanliness was amazing throughout the hotel.
Rooms were comfortable.
Breakfast not for the brits unfortunately. No beans, hash browns.
No halal options throughout the hotel.
Live Egg station was lovely. A waffle maker was nice too.
Hotel is located in the posher side of the city, surrounded by million euro+ houses.
Station is about a 10 minute walk away.
Reception staff was pleasant. The room cleaners were lovely.
Overall a nice stay, just wish food options had a bit more variety for a international hotel with guests from all over the world.

Just disappointed by the check in and the size of the rooms.
Location is fine, but still with all the construction and bit outside, not the best choice though.
Employees and the bar are super friendly and kind.

Very good ood hotel, friendly service and great Breakfast. in opposite of other hotels I have been in Hamburg, you can get freshly cooked omelets and sunny side up eggs at your breakfast. The rooms are not excesively large but comfortable.

A very pleasant and calming experience at the edge of hopping Sankt Georg and just steps from the Alster. The neighborhood offers everything from good restaurants to lake swimming and long river walks. Easy walk or public transportation to downtown and harbor. Friendly service and pleasant rooms. No luxury, but everything done right.

Large, comfortable hotel in a good area. Close to the UBahn & just a few stops from the BinnenAlster / shopping area. Go early for breakfast, it gets busy! Late night bar area & a small shop on site.

On April 18th, I left my room at 09:30 and returned at 19:30. When I entered the room, I found that my personal belongings that were supposed to be inside the lock were on the table. I tried to open the lock but the PIN that I had set up was not working. I asked the hotel reception for assistance and they came to the room and opened the lock. I noticed that my money was missing 800,00 Euros and my things were messed up. I immediately called the police who requested the hotel to provide a list of access to my room. To my surprise, it was noted that someone from the hotel staff, other than the housekeeper, had opened the room during the afternoon without any reason. The hotel manager arrived the next day but did not provide any explanation for the intrusion. After a brief conversation, he simply said "we finish" and left me alone. It is an unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I advise all guests to choose a more responsible and secure hotel to avoid similar situations.

Very spacious, excellent location. Great breakfast spread. Parking is a bit pricey though, and limited electric car charging facilities.

We stayed for two nights at crowne plaza, the stay was comfortable with a good size bathroom and storage space. Only slight difference with other hotels I've stayed in was the fact they don't include spare toothbrushes, toothpaste etc already in the room but you can ask for this by calling reception. Breakfast is served everyday for an additional €13 timings vary for weekdays and weekends. The hotel is also well situated if you want to go exploring, we got a bus into the main city and were able to do the same coming back. Bus stop is about 5 minutes walk.
