I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski in Munich, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided impeccable service, making me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay.
The hotel’s location is perfect, situated right in the heart of Munich, making it convenient for exploring the city’s rich history and culture. My room was beautifully appointed, with elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a comfortable bed that made it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail in the room, from the plush linens to the high-quality toiletries, was outstanding.

Very luxurious hotel. Make sure you get a suite, that gives you all the little extras. Restaurants are spectacular, with a lot of traditional dishes on the next level. Amazing bar, service is great. We loved all of it.

Another fabulous stay in the old Grand Hotel located in the center of Munich. The personell are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are well maintained and clean, the Lobby and its culinary offerings are giving you the sense of old, with a flair of new! We come every year here and we will come back next year!

We just returned from a 7 night stay. I was in the executive suite and my other guests were in standard rooms. Top notch service, breakfast, and all of our needs were met promptly. They were especially helpful in arranging airport transportation for my large group. They were exceedingly patient with members of my group who spoke only English and have never traveled to Germany and I’m appreciative of their staff for their patience! Our housekeeper was especially pleasant and friendly, making sure not to disturb us with my daughter’s strange sleep schedule after having difficulty adjusting to the time change. I have to return to Munich and will most definitely be staying here again.

A nice hotel in the heart of Munich. You are within walking distance of all the beautiful sites. The hotel is in a good condition. Rooms are nice and the terrace was large. The love for artwork was beautifully portrayed in the corridors and in the rooms. The staff overall was kind but I was very disappointed with the service. There was often no one to hold the doors open. Guests must also carry their luggage’s up the stairs and to their rooms (I haven’t seen anyone supporting with the luggages over all the days). General needs are not attended to, which is shocking for a hotel of this calibre and daily room rate. Finally, the breakfast was nice but certainly not worth €50 per person - I recommend not booking breakfast and enjoying it in a spot in the area.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my stay here and do not recommend if you are looking to be a respected guest. The managers at this hotel are arrogant, unprofessional, conceited, and discriminatory.
1) They improperly handled and disrespected my religious items, squashing the items and not handling with care. This is completely unacceptable and a violation of my rights.
2) They lost a very important and confidential SIM card and took no responsibility for this.
3) They used the card I had put down for a deposit to attempt to charge me for an additional half a day, which I did not even stay and they did this without my permission or awareness. This is a financial breach of contract.
4) And lastly, the worst level of service I have ever had, was that they entered my room without me being present and removed all of my personal items and possessions, throwing it outside. They opened the safe in my room, removing all of my expensive and confidential items and shoved it into various pockets of my suitcase. This is a serious breach of privacy and should be reported.
I am a very private and discreet individual, and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, always of the best and top service, and have never been disrespected in this manner. This is the most unprofessional service I have encountered in all my years of travel.

Check-in took longer than it should have. There was a line with a manager standing around, not helping. The room is delightful and well-appointed. The bed is very comfortable, as are the blankets. It is worth noting that the pillows disappear under your head once you lay on them. Even if you stack three together, you get the same result. I had room service while there, and the food came within five minutes. It was delicious. The “air conditioner” is absolutely awful. It is like the cough of a mouse. It is essentially a fan blowing around the warm air in the room. A hotel of this caliber should invest in a better system. It was the worst sleep we had on the entire three-week trip. The hotel staff in the lobby seems pretentious and creates an uncomfortable vibe in the lounge area. Not everyone has to be decked out in designer clothes to be treated with respect. Not showing your money typically means you have more, in my opinion. This hotel is in a perfect location! Nigel and his wife are the gems of this service staff. They were pleasant and made our stay amazing!

Have stayed in Munich 4 times. By far, this was the best hotel in Munich I have had the pleasure of visiting. The room, employees, and location was beyond expectations. Within a short walking distance to all the shops and popular beer houses. Just outstanding.

I didn't stay at that hotel. But I seek help and they did a great deal in helping me. Early this year 9 Jan, I parked my rental car opposite the hotel. Came back and found my car was lost. Being a tourist and new to Germany, I had no idea what to do next. Went to the hotel to seek help and the lobby receptionist (a lady) went all the way calling local police and town council.
Finally it was discovered that my car was towed away due to unauthorized parking. I forgot the hotel staff's name as it could be difficult for me to remember a German name but I am very very grateful for her help. It made a very memorable memory in Germany.
