If you’re visiting Hamburg by car with your family, you cannot find a better place. Affordable price and spacious apartment with a lot of utilities certainly make sightseeing much easier. Service was smooth and non-problematic. We were even allowed to check-out late! Overall great experience, definitely going to come back :)

Lovely hotel, kinda in the middle of nowhere, great breakfast spread. Ended up with someone in my friends room when we got back though, so clear miscommunication or lack of organisation there. Other than that, lovely.

Great hotel hidden in a small package! First of all the staff are amazing, helpful and genuine. The location is fantastic, next to a u-bahn and a s-bahn and is still a nice quiet street with plenty of meal and drink choices near by. Beds are comfy and the rooms are warm. Great place to stay.

The tallest hotel in Hamburg, with a large botanical garden in front. You can walk to the University of Hamburg after crossing the road. The transportation is convenient, and you can also walk to the Inner Alster Lake in front of the City Hall.

Convenient location but inexperienced and indifferent services, surprised to know almost charging more than half day cost for early check-in that normal practice for many frequent travelers.

We had a Superior Plus Double Room with access to the lounge "Living Room". The room was amazing, big, clean and high standard. Room was nice, just the shutters opened unprompted during the night, although it was not windy. We found the breakfast to be a little on the pricy side.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Hamburg. Space rooms, clean, great location, quiet place to rest and my dog was in heaven. Breakfast was good and it is opened long every day. This hotel is very good in every place. The front desk was very enthusiastic when we arrived that night. They introduced the hotel's features and found comfortable pillows and quilts for us. The hygiene and surrounding environment were also good. However, the only drawback was that there was no exercise room and breakfast was served outside the hotel, not inside the hotel.

For the hotel, from the staff, the room to the breakfast, there is nothing to complain. Staffs are professional, room is clean and comfy (although room is small for a family of 4), and breakfast was really good. The only downside is the location, it's close to hbf, and we don't really feel safe at the area nearby..... but you come from Berlinertor side, I think it's alright. But it's not anything...

We enjoyed our three nights. Spacious rooms and very kind personell. Fridge and coffee in the room. Easy to reach by metro, parking is a bit expensive at 30,-/night but if you take a P+R it is only 4,-/night.

Stay was ok. Room was too cold. Despite informing the same to the front desk in the morning, they did not take any action during the day. Finally, I insisted to get a heater at night. Breakfast was very average. Cut fruits did not seem fresh!

A truly beautiful hotel with lovely rooms that are large and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is outstanding; they are all very, very nice. The hotel is centrally located behind the main train station. However, the walk there alone is a bit daunting as a woman.

Everything was great: clean, and the room was nice. The iron arrived immediately after ordering it at reception. Friendly staff, good location with plenty of bars and restaurants around the corner, and the main train station within walking distance.

Close to metro, 15 minutes walk to Altstadt. Clean and comfortable room, big bathroom. We waited in line for a long time for check in and breakfast.

Now, I do understand the current trend of going fully digital and automated, but one drawback of this place was the complete absence of staff when we needed assistance (for example, to park bicycles and access the garage). I had a great stay. I really liked my room, including the comfortable beds. Loved the bathroom, including the low-light option (I hate it when the only option is a bright light that is nearly blinding).

The hotel is very clean and sanitary, the transportation is convenient, and the service staff is thoughtful and enthusiastic. There are various restaurants to choose from around, or you can walk to the terminal building, where there are various small shops, small supermarkets, and duty-free shops, which can be suitable for different choices.

The room is nice, spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, it is opposite the airport terminal, which is very convenient and not noisy. The service staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I just spent the weekend at Moxy and let me say that I had an amazing time. I was quite satisfied with my stay during a business trip. It's very close to the subway station, but far from the central. The downstairs is always being renovated, which is not very friendly.

The hotel is generally okay. The breakfast is quite rich if you go early. If you go late, there won't be much left. I stayed for five days. Although there was a sign to clean the room, they didn't come in to clean it.

Very modern and Skandinavian design rooms. Perfectly located in front of Hamburg Harburg train station. Shopping Mall and Cinemax are just a few minutes walk. Great location, brilliant staff. Loses a star due to Breakfast which was very hectic and personally i fount the price a little too much, im happy to pay €18 for a breakfast of this quality. Quiet location but still well connected to public transport. Right in the port city. Very clean and nice rooms.

Location was perfect, but I slept in a very uncomfortable bed for a week. On top of that, you could unfortunately hear the footsteps from above and around the clock. Equipment and furnishings very attractive and modern.

In city center , rooms are big and clean but there is no coffee or tea and water boiler

I was there on business for a few weeks, so the washing machine was fabulous to have in the apartment. The staff were excellent and all spoke perfect English. The location is excellent too, with many restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There's lots to see and do in Hamburg and when I return will be booking with them again.

Used the hotel while participating in IM Hamburg. Ideal location 5 mins walk to the race and lake area. Hotel staff were brilliant and let us have bikes in room. They all spoke English which was great as our German is less than 10-15 words/phrases. Breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold items, plus so many drink options. We took advantage of the apartment kitchen which is small but useable...

This is one of my favourite places to stay in Hamburg, great location and amenities. Just keep in mind there is no room service or minibar in the room. You either need to go down to the lobby for snacks or buy something, so for business travellers after a long day maybe not ideal

Our apartment was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The expected amenities (washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge, hob, kettle, towel rack etc.) were all functional; reception was kind enough to provide additional detergent.

About 10mins walk to the underground station, bus stops are just at outside of the hotel, easy transport links to attractions. Many homeless people sleeping near the hotel, I didn’t feel comfortable walking back to hotel in the evenings.  

Hotel is located in walking distance of Hamburg Hbf, which is very convenient! Small downside is, that there are quite some homeless people and ******* around these kind of areas. We observed a ****** who was checking out a stolen (?) bag for its content on two nights while we were walking back to the hotel. Another advantage is the proximity of a car rental, which even allows for the cars to park...

Clean, spacious, modern and comfortable rooms in a newish building just ten minutes walk from the main Hamburg train station. Location itself is slightly let down by a lack of nearby restaurants and bars in the nearby area although the hotel had a very pleasant top floor bar with nice music on TV screens with spectacular views and lovely staff.

The room is a little dusty, but everything in the room is okay. But the buffet breakfast is very good. Everything is delicious.

Possibly the oddest hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms/suites are the size of a small apartment. Great facilities and fast wifi. But it's an old people's home so occasionally you see a reminder of your own mortality wheeled past. Normally while you're having breakfast. But it's very peaceful. And the bar closes very early.

This is great hotel with breakfast, Gym, Wifi and swimming pool. I cannot regret spending my Christmas/Birthday and New year there. The only problem we are having is the kind of bed we are having (2 single beds) as double/ kingsize bed.

It was clean and convenient, just one stop from the central station. Apart from the fact that it was close to the train tracks and a major road, and was noisy due to construction work, the price is acceptable for central Hamburg.

The nearest station is Berlinator Station, which can be reached without a transfer from Hamburg Airport. As of December 2024, the station is under renovation and there are no elevators, so it was difficult to carry suitcases because there are stairs. The hotel was clean. The location is great, very close to where I rented a car. Triple room is very convenient. One stop away from the train station. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient and costs 12 euros a night.
