After breakfast, I ran into Zheng Qinwen at the hotel entrance. Turns out we were staying at the same hotel. 😄 I'll definitely choose the Four Seasons Kempinski next time!
The only thing that was really annoying was the old, ugly and unkempt ski gondolas in which guests were served at Christmas time. This made access to the hotel extremely difficult.
It is incomprehensible how the management of such a renowned hotel could come up with such an idea.
But the rest clearly aren’t proactive in servicing .
The hotel’s location is perfect, situated right in the heart of Munich, making it convenient for exploring the city’s rich history and culture. My room was beautifully appointed, with elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a comfortable bed that made it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail in the room, from the plush linens to the high-quality toiletries, was outstanding.
One of the highlights was the incredible breakfast spread each morning, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. The hotel’s restaurant is also top-notch, serving exquisite meals with excellent wine pairings, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring.
The spa and wellness facilities were another highlight, providing a peaceful oasis to unwind after sightseeing. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the overall ambiance was tranquil and luxurious.
