We stayed from 12/14-12/7 (2024) with our two sons, ages 11 and 14…. cannot remember which suite it was, but big enough for everyone to fit comfortably and have their own private space. The service was exceptional on every level. Restaurants were excellent. Location was perfect, particularly close proximity to Christmas markets. Very high-end, beautiful street. The rooms were extremely nice, very comfortable. This hotel would be a 10 out of 10 if the beds weren’t so hard.

Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München is truly my favorite spot in Munich! This place holds so many memories and never fails to bring me happiness every time I visit. The service is impeccable—always attentive and warm, making you feel right at home. The coffee is just as amazing as it was 12 years ago; nothing has changed, and I absolutely love that consistency. It’s a timeless gem in the heart of Munich, and I can’t recommend it enough!

The hotel went above and beyond for our family. We were traveling with a 1 year old and they upgraded our room which gave him plenty of room to play and walk around. I would say the rooms are pretty baby proof as well. The staff provided us with a diaper pails and offered a crib. Room was updated. Location was absolutely perfect and walkable for the Christmas markets and shopping. Its rare these days to actually get 5 star service. Service was 10/10. We will be back!

I give top marks for location and the restaurant. Guest services and front desk however fell short for a hotel in this category . Firstly we weren’t informed there’s renovation and drilling continues after 6 pm. Secondly we’ve 3 rooms as one of my rooms was inaccessible after breakfast . My daughter went to the front desk for help and and they weren’t helpful insisting the keys were working . We wasted 20min running up and down until I asked for the master key to open the room . They then explained that some locks are faulty . Kudos goes to front desk Aries

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski in Munich, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided impeccable service, making me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay.
The hotel’s location is perfect, situated right in the heart of Munich, making it convenient for exploring the city’s rich history and culture. My room was beautifully appointed, with elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a comfortable bed that made it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail in the room, from the plush linens to the high-quality toiletries, was outstanding.
One of the highlights was the incredible breakfast spread each morning, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. The hotel’s restaurant is also top-notch, serving exquisite meals with excellent wine pairings, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring.
The spa and wellness facilities were another highlight, providing a peaceful oasis to unwind after sightseeing. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the overall ambiance was tranquil and luxurious.

Very luxurious hotel. Make sure you get a suite, that gives you all the little extras. Restaurants are spectacular, with a lot of traditional dishes on the next level. Amazing bar, service is great. We loved all of it.

Another fabulous stay in the old Grand Hotel located in the center of Munich. The personell are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are well maintained and clean, the Lobby and its culinary offerings are giving you the sense of old, with a flair of new! We come every year here and we will come back next year!

We just returned from a 7 night stay. I was in the executive suite and my other guests were in standard rooms. Top notch service, breakfast, and all of our needs were met promptly. They were especially helpful in arranging airport transportation for my large group. They were exceedingly patient with members of my group who spoke only English and have never traveled to Germany and I’m appreciative of their staff for their patience! Our housekeeper was especially pleasant and friendly, making sure not to disturb us with my daughter’s strange sleep schedule after having difficulty adjusting to the time change. I have to return to Munich and will most definitely be staying here again.

A nice hotel in the heart of Munich. You are within walking distance of all the beautiful sites. The hotel is in a good condition. Rooms are nice and the terrace was large. The love for artwork was beautifully portrayed in the corridors and in the rooms. The staff overall was kind but I was very disappointed with the service. There was often no one to hold the doors open. Guests must also carry their luggage’s up the stairs and to their rooms (I haven’t seen anyone supporting with the luggages over all the days). General needs are not attended to, which is shocking for a hotel of this calibre and daily room rate. Finally, the breakfast was nice but certainly not worth €50 per person - I recommend not booking breakfast and enjoying it in a spot in the area.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my stay here and do not recommend if you are looking to be a respected guest. The managers at this hotel are arrogant, unprofessional, conceited, and discriminatory.
1) They improperly handled and disrespected my religious items, squashing the items and not handling with care. This is completely unacceptable and a violation of my rights.
2) They lost a very important and confidential SIM card and took no responsibility for this.
3) They used the card I had put down for a deposit to attempt to charge me for an additional half a day, which I did not even stay and they did this without my permission or awareness. This is a financial breach of contract.
4) And lastly, the worst level of service I have ever had, was that they entered my room without me being present and removed all of my personal items and possessions, throwing it outside. They opened the safe in my room, removing all of my expensive and confidential items and shoved it into various pockets of my suitcase. This is a serious breach of privacy and should be reported.
I am a very private and discreet individual, and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, always of the best and top service, and have never been disrespected in this manner. This is the most unprofessional service I have encountered in all my years of travel.
