Our stay was a highlight of a recent two week trip. One unexpected great moment - we needed a tailor for extensive work on a dress for which we needed a very fast turnaround. The hotel has a tailor on staff and the work was completed in three hours start to finish! Excellent service!

Facility is little bit of old, but maintains very well. Bed is firm, bathroom is in average size. Location is excellent. I opened the door to a birthday surprise. The Lady in Red team was so thoughtful. After breakfast, I ran into Zheng Qinwen at the hotel entrance. Turns out we were staying at the same hotel. 😄 I'll definitely choose the Four Seasons Kempinski next time!

There is construction work for the train station right outside the hotel. it causes quite massive noise and chaos to the environment around the hotel. The restaurant is great, both food and services.

Quite good actually. Good air conditioning, which was very important. Yet, I arrived very early in the morning and was promised an early check-in. But the front desk staff, who made the promise, somehow disappeared and another staff member wasn’t helpful enough. So, I ended up checking in like 6 hours later. Not impressed.

Short trip but great experience, very helpful and kind staff at reception, especially Lorenz who helped us, gave us time, showed all the patience in further guidance and did this with a smile. Pros: only thing I can think of is the location. 10mins walk to the bus and main train station. Cons: I checked-in at the late evening and entered my room finding a bathrobe and slippers lying on the bathroom floor, which gave me the impression that the room has not been properly cleaned. Service was not great either, it took 1 hour and three calls to finally have someone to replace the robe and slippers...

We really appreciated the service at night. Mr Salim Ouannas was friendly, respectful and helpful. He gave us great tips and made our stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful historic hotel with many amenities and things to do. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Everything is within walking distant of the hotel within a few blocks, dining, cafes, trollers, shopping, even has a theatre. The views from the rooftop bar were the perfect nightcap.

The hotel is amazing! Staff were outstanding, especially Ben Said from Tunisia. They upgraded us to a spacious, classic-style room with a separate dressing room and option for a connected room. They even installed a bidet spray in the bathroom and helped return our rental car. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended!

Service was impeccable, room was very nice. I was impressed with the large size of the room as typically in Europe you encounter smaller rooms. The bathroom was very generous. I had a room that wasn't renovated and the modern colors and wished I did but otherwise the stay was outstanding. Concierge was amazing even arranging a private driver for me at very last minute. The Spa wasn't at a 5star level...

It’s located central, breakfast was ok. Unfortunately swimming pool was closed on 31 afternoon , they installed tables around for dinner . Next morning at breakfast on 1 January, they had not friendly blond woman at bar, serving „ early bird“ breakfast . We arrived 20 min before 10. it was difficult to get hold of anyone to get breakfast or at least coffee. Other guests came too and were frustrated...

I lost my sneakers in the fitness room and the receptionist liva bognar kept the sneakers for me several days until I have time to visit the fitness room again. thanks for this wonderful service so that I do not need to lose my favorite sneakers.

Had a nice and comfortable stay here for four nights in July. Staff is great. They were very helpful through out and took really good care of us. All I can say about the MO is it is over the top in every way. The room was luxurious with plenty of room for our many suitcases. The bed was wonderful.
