Its a modest and pocket-friendly hotel and not luxurious. The hotel is easily accessible as its just on a main street, easy access to public transportation(buses) & supermarket.
The breakfast buffet was worth it compared to the amount we paid, It taste good as well.
The staffs r cheerful, kind and ready to assist. I did enjoyed my one night stay.
The location reception of the hotel is detached, independent but opposite from the hotel rooms which I find practical and cool though.
There's hotel parking for guests which is cost-free.

Rooms look very nice and staff are very friendly but kind of weird how the rooms aren't all in the same building. My brother and I were separated from our parents and sister because the double rooms and the triple rooms aren't in the same building.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Zum Zeppelin during my short visit to Hamburg. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a restful night.
The hotel has a charming, classic German style that feels warm and authentic, and the location is convenient if you’re arriving from the airport or traveling by car. The parking on-site was also a big plus.
Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with plenty of variety to start the day right. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a busy travel day.
Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays. Great value, friendly service, and cozy comfort — I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hamburg!

I have had one of the best experiences in this hotel. It was very close to the place I wanted to go. The staff were super friendly and really took care of my requests. The rooms were clean, warm and with a very nice outlook from the windows. The prices are affordable.
I’ll certainly recommend this place and will book it again if I come back to Hamburg. 😊

good hotel but I paid twice for the same room, due to the receptionist's mistake I received an invoice for one transaction. They haven't wanted to refund the money for 4 months and there is no response to the e-mail. For me they are cheaters and thieves. 18/09/2023

You just lost a potential customer. I made a phone inquiry prior to completing the last step at Booking(dot)com, to double check if it's OK to make a later check-in and asked the male person over phone if they could speak English, on which they replied to me in German, in incredibly rude and patronising tone that we are in Germany therefore we speak German here, and refused to help me out in English so I wasn't able to understand much of the hotel policies, or pass my call to someone who is able to speak English. I am shocked about such a lack of hospitality, rudeness and absolutely xenophobic reply from a side of international hotel that is supposed to be welcoming international guests who are — guess what — foreigners who use English as means of international communication when visiting other countries such as Germany. Shame on you!
